Adorável! Inicialmente nos colocaram num quarto sem ar condicionado e com o sinal de wi-fi ruim, conversamos e na hora, nos trocaram de quarto. São muitos cuidados nos detalhes, o café da manhã não tem tanta variedade, mas é bem servido. Atendimento muito bom, de todos... Fica bem localizado em Miraflores.Caso retorne ao Peru, ficarei neste hotel novamente. Aproveito para agradecer por nos receber tão bem! #gratidao

He comenzado un proyecto de visitar los mejores hoteles del Perú y este hotel no ha sido la excepción. Desde que entre a recepción la calidad de servicio se vio reflejado, pasar por los pasillos del hotel y que el personal de limpieza te salude o te pregunte por como ha pasado su día lo hace mejor.Volveria a visitarlo y lo recomiendo

5 star service at a 3 star price. Pics are from the 10th floor breakfast / dining room. Wife and I spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed the prompt service and evening happy hour. Very relaxing stay in a nice, secure area that has plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside (as mentioned by others) is the king/queen bed is two double beds pushed together. Noticeable, but still comfy. Rooms was compact but extremely clean and warm shower was awesome !!! Thanks for all !!!
Ps. Almost forgot - free, made to order ham and cheese omelette with fresh coffee !!!! Very, very yummy and made the whole deal that much more awesome.

El desayuno es agradable, la vista de la terraza es linda Al igual que el ambiente El personal atento en todo momento El servicio de limpieza es muy rápido y eso es genial También cuenta con estacionamiento gratis y té de coca gratisen la sala de espera Nazca(el cuy) es muy lindo.(está cerca al baño de la terraza).

I stayed here for 2 nights while travelling around Peru in July. My friends and I found the hotel very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were brilliant. I left glasses at the hotel after I had checked out, and the staff went out of their way to return them to me. They were so helpful!

Location is a block to Ovalo Higuereta and 3 blocks or less from Plazavea( a mega grocery store inside a sort of building mall with pharmacy and food court. about hotel , it cost around 65 $ ( after booking.con fees hotel) for 2 beds rooms in a half side USA standard room. Room has cable Tv , wifi, small refrigerator, microwave and dvd player, a college desk kind. It is very clean and smell fresh and bath room wirh plenty hot water and just 2 medium towels ( no hand towel and wash clothes) . Frontdesk is fantastic with a very pleasantrecepcionist however there is not help if you need an extra hands for your suitcases. about breakfast it is fine.

One of the reception staff stole money from us. He lied to us about the taxi fare to the airport, and told us we had to pay at the hotel. He gave the driver the actual fare and pocked 20 soles for himself.
