I DON‘T recommend this hotel. We stayed 1 week in Istanbul and unfortunately booked this hotel by a travel website. As we arrived, they gave us an extremly small room for 2 persons. We had no space for our luggage and suitcases in the room. We had to put our luggage and suitcases on the wardrobes be. In one week we only had two times a room service. Every day I made a complaint, because we had no fresh towels and sheets. Also the staff from the Reception can’t speak english, only turkish and russian. After my complaint the manager said to us that we paid less so we don’t have to expect a daily room service?!?!? This is what you call a manager and a 4 star hotel????? They also offered a transfer to the airport for around 200 USD!!! That is a rip off if tourists!!! A normal taxi drove us for 50 Turkish Lira to the airport. At this time 1 EUR was around 4,80 Turkish Lira.
If you wat a relaxed time in Istanbul, better book another hotel with better standards.

If you want the worst hotel experience go to that hotel!! Absolutely garbage, the rooms are terrible and I mean really really bad, like it rained out side and our room started flooding, or the air conditioning it only sounds like a subwoofer when it worked. Now the staff wow so terrifically garbage they literally don’t care about you or anything once they have your money it’s game over, you are literally on your own. By the way when you book you will definitely not get the room you booked they’ll give you the smallest room possible and when you get there they charge you more, and if you try and just cancel and go elsewhere we’ll its too late they have already ran your credit card without your authorization and won’t give you anything back they want more. Oh and the shower head in our room that also broke, I can literally keep going and going. Like I said if you want the worst hotel experience ever please visit this hotel.

Very bad service ..had advanced booking and they placed me in the 7th floor where the roof touches your head in the rooms...was told they will change it the next day for me as the hotel was full...next day they made me pack my bags and said they will change it i left my keys with them and went on a tour and returned at 5pm to hear the same excuse that they will change the room the following day i asked for a refund and recieved less than half the money i paid for only staying 1 night (total 5 days intended) ..i then went and book another hotel

Bad hotel. I reached the hotel and even with advance booking they said they did not have any rooms. They sent me to another hotel with very small rooms. Bad experience
