O quarto não estava muito limpo. Um filtro de café usado foi deixado na cafeteira. A máquina de panqueca foi quebrado e foi um fim de semana muito movimentada. Eu tenho ficado aqui antes e ter desfrutado a minha estadia.eu acredito que da próxima vez estou na área vou pagar um pouco mais, mas fique em um hotel melhor. The room was not very clean. A used coffee filter was left in the coffee pot. The pancake maker was broken and it was a very busy weekend. I have stayed here before and have enjoyed my stay.I believe next time I am in the area I will pay a bit more but stay at a better hotel. There was not enough parking for all the guest. I had to park under the awning out front.

Room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking unless it was in the carpet.Good continental breakfast, but only 4 tables.Lady working there today was excellent. She kept food up and tables clean.I had a good nights sleep anyway even with a noisy bed.Wasn't impressed with towels and wash clothes hanging in shower on bars and shelf.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice, clean, and had good climate control. I was not a fan of the shower setup, it was sort of awkward because there was a glass half wall but no door so water can spill out the side and there is no privacy.

Pros: Ian at the front desk was great!He answered all of our questions, & was right there to help! He has a great personality! The hotel (including our room) was immaculate! Not a speck of dust anywhere! It seems to be newly renovated which was nice; considering we booked the room online based upon photos and reviews alone. The bed and pillows. Both were super comfortable! Cons: There wasn't a pool or anything to do inside of the hotel itself. There was only a shower in our bathroom (no bathtub) which was fine for us (2 adults) but for someone traveling with children may be a slight downer. ..Also, the description states that its adjacent to turning stone... And it is, HOWEVER the hotel is NOT associated with turning stone so there is no shuttle bus offered to & from the casino.. Big downer for anyone who intends on partying... We resorted to Uber at the recommendation of Ian and the other front desk guy... It turned out okay but definitely put a little rift in our night. The price seemed a little high for our room but based on the location and the fact we stayed on a weekend, I get it. All in all it was a good, clean place to lay our heads with some AMAZING staff.

Room was too warm and the ac wouldn't stay on despite the temperature being set lower than the temperature in the room. The complimentary breakfast didn't have much, but what was there was good. The staff was friendly and helpful and overall the rooms were nice.

We got the suite and it was not very impressive. There was hair on the bed and in the shower. The carpet was stained and there was no coffee in the room but coffee condiments and cups. We could here the tv of a different room as well as people walking around above us. Just seems like a suite should offer a more relaxed and enticing experience than this. Breakfast was good.
