Sem elevador, tivemos que subir dois andares com nossa bagagem e algumas pessoas tiveram que subir até o terceiro andar. Tivemos que usar as escadas e as portas laterais onde todos, incluindo os funcionários, fumavam, até mesmo aquela coisa com cheiro estranho. Toda essa fumaça entra no prédio pelas portas laterais e quem precisa acender um cigarro com uma lata de refrigerante. As escadas e o piso de carpete do corredor estavam muito sujos e pareciam que não eram limpos há meses. Só escolhi aquele lugar porque vendi minha casa, era perto do meu trabalho. Eu não vou ficar lá novamente. Recomendação: conserte o elevador, lave o tapete com vapor e mova a lata de cigarro.

No elevator, we had to haul our luggage up two floors and some people had to haul to the third floor. We had to use the stairs and side doors where everyone including the staff smoked, even that funny smelling stuff. All that smoke enters the building from the side doors and who needs to light a cigarette with a soda can. The stairs and hall carpet flooring were very dirty and looked like they have not been cleaned in months. I only picked that place because I sold my house it was close to my job. I will not stay there again. Recommendation: fix the elevator, steam wash the carpet, and move the cigarette can.

Secondly all EV parking spots were taken by the none EV cars, really so don’t come up with policies if you can’t impose. Finally the water in the shower was hot and when I asked they said they will fixed it but nothing still the same, beside that it’s was noisy with the animals and kids sounds all time.

Embora o quarto fosse suposto ser livre de fumo, cheirava a cigarro e maconha. O chão estava sujo e pegajoso. Foi-me dito que a internet era de alta velocidade, mas eu não conseguia nem abrir um navegador da web para ficar online. Havia muffins de chocolate abertos nos armários que estavam começando a mofar. Achei que desde que eu paguei tanto dinheiro para este quarto teria sido melhor, mas era o equivalente a um motel. Muito decepcionante, não vou ficar aqui novamente. Sem mencionar que todos os dias que eu estava lá, a polícia estava sendo chamada para os clientes. Havia policiais expulsando pessoas uma noite quando voltei da escola.

Indignante!!! El peor hotel en USA, los colchones estaban llenos de orines y nunca los cambiaron, el servicio de aseo nunca llego estuvimos 9 noches y nunca limpiaron el cuarto.

I stayed at the hotel for a total of 58 days. There was a cleaning schedule that was not adhered to. During my second 30 days my room was serviced once during the first 20 days. I had to buy and spray my room with roach spray. I was afraid to cook in the room for fear of attracting more pests. I was keeping my food related trash in the freezer to further deter pests. If it wasn’t for the price which was paid up front and was non refundable I would have left.

Even though the room was suppose to be smoke free, it smelt of cigarettes and weed. The floor was grimy and sticky. I was told the internet was high speed, but I couldn't even open a web browser to get online. There were opened chocolate muffins in the cabinets that were starting to mold. I thought since I paid so much money for this room it would have been nicer, but it was the equivalent to a motel. Very disappointing, I will not be staying here again. Not to mention every day I was there the police were being called on customers. There were police kicking people out one night when I got back from school.

Ligamos por volta das 13h para ver se poderíamos fazer o check-in mais cedo, eles disseram que não, mas poderíamos fazer o check-in às 15h, o que foi bom. Chegamos lá um pouco antes das 15h30 e esperamos 30 minutos para alguém chegar para nos fazer o check-in. Uma vez que fomos capazes de chegar ao nosso quarto, ainda estava sendo "limpo" ou como eles afirmam "verificado triplo". O quarto era nojento. Manchas nas paredes, luminárias não colocadas de volta, a geladeira estava desconectada e o chão estava imundo. Tive que comprar material de limpeza para desinfetar o quarto. O tapete precisa ser substituído ou pelo menos aspirado e limpo. O piso duro poderia ter sido molhado também. Eu realmente espero que eles comecem a se preocupar com seus clientes e cuidem da manutenção de um hotel.

Os quartos são muito confortáveis e acolhedores, para alguns é definitivamente um gostinho de casa equipada com geladeira, algumas bocas para cozinhar e uma pia para lavar a louça. A TV na suíte oferecia provavelmente cerca de 50 canais para escolher, mas não é difícil encontrar algo para assistir. Há uma lavanderia no local, o que é bom se você estiver fazendo uma estadia prolongada. O único problema é que fiquei por um longo período de tempo, a limpeza não veio no dia programado e, no meu segundo dia, encontrei algumas baratas, incluindo uma que rastejou para fora do ralo do chuveiro. Eles não eram grandes, é apenas uma espécie de deixar você saber que você poderia cruzar com eles em algum momento.

We called about 1pm to see if we could check in early, they said no, but we could check in at the 3pm time which was fine. We got there a little before 3:30pm & waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. Once we were able to get to our room it was still being "cleaned" or as they claim "Triple checked". The room was disgusting. Stains on the walls, light fixtures not put back on, the fridge was unplugged & the floor was filthy. I had to buy cleaning supplies to disinfect the room. The carpet needs to be replaced or at least vacuumed & carpet cleaned. The hard floor could have been wet mopped too. I really hope they start to care about their customers & take care of the maintenance of a hotel.

Staff was excellent but there were no luggage carts because they said guest must have them in their room. Definitely need at least 5 more for guest checking out. Hard to make 4 trips from 4th floor with all your stuff

The rooms are very comforting and welcoming, for some it’s definitely a little taste of home equipped with a fridge, some burners for cooking, and a sink to wash dishes. The in suite tv offered probably about 50 channels or so to choose from but it’s not hard to find something to watch. There is a onsite guest laundry room which is good if you’re making an extended stay. Only issue is I stayed for a long period of time, housekeeping didn’t come on the scheduled day and by my second day I came across a couple of roaches including one that crawled from out of the shower drain. They weren’t big it’s just kind of letting you know that you could run across them at some point.

Ninguém limpou nosso quarto ou trocou os lençóis ou toalhas nas 3 semanas em que estivemos lá. As governantas nunca batiam à nossa porta, mesmo nos dias em que estavam programados para limpar. Na primeira noite em que fizemos o check-in, não conseguimos fazer a TV funcionar e as chaves do nosso quarto não funcionaram. Mesma coisa na segunda vez que pagamos. Mesmo sendo vacinados ainda éramos obrigados a usar máscara (não é um problema) mas o pessoal não usava máscara, assim como os demais hóspedes. Então, tivemos que pagar US $ 30 extras quando tentei pagar naquela manhã antes que fosse cobrada uma taxa de atraso. Resolvi levar meus lençóis e fronhas para a mesa e só recebi lençóis em troca. Foi-nos dito que tínhamos que manter as fronhas e não poderíamos obter novas.

Nadie limpió nuestra habitación ni cambió las sábanas ni las toallas las 3 semanas que estuvimos allí. Las amas de llaves nunca llamaron a nuestra puerta, ni siquiera en los días en que estaban programadas para venir limpias. La primera noche que nos registramos no pudimos hacer funcionar la televisión y las llaves de nuestra habitación no funcionaban. Lo mismo en la segunda vez que pagamos. Incluso estando vacunados, todavía teníamos que usar una máscara (no es un problema), pero el personal no usó una máscara, al igual que otros invitados. Luego, tuvimos que pagar $ 30 adicionales cuando traté de pagar esa mañana antes de que se cobrara un cargo por pago atrasado. Decidí llevar mis sábanas y fundas de almohada al escritorio y solo recibí sábanas a cambio. Nos dijeron que teníamos que quedarnos con las fundas de las almohadas y que no podíamos conseguir otras nuevas.

Recent stay was uncomfortable. Checking in wasn't a problem getting in room was as key card did not work twice. Third time worked but not a charm floor was dirty and sticky bug in kitchen and bathroom then daily and more than one the week we were there. Front desk was notified nothing they could do so we went to Publix across the street and bought traps. So if you are in room 416 you may need to replace them. Masks are not worn by staff. Elevator wreaks of marijuana. People sleeping in cars in parking lot. In a matter of 8 months since we were last there it has changed immensely for the worse. Five sheriff cars one day we got back. Checked out day early. No refund. Oh and we had to take out our own garbage as room was not cleaned. There's more but I will stop here. The only plus it's proximity to 301 and 75 so there are plenty of shops to get what is needed.

No one cleaned our room or changed the sheets or towels the 3 weeks we were there. The housekeepers never knocked on our door even on the days they were scheduled to come clean. The first night we checked in we weren't able to get the TV working and our room keys didn't work. Same thing on the second time we paid. Even being vaccinated we were still required to wear mask (not a problem) but the staff didn't wear a mask, as well as other guests. Then we had to pay an extra $30 when I tried to pay that morning before it was a late fee charged. I decided to take my sheets and pillowcases to the desk and only got sheets in return. We were told we had to keep the pillowcases and could not get new ones.
