A arquitetura e a decoração deste hotel são lindas. O Roof-Top (de ambos os prédios) é extremamente aconchegante, a vista da Lagoa San Juan é espetacular e o atendimento é muito bom e agradável.

Fiz uma reserva neste hotel e preciso entrar em contato com eles antes de chegar. Entrei em contato com eles duas semanas antes da minha reserva e eles responderam com reservas e ligarão de volta para você. Estou esperando há 5 dias por este "retorno de chamada". Tentei entrar em contato com eles novamente nos últimos dois dias, mas estou recebendo uma mensagem completa do correio de voz. Isso é sério? Eu paguei mais de 1500 $ para ficar aqui por 5 noites. Ridículo!

I booked a reservation with this hotel and need to contact them before I arrive. I contacted them two weeks prior to my reservation, and they responded with reservations will call you back. I have been waiting 5 days for this "call back" I have attempted to contact them again for the last two days but am getting to a voicemail full message. Is this serious? I paid over 1500$ to stay here for 5 nights. Ridiculous!

Eu amei este lugar que estava fora da faixa principal, mas ainda a uma curta distância da praia e restaurantes. Os quartos eram pequenos, mas muito confortáveis e elegantes.

Servicio excelente, limpieza, hospitalidad, personal... En fin, un verdadero placer hospedarnos en el hotel. De echo, cuando mi novio y yo salimos del hotel a nuestro hogar en Miami, dejé sin querer mis espejuelos en la habitación. Fueron tan amables que sin pedir nada a cambio me los enviaron por correo de prioridad y los recibí en mi casa. El personal de Front Desk fue maravilloso con el detalle. Estamos muy agradecidos con todos! Gracias por el trato y la hermosa experiencia!

I loved this place it was off the main strip but still in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The rooms were small but very comfortable and chic.

Cute decor, nice ambiance & large patio space, but tiny room and service is spotty to say the least. Didn’t have a remote for the AC unit upon arrival, or enough towels for the room. Beautiful rooftop space, friendly staff.
