No edifício histórico da Generali está o quarto Rossana, no quarto andar, quarto limpo, silencioso, com temperatura controlada, excelente localização para se locomover de trem, metrô e ônibus. ANNA pessoa, útil e muito agradável. ROMA muito bonita, há muito para ver. Eu recomendo.

Com base nos comentários já lidos resolvi experimentar a estrutura. Extrema gentileza do proprietário, quarto impecável e excelente localização próximo à estação. Eu recomendo a todos, você não ficará desapontado.

Fiquei com uma família de 5 em 2 quartos. Sentida muito bem-vinda pela Anna, as camas e o banheiro são muito bons e o ar-condicionado mantinha 22 graus com 35 do lado de fora.

Super simpático, simpático e acolhedor anfitrião. Os quartos e banheiros são muito limpos e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem nos dias quentes de verão. Há uma máquina de venda automática de lanches no hotel, que também oferece bebidas geladas e café. Os preços são muito razoáveis e dignos. Localizado no quarto andar do prédio (acessível por elevador). Ótimo por seu preço. Quarto e banheiro eram arrumados e limpos. Havia também um ar condicionado, o que era muito bom para os dias quentes de verão. A principal vantagem desta propriedade foi a querida Anna (Hotel Manager). Ela foi muito simpática e prestativa. Anfitrión super agradable, amable y acogedor. Las habitaciones y los baños están muy limpios y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien en los calurosos días de verano. Hay una máquina expendedora de bocadillos en el hotel que también tiene bebidas frías y café. Los precios son muy razonables y dignos. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si viajas con un presupuesto limitado.

Great for it's price.
Room and bath were neat and clean. There was an air conditioner too which was really good for the hot summer days.
The main advantage of this property was dear Anna ( Hotel Manager). She was really friendly and helpful.
Rome itself is a must visit. Great city with lovely people...

Super nice, friendly and welcoming host. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the air conditioner works very good in hot summer days. There's a snack vending machine in the hotel which has also cold drinks and coffee. The price are very reasonable and worthy. I highly recommend this place if you're traveling on a budget.

In the Generali's historic building is the Rossana room rental, on the fourth floor, clean, quiet, temperature-controlled room, excellent location for getting around by train, metro and bus. ANNA person, helpful and very nice. ROME very beautiful, there is so much to see. I recommend it.

Una maravilla, su dueña super amable las camas comodisimas muy limpio sin duda si vuelvo a Roma allí regresaré. Esta pegado a Términi lo que te facilita los viajes que quieras realizar en tren regional, metro, bus, taxy.
