booked this place last minute for $300. stayed on the second floor. It was quiet. I love the place. Checking-in was a nice elegant lobby. The bed was extremely comfortable to the point where I did not want to leave! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood surrounding many restaurants. I stayed at the Milburn during Hurricane Sandy. The staff members were exceptional. Service was great. Continental breakfast is a nice perk. Location outstanding. Rooms could use a makeover but were clean and spacious. Price was good, too. But-if you're looking for value and good service, I'd check into the Milburn. Excellent value, nice property.rooms large for any city, much less Manhattan.Nice size closet, and kitchen was really nice feature.Quiet and peaceful respite, let us to be ready to walk half a block to Broadway and everything we could possibly want in NYC.Convenient to subway.Breakfast was plenty to start the day, and particularly enjoyed having our refrigerator we could store things in, given we were there about a week.Already have reservations for our next trip to visit our son and his wife who live just a few blocks away.Looking forward to it! Nice staff and location, but overall I do not recommend this hotel. I had to change rooms because the towel rack fell off and the neighbors were very loud due to thin walls. The nice staff gave me a new, larger room, but it reeked of smoke. The TV had no signal most of the time and my friend staying in the next room had a bathroom the size of a closet. Nice staff e localização, mas no geral eu não recomendo este hotel. Eu tive que mudar de quarto porque o toalheiro caiu e os vizinhos eram muito barulhentos devido às paredes finas. Stayed in a suite here for one week. First night (flying in from England) the suite we were given was just one big room with a loud buzzing all night from the fire detection/alarm system. I am normally fine with sound like this, but it was too much so not a good night. The next morning we spoke to the reception team who were very helpful and managed to move us immediately to the suite we expected with minimum fuss.. excellent service. The rest of the week was excellent. Unusually for New York breakfast was included, which was a nice extra. The hotel is a little dated, but rooms were clean and it had real atmosphere. Staff excellent, everyone we meet. Hospedado em uma suíte aqui por uma semana. Primeira noite (voando da Inglaterra) a suíte que nos foi dada era apenas um grande quarto com um zumbido alto a noite toda do sistema de detecção / alarme de incêndio. Normalmente fico bem com sons como este, mas foi demais, então não foi uma boa noite. Easy to get to out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Amazingly quiet, my room had a view of a quiet, shady, interior courtyard. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the mini-kitchen, and impressed how they got a bathroom into a tight space. If you need elbow room next to the sink this is not for you, but I was not fazed. All is bright and clean. Hallways are not air-conditioned, but lobby is. Computers and printer great for printing travel passes. Would definitely return. Fácil de sair da agitação da cidade. Hotel was great, but our trip started out a little badly, as we asked for a non smoking room /floor and when we got into the room, it reeked of smoke. We couldn't change rooms until the next day because everything was full. Other than that part it was great, the room was comfortable, the kitchenette was very useful and the lobby offered an exercise room and business center. Hotel was great, mas nossa viagem começou um pouco mal, como pedimos um quarto / andar para não fumantes e quando entramos no quarto, cheirava a fumaça. Não podíamos mudar de quarto até o dia seguinte porque tudo estava cheio. Fora essa parte, era ótimo, o quarto era confortável, a cozinha era muito útil e o saguão tinha uma sala de ginástica e um business center.

Excelente atención de todos sus empleados, siempre amables y atentos. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, supermercados y medios de transporte a pocos metros. Muy cerca del Central Park. Las habitaciones son amplias al igual que el baño. El wi-fi es gratis y posee caja de seguridad en la habitación. Es para recomendar y para volver.
