The room itself was decent size and bed comfortable. Not super clean and did not appear well maintained. This became even more evident when our toilet, which gurgled when flushed the night before, overflowed the next morning. After using all the towels to contain it we went downstairs about 7am to report it and asked could maintenance be called. The only employee there, who had a broken foot, and was making breakfast bags said she would come up and plunge it. No one to watch the desk so I agreed to do that. Back down she came, and the plunger broke, and she didn’t have another one. Whoever was supposed to come in that morning was late too. She said it would get fixed when the next person came in. We then asked could we use the lobby bathrooms and she said both those were not working so off to Denny’s we went to wait it out. Got back at nine to find it wasn’t touched yet, and new female was on duty and after asking when it would be fixed and getting a very rude and uninterested response that there is no maintenance person to call, she’d have to call the owner. I asked what the owners name was and her snide response was “What do you mean?” I said I mean what is the owners name. About 15 min later someone shows up, and plunges it till it works. No apology, no introduction as to who it was. We left for the day and the room was cleaned by the time we got back in the evening. Desk staff could not have been more unfriendly and unprofessional. Credit does go to the one with the broken foot for trying. Also, it was more than obvious lots of smoking had gone on in the hotel rooms, elevator and halls. It reeked of it. My review for the next La Quinta we stayed in in GA will get an exemplary rating as it as well run. Wont be returning to the Greenwood LaQuinta and can’t believe we paid what we did for that experience.

They aren't requiring their own mask rules. Mr. Owner, you may think they are wearing masks. I didn't see one housekeeping worker wearing a mask. I saw at least 4 employees. Maybe you should make an unscheduled visit?

Estava em um folheto de uma recente internação no hospital. O hospital aparentemente faz um contrato para obtermos um pequeno desconto. A porta externa estava quebrada ... estava aberta com uma pedra. Eles não tinham toalhas ou panos no quarto, então nós os solicitamos, nós dissemos que os panos estavam em falta e eles estavam fora. ..se houvesse um café da manhã .. não fomos informados sobre isso ... ect ... nós já estivemos em outros estabelecimentos La Quinta e estamos satisfeitos. Eu definitivamente não recomendaria este aqui. this

Estaba en un folleto de una estadía reciente en el hospital. El hospital aparentemente contrata para que obtengamos un pequeño descuento. La puerta exterior estaba rota ... estaba abierta con una piedra. No tenían toallas ni paños en la habitación, así que los solicitamos, les dijimos que los paños estaban en orden pendiente y que estaban fuera. ... si había un desayuno ... no nos dijeron ... ect ... nos hemos alojado en otros establecimientos de La Quinta y estamos encantados. Definitivamente no recomendaría este.

Was in a brochure from a recent hospital stay. The hospital apparently contracts to we get a small discount. The outside door was broken..it was proped open with a rock. They had no towels or washcloths in the room, so we requested them, we told the washcloths were on back order and they were out. ..if there was a breakfast..we were not told of it...ect...we have stayed at other La Quinta establishments and we're pleased. I definitely would not recommend this one.🤢

This is literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Pubes in the bathtub, stains on the sheets, and, in a hotel with hundreds of rooms, I got put next to the ice machine... no one used it... it just made noise every 5 seconds...all night long

Vou começar dizendo que o quarto estava limpo e as camas são confortáveis. Devo compartilhar que viajamos com nosso cachorro e eles nos colocaram no primeiro andar, no quarto 107, que por acaso fica bem em frente à lavanderia. Nada demais. Ou é? Todas as manhãs alguém está lá fora batendo esfregões e outros equipamentos de metal batendo coisas e geralmente falando muito alto assistindo vídeos ou o que quer que eles estejam fazendo lá fora, do lado de fora da sala. Estamos viajando da Califórnia, então quando isso está ocorrendo, são cerca de 4:00 da manhã para o meu relógio biológico. Eu entendo que as pessoas têm que trabalhar, mas o nível de ruído é totalmente inaceitável. É quase como se o pessoal não percebesse que há pessoas cansadas viajando e que poderiam estar na cama. Eu saí há duas manhãs e disse aos companheiros que estavam no corredor, tendo uma conversa muito animada, que eles estavam muito barulhentos. Eles olharam totalmente surpresos para mim e sussurraram desculpas. Portanto, não é um lugar ruim para ficar, mas definitivamente não pegue os quartos em frente à lavanderia, porque essas pessoas não têm idéia do que é silêncio.

I'll just start off by saying that the room was clean and the beds are comfortable. I must share that we travel with our dog and they placed us on the first floor in room 107 which happens to be right across from the laundry facility. No big deal. Or is it? Every single morning someone is out there clanging mops and other metal equipment banging things together and generally talking really loud watching videos or whatever it is they're all doing out there right outside the room. We are traveling from California so when this is occurring it's about 4:00 a.m. to my body clock. I understand people have to work however the noise level is just totally unacceptable. It's almost as if the staff doesn't realize that there are traveling exhausted people who could possibly be in bed. I went out two mornings ago and told the fellows standing in the hallway having a very animated conversation that they were really loud. They looked up totally surprised at me and whispered sorry. So not a bad place to stay but definitely do not take the rooms right across from the laundry facility because these folks have no idea what quiet is about.
