Service was extremely poor when I attempted to call in about receiving GOV/ Military rate for myself and 2 others who will be working out of JFK Airport for one night. First call I was quickly transferred by the hotels front desk to reservations before I could ask my question. Second attempt, I managed to get through to the sales manager who are usually very accommodating and are able to add/ remove the amount of available GOV rate rooms. I asked my question to which she answered " Well, did you check our website?" to which I responded "yes, but I didn't see any..." and I was cut off with a "Well then we don't have it" and then hung up. In the last 3 years I have accumulated 204 nights and titanium status and never have experienced such terrible service and unprofessionalism from hotel management.
