Catastrófico. 20 minutos para um check-in, preso no elevador e barulhento (dá para entender, obra de construção). Café da manhã muito triste e ainda por cima todos os potes estavam vazios. Não comi nada e espero ser reembolsado no café da manhã. Uma pequena cereja no topo do bolo, ótimo 100.- se você deixar o carro diretamente na frente. Eles não representam bem a marca NH porque em Genebra é muito melhor.

O hotel é ideal para quem precisa se posicionar no centro da cidade, mas precisa urgentemente de uma reestruturação radical, porque apesar dos esforços óbvios da gerência para mantê-lo na "vida", agora tudo está podre, quebrado, velho ... eu li outros comenta sobre este hotel e a gerência justifica-se pela dificuldade de realizar essas obras em etapas: aqui, no entanto, a falta de manutenção de décadas com obras em etapa não pode ser sanada e tudo deve ser refeito imediatamente.

Localizado mesmo no centro da cidade, irá certamente apreciar o fácil acesso ao centro histórico da cidade, à estação ferroviária, às lojas, aos restaurantes e aos bares. Os serviços também são fantásticos. Todos os funcionários são profissionais e amigáveis. O bar que fica logo ao lado do lobby oferece alguns coquetéis muito autênticos.Os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e limpos. O estilo dos anos 90 está realmente um pouco desatualizado da perspectiva de 2020. Mas eles ainda são bem mantidos e funcionando como esperado.Seria uma boa vantagem se as tomadas elétricas estivessem disponíveis ao lado das camas. Também adoraria ver mais opções no minibar.No geral, o hotel é uma opção confiável para quem visita Friburgo.

O hotel tem uma localização extremamente barulhenta, mas é central. O café da manhã foi embalado em uma caixa de papelão devido às medidas corona, o que resultou em uma oferta muito mais enxuta do que um buffet de café da manhã. No entanto, o preço total foi cobrado. Os quartos eram decadentes. O elevador só podia ser usado com o cartão do quarto e isso só funcionava de forma pouco confiável. O pessoal foi amigável. Eu não recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.

Localização ideal. Muito perto da estação de trem. O quarto era espaçoso, muito limpo e perfeitamente adequado, mas com necessidade de atualização. A equipe sorridente e atenciosa. O restaurante é para ser descoberto, o tartare é excelente.

Located in the very center of the city, you will for sure be appreciating the easy access to the historical town centre, the railway station, the shops, the restaurants and the bars. The services are also fantastic. All of the staff are professional and friendly. The bar that is immediately next to the lobby offers some very authentic cocktails.
The rooms are spacious, comfort and clean. Their 90's style is indeed a bit outdated from the perspective of 2020. But they are still well maintained and functioning as expected.
It would be a good plus if the power outlets are available next to the beds. I would also love to see more options in the minibar.
Overall speaking, the hotel is a reliable option for anyone visiting Fribourg.

Hotel is fine, slightly outdated. Make sure to get a room away from Grand Place, it is very noisy during nights when pepole smoke outside the bars.

Just arrived at the hotel. I have being here already and I know the hotel is quite old and needs some good refurbishment (no AC in July it was impossible to sleep). But this time the room I have been given is simply shameful... Hole in the curtain, bath door chipped, bath tap that moves when you try to open it, dirty carpet, closet and furniture discolored/faded, shower tray in bad status...how can a 4 star hotel have rooms like this? Really disappointed. I don’t give a one just because the personnel is nice. Still I cannot recommend this place.

An old and worn hotel in one of the ugliest buildings in town. But with great views from the upper floors. Small single rooms with even smaller beds. Expensive for what you get.

Cortaron el agua de 11 a 16 horas, deberían haberse asegurado que habíamos leído el aviso (habíamos hecho la entrada a la 1 de la madrugada). This is listed as a 4-star hotel, but by US standards would be 3-star. The interiors of the rooms are drab, with worn carpets and out-dated and spartan furniture. Avoid taking a room at the frontside of the hotel -- there is a raucous nightclub and a very lively bar situated outside, and the windows do not block the noise ... even with earplugs you are likely to have trouble sleeping. In my room there was no way to control the temperature. One day, when I returned, the housekeeper had left the window in my room open to cool it down ... it was -2C outside, so the room was more than a little chilly! On that note, the windows do open - unlike in most US hotels - so if you have young children, you need to be very careful as there are no window locks. It would be easy for a young child to climb into a ledge, open the window, and fall down the side of the building. (In other words, I would not leave young children alone in a room here.) On the plus side, as others have mentioned, the rooms are clean and the service is pretty good with very friendly employees. The buffet breakfast is very good, with a great selection of hot and cold foods. I've had better, but only at much more expensive hotels. Overall, the hotel is functional if a little cheerless and outdated, and OK if you can get a room overlooking the old town (away from the nightclub and bar.) For safety reasons, I would not recommend that families with young children stay here.

I've never had a bad stay here.The staff are very friendly and accommodating.The view from the rooms on the back side of the building are tremendous.I've stayed here for business many times over the past 5 years and look forward to many more.
