Very surprised at the negative reviews of this spot, located on an extremely convenient, scenic, palm tree-lined street in Key Biscayne. Stayed in a two BR unit just above the private pool, which happened to be perfectly clean and convenient for an afternoon cool off/refresher. I sometimes think people look at stock photos and think they are stealing the deal of a century with Ritz-Carlton luxury at Motel 6 prices. If your expectations are reasonable, this condo will exceed them. Roomy, clean, with a small kitchenette that included pots, pans and dinnerware. Simple and quaint decor. No housekeeping service but again, this isn't a hotel. Book with confidence and enjoy.

DO NOT STAY HERE. As you can see from many of the other reviews, the pictures do not align with what you are actually getting.
1.) We checked in and out key to the front door didn’t work (the door was unlocked when we arrived)
2.) Their front desk is unresponsive and will not assist you once your trip is booked
3.) After they finally came and changed our lock, we came home to our door WIDE OPEN. Anyone could’ve walked in and stole out belongings. After texting the manager she read our message and we received no response.
4.) There was no soap in the apartment and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to give us any.
5.) The wifi doesn’t work
I could go on. Just save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else. Awful customer service. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Pls be aware it is totally fraudent place. We booking via hotel.com 2 rooms and 1 directly with them for 3rd of july till 5th for my son bday
1. They never told us until the stay no swimming pool.
2. Dishes dirty
3. Most rude stuff ...they were yelling at the kids...kids had nothing to do except of staying inside the room.
4. People rent there for 2 weeks or e AIRBNB...so laundry is hung in windows.
Texted the booking person never answered .
A guy Bruno manager "telling me no pull" , when i asked what happened he turned his back and walked away"
Cleaning lady was yelling and the kids constantly.
This need to be reported definitely to appropriate authorities to check their license .
So sad , they made my son b-day and his miserable ...

Be aware! These people are dishonest and deceptive, they steal, lie to you behind your backs and to your face.
We forgot two very expensive wedding rings in the bathroom and only realized this an hour after check-out. We drove back and asked the reception, who told us to go to the room (which was still open and in the mean time had been cleaned). Upon not finding any rings, we asked the three maids, who all claimed not to speak English nor to know of anything. We went back to the reception to complain as we figured out that some of the maids were lying to us as they said they hadn’t been in the room even though the room was cleaned when we came back and inspected it. Upon pressing the reception, one of the maids gave back the rings. We would have called the police hadn’t it been for us having to leave.
Elevator is slow and doesn’t respond to pressing any buttons.
Good things were the free and ample parking, location and access to the private beach.
