Somente pagamento com cartão de crédito está disponível, os quartos não são à prova de som, a limpeza não é 100%; Fiquei vários dias e eles não mudaram lençóis durante toda a minha estadia. O cartão falhou dia pela metade e foi um problema porque estava ocupado no elevador e na porta da sala. O café da manhã é delicioso, muita variedade de frutas, doces e pão. A equipe do restaurante é muito simpática, não posso dizer o mesmo da recepção. Eu acho que eles cobram até o ar que você respira e não é um hotel 5 estrelas, como eu imaginava para o preço. Se você gosta do cassino, ótimo! Você o tem na porta ao lado e agora que os verluys estão na frente, você tem mais opções para sair e comprar comida.

Solo disponible pago con tarjetas de crédito, las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, la limpieza no es al 100%; me quede varios días y no cambiaron sábanas en toda mi estadía. La tarjeta fallaba día por medio y era un problema porque se ocupaba en el ascensor y la puerta de la habitación. El desayuno es delicioso, mucha variedad de frutas, dulces y pan. El personal en el restaurant es muy amable, no puedo decir lo mismo de recepción. Encuentro que cobran hasta el aire que respiras y no es un hotel 5 estrellas como me imaginaba por el precio. Si te gusta el casino, genial! Lo tienes al lado y ahora que está el verluys al frente tienes más opciones de salir a comprar comida.

Booked a Junior Suite for a 3 night stay while attending a wedding near by In January. The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfy and the restaurant was able to provide vegan options for my breakfast with no issues. The only problem was that apparently all junior suites in this hotel connect to another room, and I could hear a couple having loud sex several times during the day and night, when I called to ask they said they did not have any other JS without a connecting door, at last during the last day of my stay, they left the room next to me empty to avoid the issue, maybe work on a better sound proof system for these doors, as I am sure nobody wants to hear other people doing that at any given time.

Sonesta as Radisson, is on the top list of hotels of Concepcion. It's at 5 mins from airport and next to Marina del Sol Casino, rooms are spacious and comfortable with several amenities, bath tub, safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, etc.
There's also a wellness center with tempered pool, sauna, steam bath and gym.

Rooms are comfortables, staff is courteous and friendly. Good wifi speed, good cable selections... small gym and opens at 7:00am (kinda late for a business hotel).
They don’t offer body cream on the personal care kit and they don’t have taxis service to the airport (for real)... lucky me I have Uber

Great place, tasty breakfast, quality dinner, casino nearby. Rooms clean, well furbished, bathroom clean and with quality finishing. And the mattress, so comfy. Slept like a baby. It's my new favourite hotel in Concepción.
