Cheguei as 4 hs é o quarto não tava arrumado. Eu com a faxineira dentro dando um jeitinho..só tinha uma toalha q tive q implorar quase. No café da manhãos funcionários maia preocupados em papear. VC é servido na mesas eles demoram a trazer e vem a.prestação é constrangedor. No dia seguinte sai 8 da manha e voltei 5 da tarde é o quarto não estava arrumado. Falei na gerencia e pedi p ver. Fui jantar e nada. Ai dei um esculacho..tenho reserva p 4 dias já faturados e estou indo p.o terceiro.... a estrutura é bonita mas falta gestao, uma pena.

Muito charmoso, ótima localização, atendimento simpático, ótimo café da manhã. Não possue elevador. Recomendo a estadia de você não tem problemas com escadas.

They don't have a lot of parking so make sure you let them know you have a car if you make a reservation.

A major issue in Quito is that you either have super cheap bad hotels or overpriced brand hotels. Vieja Cuba is a rare middle of the market hotel that offers the conveniences of a brand name hotel at super affordable prices. To boot, you get much more personal service from check in to breakfast!

Es un lugar muy bonito y bien cuidado. En general el servicio es bueno con unas excepciones en la recepción. Si vas de negocios NO es la opción, en los cuartos se escucha el ruido de toda la casa (incluida la cocina) y se hace muy difícil descansar

I stayed here in 2013 and it was an excellent stay.Very nice rooms and the hotel was in a great location.I did not speak any Spanish and had no problem checking in or getting around the location.Recommend absolutely.

Charming hotel on a good location! The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very charming! There are several restaurants nearby and the area feels very safe. Breakfast is good, you get coffee or tea by yourself and the rest is brought to you. We were served fresh fruit, toast with butter and jam, scrambled eggs and fresh juice. We enjoyed our two nights here and would love to come back here one day!
