My husband and I have been planning and saving up for this trip for our honeymoon for over a year now. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has forced us to reschedule. All other hotels we're staying with throughout Italy have been MORE than accommodating (even those with a zero refund cancellation policy) EXCEPT for Hotel Scenario. We simply asked to move our reservation out a few months - not even a cancellation request - but they would not work with us, whatsoever. We were forced to cancel our reservation entirely, with $0 refunded. If they are not willing to accommodate this ask due to a world-wide pandemic, I can only imagine how unaccommodating that would have been during our actual stay. Probably dodged a bullet... Even though we are not out of pocket the money from our original reservation.

Excellent location in the city center of the Old town, where from you easy can walk to most of all attraktions in Rome.
The hotel was in all aspekt a very positive experience. Rooms (We had 2) was really nice and clean, beds of High quality and the staff was very helpful. The Best recommedations from us.

We stayed at Hotel Scenario for a romantic weekend and it was one of THE BEST hotels we have been in Italy.
Design touches everywhere, very comfortable bed and huge shower. It has a beautiful SPA and a fantastic restaurant as well.
The location is fantastic at 1 minute waling distance from the Pantheon and very well connected to the rest of the roman hystorical centre.
The staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful and always available for any question!
Last but not least, the rooms are extremely clean!!

Hotel Scenario Is a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main door, you are immediately struck by the beauty of the reception area- very welcoming. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly,and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great, right in the middle of almost all touristic attractions, which are within walking distance. The room I had was extremely spacious, and we'll equipped with all the essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Rome. Thank you again Hotel Scenario for making my stay so special.
