Ficamos 5 noites neste apartamento de hotel, do primeiro momento ao último momento foi incrível, Servise é 5 estrelas, Localização, equipamentos e tudo é extraordinário. Staffs são muito gentis e humildes. Mr: parveen, kenjie e todas as equipes (não sei o nome) são muito úteis e falam inglês. Apartamentos do mais alto nível, todos os novos, limpos, espaçosos, enorme cozinha, loft, tem todos os utensílios necessários, uma grande loggia, é uma pena que estava frio lá fora, não se sentar nele com cognac olhando para a distância, simpática, em várias questões ajudaram com alegria, um elevador com uma chave de acesso ao nosso andar, acesso para os outros é fechado, um grande complexo comercial e uma mercearia estão por perto, para mim é mais importante do que a localização no centro, cerca de US $ 1 para o centro de táxi Yandex, sentou-se e andava a qualquer momento também de volta. Os apartamentos são lindos! Eu venho para a Armênia com frequência e fico exclusivamente em apartamentos RIS. Em primeiro lugar, pessoal maravilhoso, até mesmo malas ajudam a transmitir para o apartamento. Em segundo lugar, qualquer apartamento tem uma bela vista (de Ararat, o estádio, etc.) Em terceiro lugar, o apartamento tem tudo que você precisa: chá, café, açúcar, máquina de lavar roupa, acessórios para o corpo, toalhas, roupões de banho, chinelos, xampus, sabonetes, manta na varanda. Serviço de limpeza diário. Elegante, bonita e confortável. Em geral, não encontrei um lugar ideal em Yerevan.

Los apartamentos del más alto nivel, todos nuevos, limpios, espaciosos, enormes cocinas, loft, tienen todos los utensilios necesarios, una gran logia, es una pena que hacía frío afuera, no se sentaron con el coñac mirando en la distancia, personal amable, en varios temas ayudados con alegría, un elevador con una llave de acceso a nuestro piso, el acceso para otros está cerrado, un gran complejo comercial y una tienda de comestibles están cerca, para mí es más importante que la ubicación en el centro, aproximadamente $ 1 al centro en un taxi de Yandex, se sentó en cualquier momento y condujo, sin problemas , también de vuelta. Review of apartmentsIf your looking for luxury at an affordable price then the ris dalma collection apartments are you only choice in Yerevan.From the moment we walked into the building we where greeted by the 24 hour reception team that where happy to help with all our questions at anytime of the day. These type of serviced apartments are blurring the line between hotels and self catering. As they offer the daily cleaning and turndown service of a hotel but the space and freedom of your own apartment.The Apartment once we stepped into the apartment we immediately felt the quality of the materials used in the apartment. That quality plus the well though layout and design would not be out of place in a 5* hotel.We had a one bedroom apartment but penthouses are available. It sleeps four people if needed as the sofa turns into a double bed. We where located on the 11 floor that provided us with some of her best views in the whole city.The kitchen this area has everything you need for the duration of your stay. All equipment is included and even the little extras like salt and oil are provided for you. Oven and microwave are there if you planning on some grand home cooking.Living Area in this beautifully designed area you find a vast open plan space with comfortable sofa, dinner table, smart tv with Netflix & international channels. And the best part of the apartment is the the vistas from the full panoramic windows that span the whole apartment giving you amazing views of the old city and surrounding area. We spent many a night stargazing on the window sill with a glass of wine.The bedroom double or twin beds are your choice on booking. It have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and all the space you need for your clothing. The beds are super comfortable and for those morning when you don’t want to get out of bed you have another smart tv for lazy viewing.Location The apartment are located just outside of the main downtown area but still within walking distance it’s based in a super new apartment block that you can see for miles around. On the opposite side of the road youhave a huge mall that has all the stores you would ever need and a market. As the apartments are located on top of a hillwe had spectacular views of the city especially in the night time.I can honestly say that this is the highest quality apartment that I have ever stayed in while on holiday. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in Yerevan.A big thanks to the team for the kind service..
