Péssima atenção, a senhora muito brava comigo pela minha hora de chegada, que tal, em um hotel eles funcionam 24 horas ou mudam de negócio, o cheiro é puro motel para esconder a umidade. Não vá, você vai se arrepender

Cheguei um pouco depois das 23:00, depois de viajar por 12 horas do Peru. Só para descobrir que não havia ninguém lá e que a recepção já estava fechada. Quando liguei para o hotel, eles me disseram que a recepção só estava lá até as 23:00 e que eu estava 10 minutos atrasado ... No entanto: em seu e-mail e anúncio eles escrevem que têm uma recepção 24 horas. Além disso, escrevi-lhes que chegaria mais tarde com antecedência.Eles não queriam voltar para me deixar entrar. Então eu estava no meio da noite em Bogotá, depois de viajar por 12 horas e sem dinheiro para pegar um táxi para encontrar outro hotel. Pior experiência de sempre.Eles também nunca entraram em contato comigo depois.

I arrived a bit after 23:00, after traveling for 12 hours from Peru. Only to discover there was no one there and that the reception was already closed. When I called the hotel they told me the reception was only there till 23:00 and that I was 10 minutes too late... However: in their e-mail and advertisement they write that they have an 24-hour reception. Also, I wrote them I would arrive later beforehand.
They didn't want to come back to let me in. So I was in the middle of the night in Bogota, after traveling for 12 hours and with no cash on me to take a taxi to find another hotel. Worst experience ever.
They also never contacted me afterwards.

O hotel era bom, as senhoras eram muito gentis, o dono ou administrador era um homem muito grosseiro, eu saí para tomar um drink e quando voltei não abriu e de manhã não tive que esperar que alguém viesse Fora. Eu faço a reclamação e ele me diz que é a política do hotel. Se eles esclarecerem isso para mim desde o início, ele não me hospedou. Por este ótimo e inconveniente eu não recomendo este lugar

El hotel bueno la señoras muy amables.Rl dueño o administrador un sr muy grosero además ,salí a tomar algo y al regresar no abrió y en la mañana tampoco toco esperar que saliera alguien. Le hago el reclamo y me dice que es política del hotel. Si me aclaran eso de entrada no me hospedó. Por este gran y inconveniente no recomiendo este lugar
