Obrigado por toda a hospitalidade. Resort com muita higiene e boagastronomia. Funcionários com simpatia. Relação qualidade/preço, recomendo. Fica apenas a minha modesta opinião em 2 aspetos. - no que diz respeiro à animação do hotel. Talvezmaior dinamização nas atividades, mais formação para os animadores/ instrutores, animação na praia do Hotel etc. -as bebidas do hotel , colocarem um pouco mais de qualidade. Um mojito, pinacolada, gin entre outras bebidas...muito, muito modestas e o serviço de bar também não é de muita qualidade. Coloquem qualidade nestes aspetos , ainda que tenham que subir 5 ou 10€/ noite poe pessoa , mas garanto-vos que ficarão a ganhar.

Mal servicio desde que entramos. El pre checkin no sirve para nada. Tienes que esperar en una cola en la que nadie se encarga de controlar distancias sociales y sin mascarilla.

como otra tarde mas sin conseguir llegar a los famosos churros de la piscina. colas interminables al sol adjunto fotos y en el bar imposible pedir ni 1 vaso de agua. totalmente desbordados.platos por todas las hamacas y vasos de cristal porque todo el mundo se tiene que traer la bebida del bar del restaurante .os dejo las fotos para que os hagáis una idea

The Restaurant is nice but the food is boring, lot of oil and everyday the same.
I heard from some friends that the good there is exellent, but what i saw is different.
The evening show is not bad.
Access to the beach is easy, the best thing to habe in this hotel.

Aconselho MESMO a escolher este hotel a quem visitar Agadir, estadia Extraordinária. Muito bom hotel, comida top, atendimento simpático, animação excelente. Mas tenho de referênciar uma coisa, que me marcou para a vida. Desde já ressalvar a animação do hotel e falar de uma pessoa que irei levar para a vida. HAPPY MAN o nome de um rapaz simpático, de um animador EXTRAORDINÁRIO, de uma pessoa, um ser HUMANO que NÃO HÁ ESTRELAS QUE O QUALIFIQUE, pois 5 estrelas é muito pouco para lhe dar. SEMPRE simpatico, de sorriso no rosto, SEMPRE amável pronto a resolver e ajudar, SEMPRE respeitador e educado para tudo e todos. Não gosto de falar no individual porque tudo vale por um todo, mas este rapaz merece isto e muito mais porque é uma MAIS VALIA para este hotel e para quem passa aqui férias.

Estive neste hotel durante uma semana e aconselho muito que vão lá porque aquilo é incrível e a animação é espetacular fazem muitas atividades são muito simpáticos, a comida tem muita variedade e é boa, a decoração e muito bonita adoro o estilo marroquino. Hotel perfecto!!! Nos ha sorprendido gratamente todos los aspectos del hotel, en todos le ponemos un 10... bueno la animación un 12 un grupo genial, muy atentos, siempre dispuestosayudar, ínter actuando con la gente, siempre con una sonrisa,haciendo esfuerzo por comunicarse contigo aunque no hablen tú idioma. En resumen un equipo GENIAL, especial JO, un fuerte abrazo a todos. Volveremos
