Quarto muito limpo! Equipe amigável e acolhedora. Eu pedi alguns travesseiros extras para conforto e os recebi sem problemas. Nós tivemos uma ótima férias aqui. A equipe incrível e o hotel limpo cimentaram nossa grande experiência.

Ótima localização, limpo e tranquilo, 30 a 50 pés da praia. O estacionamento é bom, apenas questões não A / C unidade no quarto apenas na sala de estar e não há tomadas suficientes de energia no quarto. Definitivamente recomendo e reservar novamente.

Very clean room! Friendly staff and welcoming. I asked for a few extra pillows for comfort and received them no problem. We had a great vacation here. The amazing staff and clean hotel cemented our great experience.

Não é o melhor local, o pessoal não era amigável. Pedi para ver um quarto e ela me mostrou um e disse que tudo acabou de ser reformado e atualizado. Então eu aluguei um quarto e quando entrei no quarto ela me colocou, parecia muito velho e desatualizado. As crianças gritavam e berravam do lado de fora da janela do banheiro. As persianas do banheiro estavam todas quebradas e rasgadas. E o lugar não estava limpo. Voltei para o escritório e pedi desculpas, mas não vou ficar aqui e gostaria de meu dinheiro de volta. Ela pediu desculpas, eu não posso fazer isso. Ela disse que eu teria que ligar de volta para cá em 3 dias l, não há gerente no local. Disse ligar e perguntar por Tyler (ela). Liguei de volta 3 dias depois, quando descobriram que era eu, eles me colocaram em espera por 10 minutos. Liguei de volta no dia seguinte. Falei com Tyler e ela disse tudo bem, espere um pouco. Coloque-me em espera novamente por mais de 10 min. Então desliguei a ligação e eles continuaram ignorando minhas ligações e finalmente bloquearam meu número. RECOMENDO ALTAMENTE NÃO FICAR EM NENHUM DOS QUARTOS DE HOTEL NESSA ÁREA. ELES POSSUEM 12 direitos, todos na área.EXPERIÊNCIA HORRÍVEL

Not the best of location, staff was not friendly. I asked to see a room and she showed me one and said everything has just been renovated and updated. So I rented a room and when I got into the room she put me in it was very old looking and outdated. Kids were yelling and screaming right outside the bathroom window. Bathroom blinds where all broken and tore up. And place was not clean at all. I went back up to the office and said I’m sorry but I’m not staying here and I would like my money back. She said sorry I can’t do that. She said I’d have to call back up here in 3 days l, there is no manager on site. Said call and ask for Tyler(her). So I called back 3 days later once they found out it was me they put me on hold for 10 min.
So I called back the very next day. Spoke to Tyler and she said okay well hold on. Put me on hold again for over 10 min. So I hung up called right back and they kept ignoring my calls then finally blocked my number.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STATING IN ANY OF THERE HOTEL ROOMS IN THAT AREA. THEY OWN 12 right all in the area.

Sem serviço de quarto após três dias + baratas 🪳 no banheiro e na cozinha. Peça limpeza ou controle de animais de estimação e eles nunca aparecerão 😞 sem desculpas nem nada. Muito desapontado.

No volvere a hospedarme en ese lugar, me cobraron por una habitacion que cuando llegue la habian rentado a otra persona y la q me dieron estaba descuidada, sucia y con mal olor y para colmo nos robaron parte del deposito , la atension del personal pesima, nunca lo recomendaria👎🤮

Room was ok, pictures are way different at what it’s in person THEY CHARGE $100 security deposit which they don’t reimburse at all called and ask for the reimbursement and staff didn’t give me a clear answer and I haven’t got the money yet. They oversell the parking spots location is great but that’s it courtyards are nasty too look somewhere else don’t recommend this place AT ALL!!!

He visitado el hotel en varias ocasiones, me encanta la ubicación y me gustaba mucho la limpieza... pero HA DESMEJORADO MUCHO! Hay desorden y no hay buena atención, el señor que esta en el hotel es desinteresado y nunca se preocupa por los huespedes, los jardines estan llenos de basura, es una lástima que un lugar tan lindo y tan limpio como ERA ANTES, ahora esté en estas condiciones.

Great location, clean and peaceful, 30 to 50 feet from the beach. Parking is good,only issues no A/C unit in the room only in the living room and not enough power outlets in the room. Would definitely recommen and book again.
