I had a very pleasant experience at the Aloft.I just returned a few hours ago from my trip to Delray.All the of the employees were so nice to deal with.They are so helpful.Room was cleaned everyday and the ambience of the hotel is very relaxing.Josh was great, he was like the brother you never had and just wanted to take him home.I wish I could remember all of their names.A very special stay.I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Tive uma experiência muito agradável no Aloft. Acabei de voltar há algumas horas de minha viagem a Delray. Todos os funcionários foram muito legais de lidar. Eles são tão úteis. The room was clean and lovely! The staff was so friendly and caring. Food was superb!We evacuated here during hurricane Ian.In the midst of all of that stress, this hotel offered an isle of sanity.... something we really needed and appreciate. Thank you!! I stayed here doing Hurricane Ian and the weather here was not affected (just rain). We were suppose to check out Sunday but we are leaving early. We have to leave this review because it’s so ridiculous. We spent over $1,200 for less than a week here and it’s been headache after headache . BEFORE we even booked we asked if they had room Service since we knew most of the places May be closed, they assured us they did. Upon arriving we had to use the service elevator because the elevators have been broken for days (still Not fixed and we got here Monday). Tuesday morning we try to place a “room service” Order for breakfast. We call the front desk to place the order and they were like “yes, we have room service but you have to come down, place the order here, and then wait for it to take it back To your room” that is not room Service. The TV also has not worked for basic channels Like Football games. One of the days the “chef” didn’t come until later. We specifically chose this place so we wouldn’t have to leave the premises.There is also no communication among staff, for example, one of the times we got Stopped by staff for using the service elevator because they had no clue the guest ones were broken & so we were told To use these . If you ask For Something like towels they come 1 hour and 43 minutes Latereven tho the hotel was not busy at all and they were not under bay state of emergency. The doorbell they have at each room makes the sound a fire alarm Would make so every time it’s touched by someone it makes that fire alarm sound which is extremely loud with flashing lights. There is no level of “Comfort” Here which is what you would expect from A hotel at this rate. Save your money, stay at a Holiday inn or the like where you are at least prepared to not expect much but you also are not paying much. I would Have saved so much money had I found another place. From the moment I walked in the front door I knew what to expect for the entire stay...The front desk attendant could not have been any more welcoming and accommodating.The lobby, public areas, and room were all immaculate.The staff & service incredible.I could not say enough good things about this hotel! This place is so cool!! I love the Art Deco vibe and the Marshall amp radio in the room..The staff was super friendly, which is always a plus in my book (that’s hard to find in south Florida).We had a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay here again. I’m excited for when they start live music. Esse lugar é muito legal!! Eu amo a vibração Art Deco e o rádio Marshall na sala.. Hotel is clean with a modern decor.There is a nice rooftop (2nd floor) pool and bar area plus a restaurant and bar in/off main lobby. Would recommend the top floor with city view-as you get glimpses of the ocean. The hotel is nicely placed within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is at street level, covered and you walk right into the lobby which is nice-though costs around nineteen dollars a day. Room has a fridge, but is without microwave-so no heating those leftovers in room. It was pretty quiet at night-minus inconsiderate guests in hallways from time to time. I prefer a darker cooler room(had difficulty keeping an even temperature in room) and less firm mattress and pillows...but that's me. My spouse had no complaints about those issues. Overall a good experience. El hotel está limpio con una decoración moderna. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. O estacionamento é no nível da rua, coberto e você entra direto no lobby, que é bom, embora custe cerca de dezenove dólares por dia. Quarto tem uma geladeira, mas é sem microondas, então não aquece as sobras no quarto. Estava bem quieto à noite - menos convidados imprudentes nos corredores de vez em quando.
