Clean rooms in a great location. Main sightseeing attractions are in walking distance. The area itself is surrounded by nice bars ans restaurants.
Coffee is available and before Covid-19 they had some homemade pastry in the lounge area.
For breakfast there were 3 locations to chose which was in our opinion a really nice alternative.
Laura was incredibly friendly and helped us a lot during our stay which was amazing! She gave us great recommendations and helped us very much when we had a problem with our car. Without her we would have been lost :)

My husband and I stayed at Palazzo Baj for our honeymoon. It was PERFECT. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and high ceilings. It was newly renovated, well taken care of, and the windows were sound proof. The owner, Laura, was incredibly sweet and provided gluten free snacks in the common area. The location was amazing. We adored the Trastevere, just across the river was the Jewish Ghetto, and we were able to walk to all of the major sightseeing spots. It felt like our own little home in the Trastevere for a week. We highly recommend Palazzo Baj and will definitely be back.

You're crazy if you think this place is any good!!! The "Luxurious" Suite #4 is small, the "River View" is a blocked view of the retaining wall along the tiber..on the other side of the busy street, the other window opens up to a stunning view of a gas station next door so you literally have parked cars inches away from the window. Oh, and the wonderful sound you’ll hear at night, being on the first floor and all, are ones of cars constantly zooming by and every conversation as people pass by your window- close enough for you to join in. The rooms are clean and the shower is top notch, but if something quiet is up your alley then avoid this place. Oh, I included photos of your stunning window views.

The rooms were bright and fresh looking and very clean. Hotel was in a brilliant location for everything and just around the corner from the hotel there’s lots of restaurants that serve the best food we had while in Rome. we will definitely use this hotel again and recommend to family and friends

Stylish rooms with a sense of luxury in an incredibly family-friendly and friendly surrounding. Always high level of service and the staff helped us with everything from transport to restaurant reservations.
The location is superb, a walk over to the city center and close to the amazing Trastevere with restaurants and nightlife. The breakfast served at the nearby cafe was clearly the best way to start the day. In the hotel's own little bar you can enjoy a glass of wine or some of their delicious pastries. Recommended!
