Pedi por um quarto com duas camas, porém disseram que não havia. Cobraram uma taxa extra bem cara, não sei de quê. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Fui procurar a noite por uma garrafa de água para comprar e não há no hotel todo um local que venda uma garrafa de água. O gerente do restaurante do rooftop queria me dar água da torneira. Acho bem ruim um hotel não ter no mínimo garrafa de água para que os hóspedes possam comprar.

Hotel com excelente custo x benefício. Fica próximo de uma estação do metrô, restaurantes, supermercados e alguns pontos turísticos. Não fica tão próximo da TImes Square (uns 15-20 minutos a pé ou duas estações de metrô), o que pra mim, pelo menos, foi bom (já que é um lugar mais calmo). Ao contrário de outros hotéis maiores, não tive problemas com elevadores lotados. Não inclui café, mas há um restaurante que oferece por $12 (mas não sei se vale a pena). Cobram taxa de resort (que inclui o serviço de recebimento de encomendas online e guarda de bagagem antes do checkin ou depois do checkout).

Sin duda el hotel vivió tiempos mejores. Para empezar el precio se incrementó un 25% nada más hacer el checkin. Nunca antes nos había ocurrido con Booking.com, que incluye las tasas en el precio final. Nos ofrecieron un desayuno, por llamarlo de alguna manera, en un área del hotel en desuso, que parecía un almacén con cuadros en el suelo, mesas desordenadas, todo destartalado, sin servicio de mesa y aspecto de bar antiguo con algunos licores en las estanterías y una barra (literal una barra de bar) con tres cafeteras starbucks,unas bandejas con algunas manzanas y algún día bananas, unos yogures y unos bollos azucarados. Fin del desayuno. Ningún camarero, si falta algo ( que siempre faltaba algo) a pedirlo en la recepción. Qué vergüenza. Falta de respeto al cliente.Si esa es su idea de atención creo que van por mal camino. No lo recomiendo.

I was expecting a lot more from the pics. Room was pretty tiny and you can tell they’re not cleaning the rooms. The remote control alone was disgusting. There were two different types of hairs that weren’t mine in the shower. You could see how filthy the tables were. Beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. It was fine for a place to crash in for a super short term stay but I definitely won’t go back.

Location was nice, however the rooms lack air circulation. Woke up many times because the room was hot. If the would put ceiling fans in the room it would change everything. Also there’s no shower door and the floor becomes very wet.

Prós - Os quartos eram limpos e espaçosos em comparação com a maioria dos quartos de hotel de NY. O cavalheiro no banco da frente foi simpático e prestativo. Contras- nos disseram que há um café da manhã complementar. Mas havia apenas alguns muffins e iogurtes em um balcão. Também nos disseram que teríamos duas bebidas gratuitas no bar da cobertura. Depois de pedir duas bebidas, que eram margaritas, nos disseram que só cobre vinho e outra coisa. Então acabamos tendo que pagar as bebidas.

Pros- Rooms were clean and spacey compared to most NY hotel rooms. The gentleman at the front seat was nice and helpful.
Cons- we were told there’s a complementary breakfast. But there was just some muffins and yogurts on a counter. Also we were told we’d have two free drinks on the rooftop bar. After ordering two drinks, which were margaritas, we were told that only covers wine and something else. So we ended up having to pay for the drinks.

Private, boutique hotel in Chelsea, which I highly recommend.
Front desk staff are fast, efficient and friendly making check-in a breeze each of the past few times I've been here.
Rooms are good sized for NYC, and especially when compared to the newer properties going up all around.
Excellent amenities are provided, and you can tell there's thought to the details. I was impressed to find all rooms with a safe and refrigerator, bathroom stocked with quality products, and the place is clean - a very big plus in today's market.
Location is awesome. It sits on W.27th street, which happens to be the last part of the flower district that remains, and from sun up until about 4pm, the street is lined with the days offerings from the wholesale florists that are everywhere to be found.
Lastly, and certainly not to be overlooked, the price is often a much better bargain than anything else around.
It strikes me that that hotel is likely individually owned, and whoever it is that's running it, deserves kudos for the upkeep and the overall feel and experience!

As instalações do hotel são boas, tem uma academia pequena, mas que é legal! Porém as pessoas que trabalham não são educadas. Eu esqueci uma roupa de academia no quarto (voltei de lá na semana passada), tentei diversos Contatos com o hotel mas sem sucesso! Telefone, e-mail, mensagem no Instagram e ninguém responde! Achei uma pessoa conhecida que estava na cidade para fazer a gentileza de ir lá! A pessoa da recepção atendeu ela super mal, ainda debochou de eu querer a minha roupa de volta. Sendo que não tem 1 semana que sai de lá! Péssimo!The hotel's facilities are good, it has a small gym, but it's nice!But the people who work are not educated.I forgot a gym outfit in the room (I came back from there last week), I tried several Contacts with the hotel but unsuccefully!Phone, email, message on Instagram and no one answers!I found a person that I knew who was in town and I ask to go there!The person at the reception answered her very badly, she even made fun of me for wanting my clothes back.Terrible!

Pelo menos a equipe é atenciosa e há um centro de fitness mínimo. Se você é um viajante durável procurando o 3 estrelas mais barato em uma boa localização, tudo bem, mas muitas coisas não estavam certas: - mancha no nosso sofá - uma toalha molhada no chuveiro à chegada - detector de fumaça estava disparando para substituição da bateria na chegada - a porta do banheiro não fecha - o aquecedor só emitia ar frio - nosso quarto não tinha comodidades na chegada - O serviço de limpeza não apresentou diferença perceptível além da cama sendo feita e do lixo retirado (nada substituído, chão sujo) - o telhado não está aberto (presumivelmente por que é mais barato agora)

At least the staff is attentive and there is a minimal fitness center. If you’re a durable traveler looking for the cheapest 3star in a good location, then it will do fine, but just a lot of things weren’t right: - stain on our sofa - a wet towel in the shower on arrival - smoke detector was going off for battery replacement on arrival - the bathroom door won’t close - the heater only gave off cold air - our room didn’t have amenities on arrival - housekeeping was no noticeable difference other than the bed being made and trash taken out (nothing replaced, floor dirty) - rooftop is not open (presumably why it’s cheaper right now)

Very nice boutique hotel. Unfortunately they had a heat issue the night I stayed. Checked into my chilly room, thermostat was set at 84° blowing cold air. I kept lowering temp to see when it would shut off. Got down to 63 and was still blowing cold. Called Front desk @ 3:15p then left to run errands. Back at 5p, still cold. So I ran a hot steaming shower to warm up the room which worked pretty well. Then left (turned shower off), stopped at the rooftop Greek bar/restaurant for a complimentary beer. It was chilly up there too. Windows could use a good cleaning.. Went to have dinner and see Bill Joel Concert. Returned to still cold room at 11p. Called Front desk and told management was aware of issue. In hotel bars were closed. So went to bed, with the hot shower running. Woke up at 4am, turned shower off. Went back to sleep. Checked out at noon. Recapped heat issue with staff, NO Guest Recovery attempts made. Not even an apology. Lots of hotels in NYC to explore next time.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful! They were awesome! This hotel is close to everything. The rooms could be a little cleaner. The floors and counter tops were sticky. The fridge was not stocked as it said it was online. The rooftop bar was a nightly party for the younger crowd. People were lined up in the lobby to get to the rooftop party. It couldn’t been because of the Halloween celebration. My husband and I were given priority to the elevator as special guest so we could check into our room. Surprisingly our room was always very quiet. We heard no music or noise from the rooftop bar or other guest. We actually joined them one night. Had a great time until the next morning feeling the “complimentary shots we were given by the hotel staff” :) Overall the hotel was a good value…

La gente que atiende fue muy amable pero la limpieza de la habitacion dejaba que desear: Los muebles, la ventana, el piso todo con tierra y dedos marcados. El baño si estaba perfecto.

La habitación era muy cómoda, la cama era enorme, todos los días nos reponian las toallas y los jabones de ducha, y cada dos las sábanas, además hay cafetera en la habitación y todos los días nos reponian el café y los botellines de agua de cortesía (detalles que se agradecen). Además la ubicación es perfecta hay tres líneas de metro en la redonda con las que te puedes desplazar por todo manhattan y al aeropuerto.La verdad es que no tengo casi ninguna queja, cualquier problema que tuvimos nos lo resolvieron el único pero que puedo poner es la presión de la ducha.
