Great location, but unacceptably spartan. No English language news stations on the tv, no toiletries, broken nightstand reading lamp, and a horrible - COLD - breakfast. And, the checkout receptionist was so unfriendly that we were happy to leave.

The rooms are very cold, the heating system is very very inadequate. The ground floor was divided into rooms to increase the number of rooms and beds. These rooms are windowless. Even though I made a reservation a week ago and paid for it, we had to spend one of the two nights in a normal room and the other in a flat and boring room without windows. It was a very unfortunate experience.

Excellent. Staff very friendly and helped us a lot with everything. The ambiance of the hotel is very elegant and it cosy at the same time. The double room was perfect, and so was the bathroom. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing! I really recommend staying here! Definitely coming back!

We reserved a Single room for an old woman who suffer of claustrophobia so she needed a room with space. When we arrived they show us an attic with a really small window, that was totally not what we've paid for. The old woman start directly to feel bad because of that so we asked for another room. They tell us that there was none, but that we should look for another hotel and they will have did a total refund of the reservation.
So we spent a day walking in stockholm for find another hotel and two day she had to sleep on the sofa of people.
DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY'RE JUST LIAR!
THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND US BECAUSE THERE WAS A DIVERGENCE FROM WHAT I BOOKED AND WHAT THEY RECEIVED AS BOOKING! THEY FIRST TELL US TO GO WITHOUT PROBLEM JUST FOR STEALING OUR MONEY!
NOW WE'RE JUST WAITING FOR THE POLICE TO DO THEIR WORK BUT THIS IS NOT AS THINGS HAVE TO GO.

It is a humble hotel. the towels were not very clean and sometimes they forget to replenish the coffee or glasses. breakfast is varied.
