É um hotel para passar a noite. Falta manutenção urgente e possui rampas para bagagem ou elevador de carga. A equipe é muito simpática e a localização é ótima: perto da estação de metrô, dois supermercados, restaurantes, coliseu, lavanderia, você pode caminhar da estação principal sem esforço e ver a arquitetura da cidade. Eles nos emprestaram uma chaleira para aquecer a água e fomos capazes de fazer café no dia seguinte no café da manhã.

Es un hotel para pasar la noche. Le falta algún mantenimiento urgente y tener rampas para el equipaje o un ascensor de carga. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación es muy buena: cerca a la estación de metro, de dos supermercados, de restaurantes, coliseo, lavanderías, puedes llegar caminando de la estación principal sin afán y ver la arquitectura de la ciudad. Nos prestaron una tetera para calentar agua y pudimos hacer café al otro día para desayunar.

O quarto é grande e super confortável. Bom atendimento dos funcionários também. A faixada do prédio é horrível, precisa de uma reforma, fiquei tensa no checkin mas aliviada quando entrei no quarto e era muito bom. O preço não é dos melhores mas a localização é ótima

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice and friendly. The shower was broken but overall I had a good experience. The location is very good because the hotel is situated very close to metro station.

We were on „school“ vacation and chose this hotel. The rooms were looking nice but we had many problems. The shower head was broken und our bed was broken too. Some rooms even had mold. So you would ask yourself how someone would rate this hotel with 5 stars. We were able to swap rooms until we were happy and in the end we had an actual nice room. We didn‘t have blankets and as we asked for them we instantly got them. We asked for an AC and got it. These guys are pretty motivated to step up their game and i think that soon, after they have fixed everything, they‘ll become a great hotel.

The location of this hotel is amazing! The Metro station is within 3 minutes walking distance. There are super markets, restaurants, bars etc literally next doors.
I visited during March (temperature outside was 15C) and the Air Condition was sufficient to keep the rooms warm.
The room were spacious. I have to say that the furniture was cheap, aging and not very well maintained (e.g., broken bathroom hanger, dirty wall, discoloured curtains, broken lamp, etc). The rooms were clean otherwise; floor, bathroom, towels.

Si lo que buscas es un sitio low cost, este es tu sitio. Estaba bien comunicado con Termini y tenía una parada de metro al lado, junto con bares, supermercado y algún que otro restaurante (se tardan 15-20 min andando en llegar al Colisseo). La zona no era muy amigable de noche que digamos, no daba mucha confianza salir por la noche. La habitación estaba bien, pero en el baño hacia un frío que no era normal. Por lo demás estaba limpia y contaba con recepción 24h y servicio de consigna gratuito.

Estuvimos recientemente y lo recomendamos porque nos resultó cómodo y práctico, habitación familiar grande, limpia, baño nuevo, aire acondicionado y nevera, que resultó muy útil. La relación calidad precio estupenda. Buena ubicación. Lo mejor de todo fue el personal que fue ¡excelente! Gracias a Anca nos resultó fácil decidirnos y reservar, Francesca nos ayudó con direcciones...pero con el que más tratamos fue con Filippo que nos hizo sentir como en casa gracias al amor que demuestra en su trabajo ¡Gracias! Repetiríamos si volviéramos a Roma por ellos.

We had booked a room here for ourselves and two friends from out of the country.Four days before our stay the hotel cancelled our reservation with no explanation...only that they were sorry that they wouldn't be able to accommodate us.We had to scramble to find another room within our planned budget, and in Rome this time of year, that is not easy to do.That is not an acceptable way to do business.To cancel a confirmed reservation for a room at that late hour into their vacation is very bad business. We had expected at least some sort of explanation.But none.

Tiene buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación es grande y el baño muy correcto. El desayuno no tiene ningún interés pero va incluido. Lo mejor es la amabilidad y empatía en un momento difícil del personalde recepción.
