Viajem feita em janeiro de 2014. Localização boa. porem péssimo hotel... quartos com cheiro de mofo, achei uma barata no banheiro, e o atendimento horrível por parte de funcionários. Não recomendo.

Péssimo hotel que se diz ser 3 estrelas. Não tem janelas nos quartos, cheiro de cigarro por tudo. Não tem área comum fora dos quartos, café preto de manhã com pãezinhos bastante simples. Não tem elevador. Único ponto positivo é a simpatia do recepcionista. Não vale o custo benefício. Não indico em nenhum caso, pois existem muitos outros similares melhores.

Tenho saudades das senhoras da equipa que limparam os nossos quartos! :( foram tão amáveis e acolhedores. Acabámos de sair de lá no mês passado. Os quartos são limpos, apenas mais pequenos do que pensávamos. Sentimo-nos em casa. E tudo está a uma curta distância. não feche totalmente, mas estava ok. Eu gostaria que eles tivessem mais opções de comida para o café da manhã.

Adorável boutique hotel em Collins pés de South Beach. Equipe incrível e muito flexível. Se você encontrar este hotel com um preço baixo vale ainda mais a pena. Nice rooms e café da manhã agarra no AM.

I miss the staff ladies who cleaned our rooms!:( they were so sweet and welcoming. We just left there last month. The rooms are clean just smaller than we thought. Felt like home. And everything is in walking distance. The bedroom doors dont shut all the way but it was ok. I wish they have more food options for breakfast.

We stayed at Island house for 4 nights this May 2021(family group)When we arrived the desk guy was polite.We got our keys and went to the rooms,they were nice for the price range we paid.We had an issue with the shower fusset but it was fixed right away.The house keeping was excellent them two ladies are nice and friendly.Locaion is the best!! Everything is walking distance great location.Dont need to rent a car unless you want to but not necessary.The beach is literally a block away=) They have a Walgreens right on the same block on the right corner which I loved it!The only thing is that they need to open back again the breakfast room upstairs..Thats my recomendation instead of having the breakfast inside the office..The breakfast is very simple but we still enjoyed it..

Lovely boutique hotel on Collins feet away from South beach. Amazing staff and very accommodating. If you find this hotel at a low price it's even more worth it. Nice rooms and breakfast grabs in the AM.

Ótimo atendimento ao cliente, equipe atenciosa. Excelente localização perto da praia. Ótimas camas confortáveis! Este é um estabelecimento antigo, mas os quartos são muito confortáveis. Eles têm café da manhã como suco de cereais etc. A equipe fez a nossa estadia vale a pena, obrigado. Nosso quarto possui 1 king, 1 queen e 1 twin. Isso poderia ser facilmente acomodado 6.

Great customer service, personable staff. Great location near the beach. Great comfortable beds! This is an older establishment but the rooms are very comfortable. They have breakfast like cereal juice etc. The staff made our stay worth it thanks. Our room had 1 king, 1 queen and 1 twin. This could easily accommodated 6.

the room was okay. bathroom was dirty and there were red blood-like stains on the toilet. then... it gets juicy when me and my family left for dinner we had left our wallets in our room and when we were going to leave for the beach in the morning they were gone..like someone had stolen them.the front door of the building is open 24/7 so anyone can walk on in. the actual room doors have a really bad lock like anyone can use a credit card and unlock these doors.i would not recommend this place to any one you are RiSkInG YoUr mOnEy here. please save your self and don’t come here.

Eu absolutamente adoro Island House e estamos apenas a meio da nossa estadia. Realmente me sinto em casa. O escritório tem um café da manhã super doce e tudo que você precisa para a praia (toalhas, guarda-sol, brinquedos de praia etc) que você pode servir! Quarto é muito limpo, a cama é muito confortável, o serviço é EXCELENTE. Não há nada em South Beach que não esteja a uma curta caminhada da Island House. Ricky tem sido incrível - tão amigável e sempre disponível. Eu vou ficar aqui a qualquer momento que eu voltar e não tenho nenhum problema em recomendar a amigos ou família.

I absolutely adore Island House and we are only half way through our stay. It truly does feel like home. The office has a super sweet breakfast and everything you’d need for the beach (towels, umbrella, beach toys etc) that you can just help yourself to! Room is very clean, bed is very comfy, service is EXCELLENT. There is nothing in South Beach that is not walking distance from Island House. Ricky has been amazing - so friendly and always available. I will stay here any time I come back and have no problem recommending to friends or family.

Me and my friends spent 4 nights and de spite of some things that could be improved, the overall experience was def. 5/5 stars - particularly the central location and the terrazza where you watch the crazy and sexy folks walking by. Also, the manager is a funny dude.
