It's an older building full of charm, aka, expect windows that aren't soundproof and floors that squeak. Gorgeous/very safe neighborhood. 100% recommend

Me alojé con unos amigos. El Check-in fue rápido aún cuando llegamos tarde en la noche. El Staff fue amigable y servicial. Nuestro cuarto estaba limpio, era tranquilo y cómodo. Las habitaciones tienen nevera pequeña. Frente al hotel hay estacionamiento disponible con parquímetros a un costo razonable y a partir de ciertas horas en la noche es libre de costo. La localización fue buena para manejar al downtown Miami y South Beach. Muy bueno en general.

El mejor hotel en todos los sentidos,la ubicacion, cerca para ir caminando a todos lados, la zona tranquila rest cerca en la noche se puede salir a caminar tranquilamente..... El Staff fue el mejor, gracias por toda la ayuda prestada en todo......comunicativos,el check in sup rápido,abiertos ayudarte en todo..... Habitaciones super limpias, grandes, nevera micro, cafetera,en general absolutamente todo el personal excelente lo recomiendo 100% .............sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo ....cinco estrellas.....

Hotel was very clean. Staff was a bit rude and lazy. Had to argue with the front desk clerk just to get a receipt upon check out. Pictures on Expedia and Travelocity are not accurate depictions of the hotel. It’s not as nice in person and very dated . Rooms are extremely small and accommodations are below average. On the upside, it’s very conveniently located to stores and restaurants and the Miami airport. If you don’t mind less than average service and looking for just a place to lay your head while in Miami, this is your place, but go elsewhere if possible.Thanks for your response Mr. Owner(Aka) Sergio, but your standard practice should be to offer a final receipt upon check out at your hotel and not be offended when an outgoing guest ask for it and this would prevent you from being yelled at. Don’t try and point your lack of service to the fault of the customer and use this opportunity to improve your customer service experience. Take care.

Este foi o hotel perfeito para minha curta viagem de negócios a Miami. Boa localização, muita comida e uma curta distância do alvo. Eles não têm estacionamento, mas há muitos parquímetros na rua ao redor. Encontramos um lugar bem na frente. Piso / escadas de madeira super charmosos, limpos e bonitos. Eu definitivamente ficaria novamente!

This was the perfect hotel for my short business trip to Miami.
Good location, loots of food and a Target walking distance. They have no parking, but there’s plenty of street parking meters around. We found a spot right up front.
Super charming, clean, and beautiful wooden floors/stairs. I definitely would stay again!

I strongly advise you to stay at the hotel because of its excellent location. The hotel's personality appealed to me greatly. The food was excellent, and the staff was courteous and helpful. It's incredible!

I would love to give this hotel a 5 star rating but can't.This is the second time we've stayed there.The first time two years ago but something changed since then.When we arrived the bathroom had a roll out window that wouldn't close so we informed management.After a week the only person that cared was the maid.In the hot Florida heat this was a problem.The cable was out also.Otherwise the old charm of this hotel is amazing.It's the small things that make a lasting impact.

Hotel parece bem simples do lado de fora, mas surpreende qd vc chega nos quartos onde fizeram uma pequena reforma. Estava tudo limpo e arrumado. Não é um hotel pra passeio e sim para poucos dias e dormir. Está bem próximo do aeroporto de Mia então vale a pena. Não tem estacionamento, mas nas ruas ao redor tem lugares para estacionar sem cobranças.
