Tolles Hotel - sehr zu empfehlen! Die Lage ist top (sind allerdings auch nicht mit dem Auto angereist), das Personal ist super nett und bemüht, die Zimmer sind sehr modern und total sauber. Auch das Frühstück war klasse (es gab wegen Corona kein Buffet, dafür konnte man am Vorabend aber vorbestellen was man haben möchte). Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Alles in allem hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen!

Molto carina la stanza, pulita, spaziosa e silenziosa. Personale molto gentile, perfetta la posizione centrale. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!
Habitación muy bonita, limpia, espaciosa y tranquila. Personal muy amable, ubicación central perfecta. ¡Una estancia verdaderamente agradable!

A localização é muito boa, mas é difícil ir e vir de carro. (Verona não é uma cidade com carros) e se vier de carro deve estacionar num local bem estacionado. Danos na cidade são inevitáveis. O pessoal é muito simpático, mas a língua inglesa não é obrigatória para todos os italianos.

La ubicación es realmente excelente, pero es difícil llegar y volver en automóvil. (Verona no es una ciudad automovilística) y si vienes en coche deberías aparcarlo en un lugar bien aparcado. Los daños en la ciudad son inevitables. El personal es muy agradable, pero el idioma inglés no es obligatorio para todos los italianos.
Tudo estava perfeito e a equipe foi muito atenciosa e gentil! Esperamos voltar novamente. Recomendamos para todos!
The location is really great, but difficult to get to and from by car. (Verona is not a car city) and if you come by car you should rather park it where it is well parked. Damage in the city is inevitable. The staff is very nice, but the English language is not a must for all Italians.
Everything was perfect and staff was very helpful and kind! We hope we will come back again. We recomended for everybody!
Hotel no coração de Verona com quartos magníficos, remodelados com muito bom gosto e espaço Equipe cuidadosa. E muito, muito amigável, muito boa escolha
Ubicación perfecta ! Las habitaciones excelentes reestructuradas con gusto y muylimpias. Además tiene persianas eléctricas !! Para un mejor descanso el personal impecable Muy gentiles y amables !! Si lugar a dudas muy recomendable y volveremos . Lo único no hay parking , lo Único que ofrecen es aparcar en las inmediaciones que son zona azul y si hay suerte , se paga 2€ 2 horas . Pero se tiene que avisar al hotel porque al ser zona histórica tiene que tomar datos de la matrícula . Aconsejamos aparcar en un parking fuera y pasar solo a cargar y descargar las maletas . El parking más cercano son 18€ el día es el cittadella.
Todo el personal fue muy amable, agradable y servicial. Las habitaciones están muy limpias al igual que el resto del hotel y debo decir que todo respetuoso con los estándares de Covid. El hotel está ubicado en el centro histórico a pocos pasos de la Piazza Erbe y, aunque está en el corazón de Verona, es muy tranquilo y puedes relajarte sin escuchar ningún ruido del exterior. También lo recomiendo a familias con niños y / o perros. Relación calidad / precio muy satisfactoria. Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta !!
Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis, simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são muito limpos, assim como o resto do hotel e devo dizer que todos respeitam os padrões cobiçosos. O hotel está localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Piazza Erbe e, embora esteja no coração de Verona, é muito tranquilo e você pode relaxar sem ouvir nenhum barulho de fora. Também o recomendo para famílias com crianças e / ou cães. Relação qualidade / preço muito satisfatória. Sem dúvida vamos estar de volta!
Just renovated, excellent option in the center of Verona, big modern room, amazing bathroom shower and excellent customer service! I will stay here again!
