Sincerely appreciation for adagio team. We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING time. It was so nice to enjoy all the hotel facilities. The hotel staff mamta and min were so friendly , great food,coffee.

I had an amazing experience. All the staff especially the manager in the breakfast room ( blond european lady) are doing their best for the guests. If you get past the fact that toilets have an unfortune smell of humidity coming from the sewage everything else is on top and I have to credit all the employees for their excellent efforts towards us having a wonderful stay. Location is the best, if you like the sea and beach bars and some beautiful landscape. There are two malls in proximity. Highly recommended hotel, well priced

My stay at Adagio Premium the Palm was amazing! Room was nice, big and clean. Dining was great, big choice of tasty dishes. Pool on the roof was also good. I loved their private beach near the sea. Views are incredible. We had a romantic dinner at the roof near the pool, it was unforgettable, waiter Owen was good. Many thanks to Heleen, her help and work were excellent. I recommend Adagio Premium The Palm!

Fiquei no Adagio Premium (The Palm) por um período de 4 semanas em junho/julho de 2022.No geral, foi uma ótima experiência!Quarto: Como fiquei por um período mais longo, era importante para mim ter um espaço para cozinhar. A sala marcou todas as caixas para mim. O espaço para cozinhar era ótimo. A cama era confortável. A TV tinha canais internacionais. Havia um estudo do qual eu poderia trabalhar. O banheiro era muito bom.Restaurante: Ester e o resto da equipe do restaurante foram absolutamente fantásticos. Fizeram-me sentir em casa e foram muito simpáticos. Muito obrigado a Ester e ao resto da equipe do restaurante.Ginásio/Piscina: Instalações fantásticas.Sauna/Jacuzzi: Usei apenas uma vez, mas as instalações são modernas e confortáveis.Funcionários: Há muitos indivíduos para gritar. Toda a equipa foi fantástica e garantiu que me sentisse em casa durante a minha longa estadia. Um grande obrigado a todos!

Quero agradecer ao Thomas por ajudar a resolver o problema com o número. (Fiquei com vista para o canteiro de obras e com barulho, embora inicialmente tenha pedido um quarto sem barulho e sem vista para o canteiro de obras. Ele ajudou a resolver esse problema e mudou-se para um quarto com boa vista). E também no futuro ele ajudou a resolver os problemas que surgiram. Também mais graças à garota de língua russa que ajudou com as perguntas que surgiram. O café tem garçons maravilhosos, eles servem pratos muito saborosos. O salmão e o frango são especialmente surpreendentes. Um agradecimento especial aos chefs que prepararam sobremesas sem glúten e sem lactose para mim. A única coisa é que a garçonete Blandine se comunica bastante mal com os clientes e, por algum motivo, olha com raiva para todos. Meus amigos também notaram e também não gostaram. Talvez ela tenha suas próprias razões para isso ... Mas acho que ao trabalhar com convidados é muito importante se comunicar pelo menos normalmente :) O quarto está sempre limpo, muito bem limpo. O próprio hotel também está sempre limpo e tem belas flores que contribuem para a atmosfera maravilhosa. A localização do hotel é boa. Piscina: muito rasa, pequena área com poucas espreguiçadeiras. Prós: limpeza, comida deliciosa, praia agradável, funcionários simpáticos, ótima localização, comida deliciosa Contras: não levam em conta o que é pedido com antecedência, construção, audibilidade, profundidade da piscina.

I stayed at the Adagio Premium (The Palm) for a period of 4 weeks in June/July 2022.
Overall it was a great experience!
Room: As I was staying for a longer period, it was important for me to have a cooking space. The room ticked all of the boxes for me. The cooking space was great. The bed was comfortable. The TV had international channels. There was a study that I could work from. The bathroom was very nice.
Restaurant: Ester and the rest of the restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. They made me feel right at home and were very friendly. Thank you very much to Ester and the rest of the restaurant staff.
Gym/Pool: Fantastic facilities.
Sauna/Jacuzzi: I only used this once myself but the facilities are modern and comfortable.
Staff: There are too many individuals to shout out. The whole team were fantastic and ensured that I felt at home for my long stay. A big thank you to everybody!

Não podemos deixar de partilhar a nossa experiência no Dubai neste alojamento. Tudo aquilo que desejávamos: piscina, praia a 2 minutos a pé, um espaço confortável, excelente localização. A very good apart hotel, practical, ideal for both family vacations and business trips. The beach is clean, room service is on the level, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious. In addition to a very good lifeguard in the pool area, Gurmeet is always polite, helpful and friendly!

I've been a long-term guest at Adagio. The employees (front desk, cleaning staff, etc.) are truly genuine and amazing people. However, the management has been astonishingly poor from a managerial and communication standpoint. For instance, I was on the 11th floor and with one day on notice I had to move to floor 6 (with a different layout of the apartment). They said that the move was only for a week, and it took months (still ongoing). When asked for compensation and/or gesture of kindness, after multiple requests I've been offered a fruit plate (I mean, thank you, but really???). For not mentioning the F&B credit that I had and that the reception confirmed multiples times, but the management is seeking to obtain through payment, which I've finally done for peace of mind. Also a guest was not allowed to enter (when by contract 2 people can visit). For a 4 star hotel at the Palm, a lot to learn when it comes to kindness, humanity and customer service...

Stayed here for a week in February half term. Room was clean and had the added bonus of a washing machine. Housekeeping was very inconsistent on what time they came, sometimes you would come back evening time and your room hadn't been cleaned. We also paid to have the breakfast which was limited and disappointing, service in the restaurant was also very slow. The man who helped book excursions was very helpful and often gave good deals. The location is also great next to the beach, however you would need to go somewhere else if you want alcoholic drinks by the beach.

Ótimo hotel! Ficamos muito satisfeitos, os funcionários são muito comprometidos. A sala de fitness está bem equipada, a piscina é muito limpa e bem conservada. As solicitações são atendidas imediatamente. A praia fica a 2 minutos a pé e a piscina fica no andar de cima no telhado com excelentes vistas e espreguiçadeiras confortáveis. ¡Gran hotel! Quedamos muy satisfechos, los empleados están muy comprometidos. El gimnasio está bien equipado, la piscina está muy limpia y bien cuidada. Las solicitudes se atienden de inmediato. La playa está a 2 minutos a pie y la piscina está arriba en el techo con excelentes vistas y cómodas tumbonas. ¡Muchas gracias de nuevo al personal que envió mis cosas olvidadas a Alemania! ¡Te estoy increíblemente agradecida!
