Reservei este lugar para o meu evento de casamento. O serviço é extremamente pobre e o pessoal é rude. Antes do evento eles dirão “nós cuidaremos de tudo”, mas durante e após o evento eles dirão “isso não foi discutido”. Eles agendaram outro evento naquele dia e arruinaram os dois, pois tinham poucos funcionários e comida. Os funcionários são rudes e vão mentir sobre tudo só para conseguir a reserva e nem vão mostrar a cara durante o evento. Evite este lugar

Booked this place for my marriage event. The service is extremely poor and the staff is rude. Before the event they will say “we will take care of everything” but during and after the event they will say “this was not discussed”. They booked another event on that day and ruined both as they were short staffed and short on food. The employees are rude and will lie about everything just to get the booking and they will not even show their faces during the event. Avoid this place

It is little bit far away from the main city but overall property is very well designed and well maintained. They have a good rooftop restaurant but food was average. They are providing a cottage with private pool but it is actually a splash poll which only children could enjoy. They indeed have a medium sized poll at terrace. The staff was very polite andcourteous. Could be a selection for a night stay.

This resort was one of the best resort I have ever visited. Hotel management have maintained the place very well. Hotel management organize Gazal on the daily basis from 07:30 to 10:00, which is very unique thing which I observed. Hotel staff was Well behaved. Reservei este resort via OYO. A estrada de acesso na cidade era boa. Atingido durante a noite, a segurança estava esperando no portão, o estacionamento foi distribuído dentro das instalações. Resort é de tamanho decente e bem equipado. O destaque principal foi a comida vegetariana, preparada na cozinha limpa, sabor sábio foi incrível (em vez de um dos melhores). Quartos e piscina limpos e bons. Visão noturna é de tirar o fôlego, especialmente em nenhum dia de lua. O café da manhã foi curto, mas as opções deveriam ser melhores. A equipe foi educada e bem comportada. Obrigado pela boa experiência.

Booked this Resort via OYO. Approach road with in the city was good. Reached at night time, Security was waiting at the gate, parking was allotted inside the premises. Resort is decent size & well equipped. Main highlight was veg food, prepared in clean kitchen, taste wise it was awesome(rather one of the best). Rooms & pool clean & good. Night View is breath taking specially on No moon day. Only short fall was breakfast, where options should have been better. Staff was polite & well behaved. Thanks for good experience.
