A cama era dura como pedra, você não conseguia dormir nela. Não foi possível tomar banho porque a banheira não era boa. Você não podia nem assistir TV porque havia apenas canais estrangeiros.No entanto, o que foi bom (por isso estou dando duas estrelas) foi que a internet era rápida. O café da manhã era realmente um buffet, porque havia muito.

No estacionamento próprio do hotel, a taxa é de HUF 3.000 por dia, que eles esquecem de informar ao hóspede, e então você será confrontado com isso no momento do pagamento.

Passamos 3 dias neste hotel e pela primeira vez em nossas vidas em Kecskemét. Tanto a pousada quanto a cidade nos encantaram. A bondade e abnegação da população local é um tesouro raro. Meu filho podia escolher entre uma variedade de iguarias sem glúten no café da manhã e no jantar, o pão foi trazido a ele separadamente. Wellness está bem equipado para o seu tamanho. Tudo é limpo e de bom gosto. Nosso quarto também tinha uma pequena varanda, pena que só tinha uma cadeira. A casa está na melhor localização - no coração da cidade. Se viermos aqui a qualquer momento, voltaremos aqui!

Eles enganam os convidados!!! Quando perguntei à recepcionista na chegada (sexta-feira à tarde) se tinha que pagar o estacionamento na rua, ela respondeu: "Infelizmente, sim até as 18h, mas temos estacionamento próprio, você pode estacionar lá!" Agradeci a gentileza e estacionei, e no terceiro dia, quando eu estava saindo, eles me disseram que o estacionamento custaria HUF 6.000. É profundamente ultrajante que o objetivo seja prejudicar deliberadamente os convidados. Se eu tivesse sido informado sobre a taxa, não teria parado, pois o estacionamento é gratuito mesmo nos finais de semana...

Engañan a los invitados!!! Cuando le pregunté a la recepcionista al llegar (viernes por la tarde) si tenía que pagar estacionamiento en la calle, ella respondió: "Lamentablemente, sí hasta las 6 p.m., pero tenemos nuestro propio estacionamiento, ¡puedes estacionar allí!" Les agradecí su amabilidad y estacioné, luego al tercer día cuando me iba me dijeron que el estacionamiento costaría 6000 HUF. O quarto estava desarrumado e despreparado (não havia lençóis, toalhas, trapos na pia, etc.), nunca experimentei um hotel pior!!! Substituíram o quarto por uma cama de casal com 2 camas de solteiro.. Após uma reclamação - o quarto foi trocado, a maçaneta do quarto ao lado estava quebrada, então não poderia ser fechada por fora, pois não teríamos acesso com a chave, então não era realmente possível sair para o café da manhã ou bem-estar sem que o quarto estivesse trancado. Na recepção, a equipe relutante não resolveu o problema!!! Eu definitivamente não recomendo este hotel.

La habitación estaba desordenada y sin preparación (no había sábanas, toallas, trapos en el fregadero, etc.), ¡nunca he experimentado un hotel peor! Cambiaron la habitación por una cama doble con 2 camas individuales.. Tras una queja - cambiaron la habitación, el tirador de la habitación de al lado estaba roto, por lo que no se podía cerrar por fuera, porque no podríamos acceder con la llave Así que realmente no era posible salir para el desayuno o el bienestar sin que la habitación estuviera cerrada. ¡En la recepción, el personal reacio no resolvió el problema! Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel.

Passamos 3 dias no hotel com um grupo de dança de 36 pessoas, com meia pensão. Todo o grupo ficou muito satisfeito com os quartos, as refeições, a atenção e cortesia das pessoas que ali trabalhavam. A cidade em si é linda, surpreendentemente limpa - quem ainda não esteve lá vale uma visita! Obrigado por um dia inesquecível, vamos recomendar o hotel a todos!

Pasamos 3 días en el hotel con un grupo de baile de 36 personas, con media pensión. Todo el grupo quedó muy satisfecho con las habitaciones, las comidas, la atención y la cortesía de las personas que trabajaban allí. La ciudad en sí es hermosa, sorprendentemente limpia: ¡cualquiera que no haya estado allí aún merece una visita! ¡Gracias por un día inolvidable, recomendaremos el hotel a todos!

This is a fine hotel and the best all around choice for a hotel in Kecskemet. It is large enough to be full-service, yet small enough to have excellent, personalized customer service. The location cannot be beat, and its rooms and amenities are considerably more impressive than they might appear to be on the surface.
I should mention that I did not stay in the hotel myself, but that is only because I managed to rent an apartment for the one month I was in Kecskemet. I did, however, reserved rooms for sixteen colleagues for between one and four nights and-- to a person-- they spoke very highly of the hotel.
First of all, you cannot beat the location. Kecskemet's downtown is small, so you will not be far away no matter where you stay. That said, the Aranyhomok is right in the middle of the main pedestrian/town hall/historic district of the city. Walk out the front door-- or any door-- and you are a few meters from somewhere of interest in Kecskemet.
Second, while the hotel looks like any of the many socialist-era boxy hotels that in many ex-communist countries are near the main train station, the interior is comfortable and homey. The furniture is tasteful, the design-- at this point-- timeless, and the rooms very comfortable. The public spaces are fine, and the breakfast room, bar, and restaurant spacious and airy. Conference rooms are full of natural light with windows that open.
Most important of all is that the staff is responsive, helpful, and very professional. We could not have had better partners for the events we held at the hotel. Any request we had-- even at the last minute-- was attended to quickly and cheerfully.
An excellent hotel and an excellent value.

I have checked this hotel on booking.com and was looking pretty decent for my family and most importantly it was showing that they have available rooms at the moment. However, when I tried to contact the stuff to reserve a room, they were completely rude and unpleasant on the phone shouting that they have no rooms available. When I told them that on booking.com it shows that they have available rooms they just made an excuse that they got a huge group coming over! Completely unprofessional and rude stuff at least on the phone.

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The building was transformed from an old hotel from the communist era, which can be seen from the quality of the bathroom, balcony etc. However they did all the best to make it cosy. The rooms are spacious and the location is also great.

Placing great boardgames near the bar for people to play whenever they like, and providing free tea at all times were a fantastic gesture. However, I was rather disappointed when there was no hot water one night (and no apology afterwards), or when my sister booked a massage appointment, waited for 60 minutes, but the masseuse never showed (having left earlier), and the receptionist kept telling my sister that the massage therapist would only be a minute late... For an hour... I would have expected the hotel to offer a free/heavily discounted massage, but that didn't happen...

Rooms are pretty dated but seem clean. The church bell goes off at around 6am and is so loud you'd think it's right on your balcony. Breakfast has a decent selection but no fresh fruits.
