Ótimo preço para as comodidades. Equipe extremamente amigável (grite para Gilberto pelo excelente atendimento ao cliente, embora houvesse uma confusão com os quartos). Parece que eles são poucos, mas eles ainda conseguiram tornar a nossa estadia agradável e confortável. A massagem também foi incrível! Eles estão localizados em uma área movimentada e você pode ouvir música até tarde da noite, estávamos bem com isso.

Excelente precio por las comodidades. Personal extremadamente amable (gracias a Gilberto por su excelente servicio al cliente a pesar de que hubo una confusión con las habitaciones). Parece que tienen poco personal, pero aun así lograron que nuestra estancia fuera agradable y cómoda. ¡El masaje también fue increíble! Están ubicados en una zona concurrida y puedes escuchar música hasta altas horas de la noche, nos pareció bien.

Great price for the amenities. Extremely friendly staff (shout out to Gilberto for excellent customer service even though there was a mix up with rooms). It seems like they are short staffed but they still managed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Massage was amazing too! They are located in a busy area and you can hear music till late at night, we were fine with it.

Não fique aqui! a acomodação não atendeu às nossas expectativas:- sinal wi-fi é ruim - o quarto está mal conservado. Havia manchas em vários lugares (cama e cortinas). - o vaso sanitário não dá descarga corretamente. Lemos vários comentários que este é o caso, no entanto, a culpa é colocada diretamente nos hóspedes. - Alugou uma scooter de boa fé durante a estadia. Ao receber a scooter, indicamos que havia danos nela. No entanto, a equipe (responsável por lidar adequadamente com o aluguel da scooter) não declarou isso no contrato. Em seguida, fomos responsabilizados por US $ 150 e a equipe não sabia nada sobre isso. ¡No te quedes aquí! el alojamiento no cumplió con nuestras expectativas:- la señal wifi es mala - la habitación está mal cuidada. Había manchas en varios lugares (cama y cortinas). - el inodoro no funciona correctamente. Hemos leído varias reseñas de que este es el caso, sin embargo, la culpa recae directamente en los invitados. - Alquiló una scooter de buena fe durante la estancia. Don’t stay here! the accommodation did not meet our expectations:
- wifi signal is bad
- the room is poorly maintained. There were stains in several places (bed and curtains).
- toilet does not flush properly. We have read several reviews that this is the case, however, the blame is placed directly on the guests.
- Rented a scooter in good faith during the stay. When receiving the scooter, we indicated that there was damage on it. However, the staff (responsible for properly handling the scooter rental) has not stated this on the contract. Then we were held liable for $150 and the staff knew nothing about it. After we started talking, no responsibility was taken for this incident and the blame was placed on us. Guests get scammed and they try to make money from everything. The lady behind the reception does not dare to take her responsibility and could not talk to us. ridiculous service!
We travel a lot, but this accommodation was way below our expectations. The staff is very passive and rude. As can be read in the other reviews, we have had a very negative experience with this stay and we want to prevent other travelers from staying here too.

Definitivamente, uma ótima estadia para mim por 4 dias aqui no centro de Cancún propriamente dito.Aqui estão meus prós: Ótima piscina e espaço para relaxar e descontrair.Fiz duas massagens de DUAS horas porque o gerente assistente me contou sobre suas promoções. Nada melhor do que fazer uma massagem e caminhar até o seu quarto.O quarto é pequeno, mas muito funcional.O gerente estava muito atento e atento às necessidades dos hóspedes.O gerente de assistência no fim de semana e toda a equipe da frente da casa foi profissional, amigável e muito útil.A música ao redor da piscina era moderna.A segurança noturna é fechada com portões duplos que o trancam bem.A cozinha era boa porque adoro ver o fogão funcionar bem.Aqui estão os contras, apesar de uma classificação de 5 estrelas:Estou feliz por estar no andar térreo, pois há 5 andares sem elevadores.Parece que nunca toma um banho quente. O melhor é semi-quente, apesar de correr a água por mais de 10 minutos.Sem Netflix ou canais de TV regulares. O gerente de assistência se ofereceu para ajudar, mas eu tive meu próprio entretenimento.Está faltando uma frigideira na cozinha.O jacuzzi que você pode usar se fizer uma massagem estava, na melhor das hipóteses, morno.É barulhento, pois há alguns bares do outro lado da rua. Uma noite eles tinham uma banda Mariachi completa com 18 músicos estourando seus pulmões. Isso foi alto. Lol Normalmente acalmar depois das 13h.Caso contrário, eu absolutamente ficaria aqui novamente!

Definitely a great stay for me for 4 days here in Cancun downtown proper.
Here are my Pros:
Great pool and space to chill and hang out.
I had two TWO hours massage because the assistant manager told me about their promotions. Nothing beat having a massage and stroll to your room..
The room is small but very functional.
The manager was very aware and observant to the guest needs.
The assistance manager the weekend and the entire front of house staff was professional, friendly and very helpful.
The music around the pool was hip.
The night security is tight with double gates that locks you in well.
The kitchen was good as I love the ability to see the stove works well.
Here are the cons despite a 5 stars rating:
I am glad to be on the ground floor as there are 5 floor with no elevators.
Never seems to get a hot shower. The best is semi warm despite running the water for 10 plus minutes.
No Netflix or regular TV channels. The assistance manager did offer to help but I had my own entertainment.
Kitchen is missing a frying pan.
The jacuzzi that you can use if you had a massage was again at best lukewarm.
It is noisy as there are a few bars across the street. One night they had a complete Mariachi band that had 18 players blowing their lungs out. That was loud. Lol
Usually quiet down after 1pm.
Otherwise, I absolutely would stay here again!

Fiquei aqui em fevereiro depois que meu vôo de volta para Houston foi cancelado devido à tempestade congelante. Este lugar foi capaz de acomodar no último minuto para um grupo de 4. Valeu a pena os 75 $ + por dia. Limpo, bom atendimento ao cliente, ótima piscina e quarto veio com uma cozinha totalmente funcional. Segurança é uma prioridade para mim 🙂 e este lugar fez você se sentir em casa. Altamente recomendado.

Não recomendo o hotel de jeito nenhum, nem por engano. Fui fora da alta temporada e a internet é péssima, o quarto não tinha sabonete de nenhum tipo, não tem café (na página parece que tem) a cafeteira está vazia sem serviço, não tinha nem água nem "amenities" como dizem Chamam, pedi cobertores extras e não havia nenhum, o serviço é péssimo e poucos funcionários. Na alta temporada, não consigo imaginar como o serviço deve piorar. Por estar na avenida, é excessivamente barulhento. Definitivamente, procure outra opção.

El hotel no lo recomiendo para nada, ni por error.Fui en temporada no alta y el internet es pésimo, la habitación no tenía jabón de ningún tipo, no tienen café (en la página aparece que sí) está vacía la cafetera desin servicio, no tenía ni aguas ni “amenidades” como ellos le llaman,pedí cobijas extras y no había tampoco, el servicio es malo y hay poco personal. En temporada alta, no imagino cómo debe empeorar el servicio. Por estar en la avenida, es excesivamente ruidoso. Definitivamente busquen otra opción.

And also: No soap or other toiletries in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the kitchen and broken bathroom tap

Stayed here back in February after my flight back to Houston was cancelled due to the freeze storm. This place was able to accommodate last minute for a group of 4. Well worth the 75$+ a day. Clean, good customer service, nice pool, and room came with a full functioning kitchen. Safety is a top priority for me 🙂 and this place made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Fiquei aqui por 1 semana. Eu amo a TV enorme e a configuração e decoração do quarto. Os jardins gerais também são agradáveis e as espreguiçadeiras da piscina nunca foram ocupadas. A equipe da recepção foi útil e manteve uma grande entrega da Amazon de mim.O 3 estrelas é para várias coisas, 1 a internet é um lixo total. É lento e continua desconectando (sou um engenheiro de TI). Também é muito barulhento. Você tem crianças na piscina, você tem o clube / praça de touros em frente com música alta, o isolamento das portas e janelas é ruim e pode-se ouvir o tráfego o tempo todo. Também tive que usar um travesseiro para me encostar nas cortinas para ajudar a bloquear a luz, pois elas não eram nada boas.

Stayed here for 1 week. I love the huge TV and the room setup and decor. The general grounds are also nice and the pool loungers were never busy. The reception staff was useful, and kept a big delivery from Amazon from me.The 3 star is for various things, 1 the internet is total trash. It's slow an keeps disconnecting (I'm an IT engineer). Also its very noisy. You have kids in the pool, you have the club/bullring opposite with loud music, the insulation from the doors and windows is poor and can hear traffic all the time. Also I had to use pillow to lean against hte curtains tohelp block the light as they are not good at all.

I’m not sure if it was just my room, but the bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It was as hard as a rock. Thankfully they refunded me on one of my nights but I was extremely overcharged for my one night stay i booked with them directly (it was much cheaper online)otherwise,the location is pretty good and the pool is nice. The room decor was gorgeous but yeah...that bed.

The bedroom drawers had old socks and used gum packages, it wasn't cleaned and they told us it was because not all rooms have drawers that can be opened. The dishes on the counter were extremely dirty. We had to request for the TV remote and also the toilet had no water...When they came to give us the TV remote, they noticed they didn't place a couple of complementary coffee capsules. I wonder what else we were entitled too... I guess we'll never know.It's not only the little things. They make you sign a paper with a list of the items in the room, to be responsible if missing. I don't know if they expect you to go over the list one by one just so I don't get a fine. Then, the guy said 'it's required that I go get the room card back to the lobby and bring it back'. He took forever.Last, but not least, they decided to clean up the palm trees and the pool beds at midnight, making a huge racket.It's such a shame that this hotel has such a poor service, because the rooms and lobby are very pretty. Still, I would never ever come back or recommend this to anyone. $90 USD a night for this ****? No thank you.
