Bob at the front desk was outstanding. Room was exactly what we needed. We had to attend Wake/funeral in the area over a 2day period so we needed to stay over. I was surprised how small the living room area was for 5 adults but we weren't staying to relax, just to sleep....the beds were very comfortable, queen sleeper was okay for one night.
The next morning there was another customer that was having a vulgar shouting match with someone on her cell so I remembered Bob at front desk say to call if there was any type of situation so I did and he immediately came to 2nd bldg and looked into the issue. Thanks Bob. 😁

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very nice. We were staying four nights and there is only cleaning service once a week. It would have been nice to have a little cleaning service during our stay. Not a big deal but just a head's up I guess. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e solícitos. Os quartos são muito bons. Ficamos quatro noites e só há serviço de limpeza uma vez por semana. Teria sido bom ter um pouco de serviço de limpeza durante a nossa estadia. Não é grande coisa, mas apenas um alerta, eu acho.

Rooms are newly renovated which is lovely. If you’re staying longer than a week, they only clean once a week and by clean I mean…maybe vacuum. The counters and sinks were not wiped, if you have any personal items out (which you will because you’re staying longer than a week) they use that as an excuse not to do so. Same with the sheets being changed. The internet is NOT good, so plan on using your cell service. My shower is broken and has yet to be fixed (after asking multiple times) but they will provide pots and pans. So 👍🏻 Os quartos são recém-reformados, o que é adorável. Se você ficar mais de uma semana, eles limpam apenas uma vez por semana e, por limpeza, quero dizer ... talvez a vácuo. Os balcões e pias não foram limpos, se você tiver algum item pessoal (o que você fará porque ficará mais de uma semana), eles usam isso como desculpa para não fazê-lo. Mesmo com os lençóis sendo alterados. A internet NÃO é boa, então planeje usar seu serviço de celular. Meu chuveiro está quebrado e ainda não foi consertado (depois de pedir várias vezes), mas eles fornecerão panelas e frigideiras. Então 👍🏻

Las habitaciones son muy agradables. Estuvimos alojados cuatro noches y solo hay servicio de limpieza una vez por semana. Hubiera sido bueno tener un poco de servicio de limpieza durante nuestra estancia. No es gran cosa, pero supongo que solo es un aviso.

Spotty wifi if you get it at all.All small concerns were addressed and fixed promptly.Plenty of parking and pet friendly. Os quartos eram limpos e adequados. A equipe foi amigável e útil. A localização era boa, embora confusa para navegar de e para se você não estiver familiarizado com a área. Wi-Fi irregular se você conseguir. Todas as pequenas preocupações foram abordadas e corrigidas prontamente. Amplo estacionamento e aceita animais de estimação.

La habitación es estilo apartamento, 2 cuartos. Uno con cama king el otro cama full. En la sala hay sofá cama. Cada habitación tiene un TV y la sala también. Cocina equipada y 1 baño. Muy bonito, elegante y acogedor. Amplio estaciinamiento.

Very pleased with our stay! My friends and I stayed in a two bedroom suite. The full kitchen was very useful. All staff members I interacted with were incredibly pleasant and accommodating to our group. Had some housekeeping and drainage issues, but both were taken care of as soon as it was brought to staff attention. Pricing was great for the room, but we paid essentially what we would have spent at a closer hotel to downtown in rides to the city. Convenient location if just visiting the Salem area. Muito satisfeito com a nossa estadia! Meus amigos e eu ficamos em uma suíte de dois quartos. A cozinha completa foi muito útil. Todos os membros da equipe com quem interagi foram incrivelmente agradáveis e acolhedores para o nosso grupo. Teve alguns problemas de limpeza e drenagem, mas ambos foram resolvidos assim que foi trazido à atenção da equipe. O preço era ótimo para o quarto, mas pagamos essencialmente o que teríamos gasto em um hotel mais próximo do centro em passeios para a cidade. Localização conveniente se apenas visitar a área de Salem.

Este hotel lo utilizo en ocasiones para hospedar a mi familiares y amigos que pasan de visita por Boston. Tienen un servicio aceptable. El hotel tiene una buena localización y a 28 minutos del aeropuerto.
