Sem microondas no quarto. Não gostei disso pelo preço que você paga. Mas devo dizer que este lugar era limpo. Eles estavam sempre limpando, não importa quando eu andava pelo saguão e pelo chão, você pode sentir o cheiro de alvejante no ar, era bom.

O quarto estava limpo e eles me deixaram aninhar minha motocicleta ao lado do prédio para salvá-la de Elsa. #ForeverGrateful Amanda faz uma ótima margarita também!

No microwaves in the room. Didn't like that for the price you pay. But I must say this place was clean. They were always cleaning no matter when I walked around the lobby and floors you can smell the bleach in the air it was nice.

Room was clean, and they let me snuggle my motorcycle beside the building to save it from Elsa. #ForeverGrateful Amanda makes a great margarita as well!

Nós viajamos muito para uma reunião de família, mas fomos atendidos por uma mesa vazia. A funcionária estava lá fora fumando maconha, pensei que ela fosse uma cliente até que ela entrou. Em seguida, ela nos culpou por reservar nossos quartos por meio de terceiros; “Seus quartos não estão garantidos e estamos lotados”. Finalmente, quando chegamos ao nosso quarto, o motor da cortina blackout estava quebrado deixando tanta luz que não podíamos descansar. No dia seguinte, às 8h, a porta foi batida 7 vezes consecutivas em menos de 45 minutos, dizendo que tínhamos que fazer o check-out porque eles precisavam do quarto. O hotel era lindo muito ruim por causa do serviço que nunca vamos voltar !!!!

We traveled far for a family reunion only to be treated by an empty desk. The employee was outside smoking weed, I thought she was a customer until she came inside. Then she put us to blame for reserving our rooms thru a third party; “You’re rooms are not guaranteed and we are overbooked”. Finally when we got our room the blackout curtain motor was broken letting so much light we could not rest. The next day by 8am the door was knocked 7 times consecutive in less than 45 minutes pretty telling us we had to check out because they needed the room. The hotel was beautiful too bad because of service we won’t ever come back!!!!

O meu cliente foi culpado e sentiu-se desumanizado pela qualidade do serviço prestado.Como um profissional do setor imobiliário, não vou recomendar este hotel a ninguém. Procure em outro lugar a qualidade pela qual VOCÊ está pagando.

As a licensed FL Realtor, I refer a lot of out of state clients to hotels. I previously referred clients to this hotel with pride and confidence. However, with recent clients I am sad to say I will ABSOLUTELY NOT be referring future clients and coworkers to this hotel. As a Grand Hyatt, I expect stellar customer service to be standard. However, one of my clients has had a terrible experience with the Hyatt representatives at this location, more specifically the front desk attendant Jenna, had made the decision to give another customer my client’s RESERVED suite and stated that the room you reserve with Hyatt is NOT guaranteed but the floor you reserve is. My client was put to blame and felt dehumanized by the quality of customer service given. As a real estate professional, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Look elsewhere for the quality YOU are paying for.

This experience was my far the worst I have had. I felt racially profiled by the white woman in the front desk. This place is supposed to be pet friendly however, your pet is not allowed to be alone in your room. I will never stay here again. I recommend that if you do not want to be discriminated against because of your race do not stay here. I am so far away from home on vacation. This is the start of my vacation. Don’t stay here if you can help it

Vim aqui no final de dezembro de 2019. Ótimo hotel! Ótimas opções de café da manhã. Funcionários foram gentis e acolhedores. A academia era muito boa e limpa! Eu gostaria de ter a chance de visitar a piscina, mas talvez da próxima vez! Como de costume, o quarto era limpo e bonito como qualquer outro de seus hotéis. Eu recomendaria a qualquer um ficar aqui!

Este é um lindo hotel com aparência moderna. Eu teria dado cinco estrelas se houvesse mais detalhes e atenção dada em Ref à atual situação de pandemia. Vi poucas pessoas se movendo sem máscaras. Não há sinais visíveis de segurança suficientes relacionados à Covid. A equipe da recepção é apenas uma pessoa fazendo várias coisas e resultando em menos atenção aos clientes. As coisas podem ser feitas de maneiras melhores.

This is a beautiful hotel with modern look. I would have given five stars if there was more details and attention given in Ref to current pandemic situation. I saw few people moving without masks. Not enough visible signs of safety related to Covid. Front desk staff is only one person doing multiple things and resulting into less attention to customers. Things can be done in better ways.

Came here during late December 2019. Great hotel! Great breakfast options. Staff were kind & welcoming. The gym was really nice and clean! I wish I had the chance to visit the pool, but maybe next time! As usual, the room was clean and beautiful like any other of its hotels. I'd recommend anyone to stay here!

El hotel es nuevo, es muy lindo pero necesita mejorar el servicio. El manager no me permitió acceder al correo hasta 5 días después de haberme registrado porque no quiso molestarse en retornar al hotel, ya que se había olvidado de abrir el mail locker. Con el tiempo mejorará la atención pero el manager necesita más compromiso con el cliente
