Simplesmente excelente. Cheguei por volta das 23h sem muito aviso prévio e entrei em contato com eles por volta das 22h do aeroporto. Eles me deram instruções de como chegar lá usando transporte público e táxi. (Apenas 5 minutos do terminal ADO). A mãe e a filha não apenas esperaram pela minha chegada, mas até me deram sugestões para minhas viagens fora de Cancún no dia seguinte.Jorge, o pai, preparou um café da manhã muito bom no dia seguinte. Se você tomar café da manhã, peça "a la mexicana" e ele ficará mais picante e autêntico. Conversamos por um bom tempo sobre os lugares a visitar (e como chegar lá) e a incrível herança maia que pode ser vista em tantos lugares.Em suma, eles foram extremamente úteis, até me emprestando uma pasta de dente que eu havia esquecido de trazer. :) Esperançosamente ficarei aqui novamente antes de partir no final de minhas viagens ao México para recontar as histórias.

Simply excellent. I arrived around 11pm without much prior notice and contacted them around 10pm from the airport. They gave me instructions how to make it there using public transport and taxi. (Only 5 mins from ADO terminal). Not only did the mom and daughter wait for my arrival, but they even took the time to give me suggestions for my travels out of Cancun the next day.
Jorge, the father, whipped up a really nice breakfast the next day. If you have breakfast, be sure to ask for it "a la mexicana" and he'll happily make it more spicy and authentic. We conversed for quite some time about the places to visit (and how to get there) and the incredible Mayan heritage to be witnessed in so many places.
In short, they were extremely helpful, even lending me toothpaste that I had forgotten to bring along. :) Will hopefully stay here again before departing at the end of my Mexico travels to recount the stories.

Super fofo, hotel de gerência familiar! Minha mãe e eu amei a nossa estadia aqui! Certifique-se de pedir a sala do terraço, é tão bom dormir com as portas abertas e a brisa de Cancun entrando. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente!

Super cute, family-run hotel! My mom and I loved our stay here! Be sure to ask for the terrace room, it's so nice to sleep with the doors open and the cancun breeze coming through. Would definitely stay here again!

Fomos muito bem recebidos, os quartos são simples e aconchegantes, o hotel é muito limpo. São muito caprichosos! O dono do hotel sempre se mostrou amável e atencioso, busca conversar e responder todas as dúvidas e dar dicas de passeios e compras. Ele mesmo ajudava a servir o café da manhã e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O local é afastado da badalada zona hoteleira, mas mesmo assim é bem localizado, com mercados, lojas e alguns restaurantes próximos. Lá é tranquilo durante a noite. Não alugamos um carro, pois não foi necessário, os ônibus para a zona hoteleira e outras partes de interesse na cidade passam na avenida ao lado a cada 2 minutos mais ou menos. Gostamos muito da estadia, pois nos sentimos acolhidos. Quem quiser tranquilidade e não liga tanto em se aventurar por Cancún, fugindo um pouco da zona hoteleira, este é um ótimo lugar! Recomendo!

Excelente acolhimento, ótimo custo benefício.Como sabem é um lugar distante da zona hoteleira, mas a parada de ônibus é bempróxima da para ir tranquilo aos lugares, tanto é que voltei da coco bongo as 5h da manhã e foi super tranquilo. Para quemnão for ficar em resorts e quiser um pouco da cidade vale apena passar alguns dias, eu fiquei 2 no caso. 👍🏻

Nothing boutique about this place. I stayed in a room upstairs, and the shower didn't have cold water at all so i had to use another one downstairs. Manager obviously was aware of this issue but still asked me to stick to non-working bathroom. Internet wasn't working in rooms. Never seen anyone staying more than one night. Unfortunately, I paid upfront so was stuck there and couldn't move to another hotel.
