The opposite of a nice quiet hotel - there's some sort of karaoke bar or event room downstairs within the same building. It's 10pm on a Thursday and I was told unapologetically by the front desk employee that all the noise was coming from a party downstairs which does not have a specified end time. Didn't even offer a room farther away or on a higher floor (away from the music and the bass). If you value your sleep, don't stay here.
Update: An hour later we called again to the front desk to complain about the continued noise. The front desk employee had changed and this one offered us a room switch to a higher floor. Editing my review to say if you value your sleep, don't stay here on the second floor.

It's a nice clean hotel with restaurants on every floor. Probably Asian owned not sure because it's in that part of town. It was a busy weekend for me so I didn't get to check these out but definitely next time. The only negative was the karaoke bar downstairs, very noisy. There was a fight but the Police came quickly and quashed everything. It's safe and the rooms are very modern, high ceilings and modern decor. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom super clean.

A great value! Beds were comfortable and clean. Carpeting in hallways looked very dirty but still for the price it wasn't a big deal. Hot scrambled eggs and sausage included in the breakfast. They offer free shuttle service from and to airport

This was a fascinating place to stay. There is a different Chinese restaurant on every floor. They're in the process of renovating and the new changes are quite nice. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. We found it to be a great value. My one suggestion would be to check the breakfast warmers as the "hot" food was cold coming out of the warmers - a minor issue if at all.

We traveled from Maryland, been to NY a few times this was the best hotel we have stayed in so far ! The night clerk was super amazing! He helped us with our room, as soon as we drove in they parked our car for free.. woke up in the morning to free breakfast, food was great and hot! We will definitely decide to stay here.. our room was amazing very comfortable! We will recommend our friends and family to stay here as well when they come to NY..
P.s: we did not know the night clerks name but he was a great help..
