Hotel é muito bom. Quarto grande e super novo. Pessoal de atendimento muito simpático. Bem localizado e com fácil acesso à avenida Collins. Fiquei hospedado no apartamento 307 e foi tudo perfeito.

Overall the hotel was fine, but it definitely looks a bit more upscale online than it is in reality. The rooms are pretty small, I wouldn't recommend more than two people to a room. The sushi restaurant is great and the pool is super cute and fun. All of the hotel employees were very nice.

This is the first negative review I've ever written but want to warn people. We booked this place through Tripadvisor.com where you will see a king room with a nice big window. The room we got was on the first level in a separate building and did not have a window that you could see out of because it was next to the loading dock. We felt like we were in the basement with lots of noises throughout the night. When have you ever stayed in a hotel without a window? It is claustrophobic. We asked to be moved but the manager never called back and they claimed no other rooms were available so we stayed in that room for 3 out of 4 nights. The lobby was under construction and the entire place smelled like paint and joint compound. The room was across from the fitness room and the stairs so it was incredibly loud as well. The hotel is in a great location with a pool and beach access, and I liked the retro style so that is why I booked it. When we checked out I talked at length with the manager asking for some type of compensation since we felt the value we received was far less than the cash money fiat currency we paid. She refused to extend any type of courtesy of any form and indicated that I simply didn't book the correct room type. A disappointing customer service experience to say the least.

The Plymouth delivers on all the things that count: comfortable rooms, tasteful design, gorgeous pool, great lobby bar and a strong restaurant to boot. Much appreciated extras include Molton Brown products, highly accommodating staff and an actual, get this, ~vibe~. Walking down the stairs from the room and into the cozy lounge feels like having a house party in your living room that you can pop into at any time.

I haven't stayed yet but I already have had one of the worst customer service situations in hospitality in a long time. We had a family death and spent copious amounts of time trying to push our travel dates out by a few days only to be met with extreme insensitivity. We booked our stay at the Plymouth during a sale and had non-refundable rates so we understand we can not get a refund but we only wanted to change our stay by one day to accommodate the funeral services. They just kept saying "it's policy and it is your problem that you booked the non-refundable rate". I don't know, maybe this just sounds like complaining but I feel so frustrated that a death would not lend itself to a little more sensitivity within the hospitality business. We are going to end up going but I would absolutely not recommend this hotel and guarantee it is worth your time and mental energy to just go elsewhere.

This hotel has some positives, but also some pretty major negatives.
Let’s cut to the chase: security. If you stay here, do NOT stay in a terrace room. The lock on the door to the terrace is so flimsy and in my case, completely not working. But when I complained to the front desk they didn’t offer any assistance, fix the lock or move me to another room (as I requested). I had to jam the door shut books and furniture. A ridiculous situation in any hotel, let alone a 4 star one. And that highlights the other major issue - the front desk staff. Consistently rude and unhelpful. Even when I asked a simple question about beach access (which the hotel has - one of the positives) it was answered with an eye roll.
It’s a shame because otherwise the room was clean and comfortable, the pool area is basic but pleasant, the restaurant is a good in-house dinner option, and the other staff (poolside, restaurant) were lovely.

We wanted to get a place near a convention and selected the Plymouth. We don't plan to go to the beach or use the pool because we will be busy, yet they tacked on a $45 a day resort fee. I think they should have mentioned this to us prior to booking.The rooms are shabby and small and the pipes in the wall sound like weird loud trumpets. Also you can't turn adjust the cooling it is centralized controlled. The sushi bar downstairs was decent.

Room was clean. Pool was Nice. Happy hour was fun. A block or 2 from the beach. Staff was friendly. No late check out probably because they where Super Busy.Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I hope to stay again my next trip.

If you are thinking about it, don’t. The location is nice but the hotel fails to do basic things. The restaurants surrounding are loud, the front desk does not fulfill their promises…. This is an AS IS establishment. Half of what you see in pictures is accurate. The pool is filthy and the furniture by the pool needs to be thrown out. I came during the week and had a few conference calls to make, but when I entered my room, there was no chair at the desk. I mentioned to the front desk and someone was supposed to bring a chair. I followed up, still no chair. I also made the mistake of opening my window. It did not close and the front desk simply said “that’s how they work.” This is the most motel luxury hotel experience I have ever had. None of my concerns were taken seriously and they simply say “thank you for the feedback” instead of offering resolutions.

It was my second stay and I cannot really complain about anything. The rooms are small but it’s the exactly the same standard as in the hotels near by costing twice more. I really love the fragrance of the shower gel and body lotion of the cosmetics in the bathroom. It’s really the best I’ve ever had in the hotel.We also enjoyed the happy hour drinks and sushi from the restaurant downstairs. You can get 50% off everyday after 5pm.There are few cheap options to park the car, walking distance to the beach, and few options for breakfast.

We booked this queen bed hotel room last minute for the Christmas trip this winter. It was surprisingly great experience considering this is one of the very few rooms left available. Last check in and check out are available upon request. It has a 24/7 concierge and we were able to access it with no issue. The room is very clean and disinfected in advance. Although the bedroom is not the largest, it definitely has a spacious bathroom which is ADA accessible. Noise cancellation was awesome as we can hear nothing from next door throughout our stay. The only drawback is that there is no private parking for this hotel. Fortunately there is metered street parking across the street, and public parking garage nearby.

No se los recomiendo a nadie, son unos ladrones profesionales, cuando recibí la habitación esta estaba mal olienta y me dijeron que me cambiarían a otra. El día que salimos nadie se presentó a hacer el checkout y los muy ladrones nos robaron 250 pesos aludiendo que había olor a cigarro y que se había consumido marihuana en la habitación cosa totalmente inaudita, sin embargo en él área del lobby delante de los trabajadores si habían personasfumando y consumiendo marihuana existía un olor desagradable. Me hicieron el recargo al tercer día cosa que no me dio tiempo a realizarnos una prueba de droga para poder demandarlos, estuve llamando para hablar con un administrativo y nunca salía nadie hasta que hoy jueves una tal Alice Guzmán tuvo el descaro y la falta de respeto de decir que el equipo de limpieza había constatado ese olor. Son unos ladrones no se les ocurra vivir tan mala experiencia

Limpieza bien! Precio un poco elevado No me gusto que no tuvieraestacionamiento, pero buenocreo que es un problema del sector. Y el horarioque tienen para la piscina no me gusto ( cierran a las 6pm)creo que es muy temprano aunque estuviéramosconsumiendo 🍺🍸 lo cerraron 😖

buen location, personal muy agradable, sobre todo Ivanna. Pero me parece muy caro para lo que es, y que además el valet parking cueste 42$ al día... tienen un poco de lío a la hora de pedir los coches, pero los chicos son simpáticos. no tienen room service 24h, y el restaurante del hotel es solo de sushi. las chicas que arreglan la habitación cada día se olvidaban de reponerme el agua y de retirar los vasos sucios, detalles no muy importantes, pero que estaría bien que mejoraran, ya que es caro el hotel. y si te toca una habitación que da a la piscina, oyes ruido hasta media noche. eso, si, la cama es cómoda. ; )

El hotel está ubicado a 3 cuadras de la playa, y a 6 cuadras de la Lincoln Road, lo cual lo convierte en un alojamiento muy bien ubicado para el que le gusta combinar playa, paseos y compras por el sur de Miami Beach. Si llegás al hotel con tu propio automóvil, el valet parking es bastante costoso y estacionar en la calle aún más. El parking público más cercano que encontramos costaba lo mismo que el valet del hotel. Las habitaciones del hotel son amplias, la cama muy cómoda. El baño es moderno, pero sugeriría cambiar la puerta ya no guarda mucha privacidad para el que esté allí adentro. La primera noche hubieron disturbios en el hotel a la madrugada, lo que nos ocasionó malestar pero luego de haberlo hablado con el personal del hotel, éstos nos brindaron las disculpas correspondientes. Con respecto al servicio de Playa sugeriría que incluya no sólo las sillas de playa sino también las sombrillas. Más allá de eso, el personal es muy amable y nuestra estadía en general fue muy agradable.
