The hotel was being remodeled. I was not aware of this when I booked an appointment. Considering the cost, they should have made certain they explained they were in demolition and construction. The pool and patio were closed, the in house restaurant was closed. The place is run down. The parking lot was closed and there was an additional fee to park in it. The best part was the location. It was centrally located in the middle of downtown and about a mile from the beach.

Stay away, save your time and money if you are looking for a rest, they are licensed thieves, came at 5:00am I paid for the full day and at 9:00am a drill began to go off in the construction that is currently in the hotel, at 11:00am the staff was already knocking on the door for us to leave, I clearly asked the front desk at check-in time if check-out was at 11:00am on FRIDAY, and she answered yes. They charged me 1 full day for 6 hours badly spent. THE PICTURES HERE ARE NOT CURRENT, do not expect to have a good experience. THEY ARE PUBLIC SCAMMERS, you shouldn't be renting the hotel while it's under construction, you go on vacation to rest and come across these kinds of unpleasant experiences.

Absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure how this is a 4 star hotel… they never told us when booking here, that there is hotel wide construction going on (side note, if you’re staying here soon). Pretty sure there was blood on the floor, wayyy too many stains. Room smelled musty and terrible. Shower was so disgusting, we didn’t even brush our teeth with the water here, we bought water bottles and used that to brush our teeth. The “parking garage” is tiny, and wayyy over priced to park there, on top of all the fees and charges just to stay here. if you have a truck or suv, I doubt you’ll be able to fit. It was a tight squeeze getting in there with my civic. The receptionist was very kind though, I will say. She was great, but man… this place was seriously sketchy. You’re better off finding somewhere else to go. Stay safe and steer clear of this place.

Well I booked through Expedia. Everything you see on Harrison hotels website is the absolute opposite of what the pics show and what their description of the hotel really is. Be warned it's a total dump. And you have to pay $15 a night to park in their garage. I have great pics of the dump. The pool is not operational, rooms are dirty , blood on curtains. Trash everywhere. I could go on and on. Renovations lol yeah

Tivemos um problema.Quando chegamos ao hotel nos acomodaram num quarto que não recebia muita luz do sol e como se hábito nos EUA tá bem não tinha janela.Ok. Ocorre que além disso o quarto estava todo empoeirado, chão,móveis, ventilador tinha uma crosta nojenta de poeira bem como o filtro do ar e do ventilador do banheiro que não funcionava e estava todo coberto de uma poeira grossa. Toda minha famikia é alergia. Ao ver isso fui a recepção e pedindo por favor para nos trocarem de quarto e grosseiramente a atendente disse que não poderia trocar pois estava lotado. Pedi que se no dia seguinte tivesse opção de troca por favor fizesse. Nada foi feito. Passamos 4 dias em miami. Eu e meu esposo acabamos contraindo uma bronquite fortíssima e estamos a 6 dias em tratamento.Agradeço isso ao hotel

This place has a greay location and ample parking. It could be a really awesome tiki themed hktel just needs a liytle bit of tlc. Great bones. The beds are actually quite comfortable and the rooma have a decent sized mini fridge and an actual microwave. I cant wait to see a larger chain invest in thia iconic place.

Horrible experience. Front Desk Staff was rude. So they charge for parking space in a garage that says that cars without parking permits will be towed. Not too happy about that, but I accepted it. We went out to dinner and when we got back and there was no parking space.
They were probably about 30 cars crammed in their mini garage and at least six cars with no parking permits. Security tells me that I have to find a public parking a couple of blocks away. I asked him if I could wait for the cars without permits to be towed and he said that it was difficult to get a tow truck on Christmas Eve so they would not be towed.
The place was a dump!

This place is not worth the money. I’ve stayed here a number of times simply for the location and it certainly gets worse every time. The walls are stained and dirty looking, the shower curtain was moldy, the furniture was dirty and old. The vents in the shower were coated with dust and debris. there was hair stuck in the hairdryer. My boyfriend asked me why my feet were so dirty, turns out the carpet is FILTHY and turned the bottoms of our feet black. The wifi is awful and not secure. There is no breakfast, the washers and dryers are very dirty and out of order. It says there is shuttle service online but that isn’t true. The lighting is terrible and our bedding had cigarette burns. This place should be charging $50 a night for what they have to offer. This was the last time we will waste our money here.

I stopped by this location due to its historic nature, definitely not because it is well-maintained, with the possibility of procuring two rooms for 2 weeks from now but upon entering got an interrogation instead of a greeting which deterred us from making the reservation. It must be nice to have so much business even during these hard times that a hotel could treat people such as they did us without thinking twice.

I've never deserved a refund as much as I do for this booking! Horrible is a understatement but potential is a fact!!! There literally has to be some sort of city/health department that should immediately close all rooms that are not remodeled as of yet!!! It's inhumane, unprofessional and honestly stealing to charge the public for the rooms that are under remodeling as they claim. Rather you chose smoking or not,your housekeeping inventory should include the proper products to ensure all rooms are rented at the value paid for them. I literally can't put into words how their pictures are accurate but obviously from opening day. The AC in the room works only at night and their towels smell like mildew. THE PLACE IS JUST A MESS & THE FEMALE MANAGER HAS THE AUDACITY TO BE RUDE!!!!Best part & literally on good thing about this hotel is their front desk, amazing Disney effect customer service given by KEITH!!!A real Radisson hotel needs to relocate Keith immediately because he's wasting amazing work ethics at that nasty hotel!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY💰 😏 😎

Ubicado en el centro de Hollywood , Florida. Realicé reservación y cuando lleguè a recepción no me aceptaron mis tarjetas de crédito y de dèbito porque no venía mi nombre impreso en ellas. Si pagaba en efectivo me cobraban80 dólares màs. Por supuesto no me hospedé. Ahora estoy gestionando la devolución de mi dinero, porque si realizaron el cargo de dos noches a la tarjeta que proporcionè cuando reservè por internet. Increíble !!!!!! This is not true. I stayed at the Ramada Hollywood Downtown hotel from October 16 to 19 and used the same credit card to book and check in and I had no problems. I have stayed at Ramada Hollywood Downtown hotel several times and had never had problems accepting my credit cards. Although during my stay in October I was assigned a room that was under repair, then a smoking room and finally a non-smoking room with two beds on the sixth floor. I think it is fair to reimburse the 2 nights to the credit card used to make this charge, which is the same one I used to check in. There was a large gap at the top of the door. So large I could see daylight. Dining room chair had numerous stains and a cigarette burn to top it off. The air conditioner has mold growing in it and on the outside of it causing the room to smell stale and moldy. Room also had a smell of burnt hair. Lastly I tried to give my son a bath and the drain plug wouldn't hold the water. This is all before I have checked out! I'm sure I'll come across something before then but I think this gets my point across for now.

Es un excelente lugar, muy céntrico, con actividades nocturnas. El hotel es tranquilo y se puede descansar sin problema, la habitación cuenta con un refrigerador y un microondas. El área social tiene un ambiente agradable. En cuanto al desayuno es muy básico, más bien sería una merienda de mañana. El local cuenta con re Wi-Fi el cual no es muy buena. Aunque hay recepcion en las áreas comunes la velocidad es muy baja o lenta; en cuanto a la habitación, se desconecta. El internet no es lo mas importante, pero si hablamos de ''parking'' se puede utilizar con costo adicional, el precio es por noche y es accesible. El personal es amable.
