Ótimo momento para a véspera de ano novo! O check-in foi um pouco incômodo, mas Meg fez o melhor que pôde para atender ao meu pedido de um upgrade de quarto. O bar e churrascaria de esportes Shoeless Joe tinha uma excelente equipe! Fritz, o GM é muito hospitaleiro e excelente em sua profissão. A equipe reflete esse atendimento excepcional ao cliente. A comida era muito boa!

Went in for Shoeless Joe's sports bar couldn't find staff for service. Shame cuz nice venue. Didnt stay in hotel but noticed pretty lobby. Saw plenty airline staff there so prob good stay.

Great time for New Year's Eve! Check in was a little bit of a nuisance, but Meg did the best she could to accommodate my request for an upgrade of room. Shoeless Joe's sports bar and grill had a great staff! Fritz, the GM is very hospitable and great at his profession. The staff reflects this exceptional customer service. Food was very good!

O hotel é antigo, mas foi mantido atualizado e moderno. Eles fazem um bom trabalho mantendo o local limpo durante a pandemia. Excelente equipe e vários lugares para ir a uma curta distância. Ficaria aqui novamente.

The hotel is old but has been kept updated and modern. They do a nice job keeping the place clean during the pandemic. Outstanding staff, and several places to go within walking distance. Would stay here again.

While they have tried to do some refreshing to the rooms, and the recent work is nice, recently done bathroom updates, the overall condition of the is aging. There is a significant amount of maintenance and minor things that should be addressed. Another problem we encountered though not entirely their fault, is the cleaning products they use on the bedding is so strong my wife had to sleep on top of the bedding. In their defense I hope this is only due to the stricter Covid 19 room cleaning they are doing now. The hallways to the rooms are narrow and the ceiling isn't very high, and every time a guest goes into a room even close to the room your in, you hear the door very clearly, enough that I woke up from someone entering their room and letting the door shut on it's own, I am a light sleeper but still. We had no problems with the staff at all and they did their jobs pretty well, however it is an aging property and could use a major remodel.

Very attentive and professional customer service front desk. Very clean, nice rooms. Nice large elevators. Nice pool with waterfall. Older looking carpet but I just love this hotel because it’s goes above and beyond as far as cleanliness and classiness. I stay in many hotels that may have more modern carpet and decor, yet not be as classy of a feel. There is a microwave and descent sized fridge in all rooms. There restaurant here is a nice clean bar and grill with the sweetest ladies working there and food and margaritas were so good. They also have a patio. This hotel is a great location. I would love to stay here again.
