Nao acho um hotel bom para hospedagem, os quartos são sujos, até formigas tem, o banheiro quebrado e cheira esgoto, cama muito ruim. O café da manhã é razoável. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Exteriormente, o hotel é nada, mas o quarto em particular, 313 é algo - o papel de parede é esfarrapado em alguns lugares, o mobiliário é velho e chia, uma porta está faltando no chuveiro, em alguns lugares mofo e ventilação são apenas um buraco na parede. No chuveiro, a água é tão mal regulada - como nas piadas sobre as chamas infernais e o gelo do Ártico. Mas na pia não existe tal problema. Outlets também são antigos, não é adequado para tudo. bem, pelo menos de cada lado da cama estavam. A área é horrível - tudo pintado com grafites Khokhloma, um monte de personagens suspeitos de visitar nacionalidades, lixo na estrada e muito - que fede o chão de Roma. A sensação completa de uma área disfuncional parece estar no centro da cidade. Ar condicionado é, mas não funciona, então há um ventilador. Bem, mesmo assim. Não há chaleira no quarto, apenas copos e um frigorífico. É muito barulhento da janela aberta - uma ambulância lá sempre anda com uma sirene e a estrada está próxima. A porta fica presa na abertura e não há corredor na sala, apenas uma sala. O castelo funciona mal, o espelho é apenas no banheiro e acima da pia, você pode ver-se em pleno crescimento apenas no elevador. Quando alguém caminha pelo corredor, e se é pessoal, eles sempre falam ao mesmo tempo, então você pode ouvi-lo com muita força. Dos benefícios - normal café-da-manhã, geralmente nice prédios (nosso quarto foi no mais distante de 4), próximo a uma fonte com água potável, que pode ser digitado ilimitado e, uma pequena mercearia, metrô. A TV é normal, lê flash drives, então assistimos a nossa série à noite. Linho não foi alterado em 4 dias, mas cada vez as camas foram feitas e toalhas cuidadosamente penduradas. 7 peças para dois. Também para cada uma das duas almofadas planas.

O hotel Bled fica a 8 minutos do metrô mais próximo. A equipe foi muito acolhedora e prestativa. Infelizmente a estrutura está muito dilapidada, apresenta muitos problemas a nível higiénico e estrutural: desde as portas partidas e desalinhadas às paredes cheias de mofo e papel de parede descolado. O banheiro e o chuveiro também estão com mofo, a tampa do vaso sanitário não está sob medida, a falta de ralos resultando em um cheiro ruim no banheiro. Limpeza muito a desejar, especialmente para a poeira presente na sala. Falta de móveis, ou seja, não havia nem armário para desfazer as malas. Telefone e televisão fora de serviço. Foi-nos explicado que o hotel está actualmente a ser remodelado mas, infelizmente, não justifica a falta dos problemas acima mencionados. Nota positiva: o café da manhã realmente farto e excelente.

Ele se fundiu com o hotel Daniela. A recepção é na Daniela. Basta contornar essas duas casas e você encontrará a entrada. Já foi um hotel luxuoso, mas agora está um pouco "cansado". Nada muito ruim. Havia obras de reforma em andamento. Pessoal é muito gentil e prestativo. Estacionamento privativo gratuito para motos dentro do jardim.

Chegamos e não encontramos o hotel porque mudou de nome, chama-se Hotel Daniela. É evidente que a estrutura é datada e que já foi um hotel de categoria. Agora os quartos não estão bem conservados porque a janela lutava para abrir, o ar condicionado não funcionava, no banheiro a caixa pucci não tinha tampa e o chuveiro vazava o tempo todo. Mencionamos o vazamento de água na recepção, mas considerando o período de agosto acho que eles não puderam intervir. Posto isto, os gentis e extremamente prestativos gestores, aliás chegados tarde da noite, deram-nos o nome de um excelente restaurante, Il Tempio di Minerva, reservando directamente, organizando também o serviço de transporte de ida e volta. O restaurante revelou-se excelente.

Has been a luxurious hotel but now it's a little 'tired'. Nothing too bad. There were renovation works in process.

El peor hotel que estuve en mi visita por Europa, de tres estrellas nada!!!! No funciona la television, encontramos ropa interiorsucia debajo de la cama, eel secador, el agua fria de bidet no funcionaban , mini bar vacío , ducha rota, la ventana de lahabitacion no cerraba bien, etc, etc Decepcion en todos los sentidos, no lo recomiendo Deberian sacarle l todas las estrellas.

Por donde empiezo... Hotel Transilvania, la casa de los horrores... Digno de una pelicula de miedo, que decir...de terror!! La ducha no cerraba debido a que la goma estaba roida y dada de si... llena de moho como la nevera. La moqueta de varios colores puesto a que habia suciedad por todos lados. Las camas a distinto nivel cuando en la reserva especificaba de matrimonio. Bichos, humedades, lamparas fundidas y rotas. La calle sin farolas, a linterna de movil, y para colmo de los colmos te cobran 4€ por persona y por dia sin ningun papel que lo corrobore y te obligan a pagarlo en metálico. Mi peor experiencia en hoteles. Pongo 1 estrella por que no se puede poner ninguna...

Hotel con un enclave estratégico.Perfecto para poder ver toda roma sin problema,a 5 minutos a pie de la estación del metro y a otros 5 minutos en metro de la estacion principal Termini que te podrá acercar a cualquier punto de la ciudad. El hotel es de tres estrellas ,las habitaciones amplias con baño y estan limpias , el personal es muy atento, el desayunobueno y variado. Solamente una pega a las diez se acaba el turno del desayuno,y en cuanto al precio bueno.

The airport travel agent booked this hotel for us and we were told it was told 7 minute walk from bus terminal. It unfortunately was about 45 minutes and of course it was raining. The hotel changed our day around upon arrival and the concierge showed us where we could visit around Rome for our short stay. The hotel was beautiful, quaint, and yet spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also fantastic! We will stay again when we visit Rome in the future! 👍👍

The air conditioning was working all day long, making a very loud noise, and made us impossible to have a peaceful night. Since it was outdated and wasnt possible to control in a room we had to tell the employees to stop it, and they were very arrogant every time we asked them to do so. Also it wasnt that hot, there was no need for aironditioning so we got cold. The rooms mini bar wasn't working, the bathroom was quite big but had a very bad arrangement and this made it very uncomfortable. The beds were ridicoulus!!! They were like the cheapest, worst beds, there are beds like this in jails in Hungary. We were shocked to find out both had a leg almost broken and they kept falling to the sides. We ended up sleeping on the floor on the mattresses. Also it says a lot that every time we passed by the recepcionist there was a guest complaining histerically about something. Worst place ever! A légkondi központilag működött mindenhol, ami akkora zajjal járt, mintha egy vonat zakatolna megállás nélkül a szobában, ha szóltunk, hogy kikapcsolnánk ment a fintorgás, majd hajnalba visszanyomták többször. Amúgy nem volt annyira meleg, hogy kellett volna hűteni, ennek megfázás lett az eredménye, de ez sem hatotta meg őket. A szoba felszereltsége elment, bár a minibárnak nevezett valami el volt romolva, a fürdő hatalmas méretéhez képest nagyon hülyén van kialakítva és kényelmetlen volt benne bármit is csinálni. Az ágyak mint kb gy börtönben, a legszarabb kivitel, a legrosszabb matraccal, törött lábbal, ami fel is dőlt, így végül a matracokat a földre téve aludtunk. Az pedig mindent elmond, hogy akárhányszor elmentünk a recepció mellett valaki hisztériás rohamot kapva veszekedett az alkalmazottakkal. Vicc volt az egész.

Nice old style hotel in the centre of Rome. But the rooms (we changed the first room for little bit better) were terrible. Specially bathrooms, everywhere mold and damp, very old shower. The bought the breakfast for 5 euro, it was very good for that price and friendly staff. Recommend to make renovation of the rooms. Good luck

It’s a good hotel with good price, delicious breakfast, nice and kind staff, except for a very very rude receptionist (older, dark hair, frothing at the mouth). He was very rude to me twice. It seemed to be his ordinary mood...
I booked a room for 2 persons. It was late in the night when my friends got in town 3 hours before me, so they checked in. One of them was going to leave to airport a few hours later in the middle of the night. When I got there I went to the front desk to tell him I had a reservation for 2 people, but in fact we were 3 and ask if it was possible to move us to a room for three or if there was any other room available. Otherwise we were going to stay at the lobby with my friend until she leaves. He started yelling at me that I had a reservation for 2 but we were in 3, etc, etc. I told him “sir, the room is for 2. There are 2 persons upstairs. I just got here now with my suitcase telling you the story asking for another room.” He kept saying that I couldn’t stay inside the hotel cause I had no reservation... I had to raise my voice and tell him to calm down and have some respect. At the end he said there were no other room available and let us stay at the lobby with my friend until the time for her flight, then me and my other friend went up to our room.
Second time, I had another reservation for 2 persons for a few days. When I checked in I told the receptionist (a very kind one) that I was going to stay all the days but my friend was going to stay less days then another friend was going to come. He said ok; the reservation was a room for 2 persons. The day my friend left and the other came to check in, that rude man was at the front desk again and again he made a big thing of that. He was really mad saying that we couldn’t do that, saying that wasn’t allowed... In the end, after much discussion and constraint, he let my friend checked in.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Mould, stains, grime, and unhelpful hotel staff.
Bathroom is unhygenic and reeks of mould, the toilet didn't flush for our 4-day stay. Staff explained the site has no water pressure, nothing they can change or compensate. Our roof had severe water leaks and had severe mould, a disgusting sight whilst lying down. The internet was faulty and heavily disrupted our trip.
Although the accommodation is cheap, l expect to receive a working toilet, clean room and deal with helpful hotel staff.

The air conditioning was centralized and set on a low temperature with no option to turn it off or set it to a higher temperature. Needless to say it was like living in a fridge. Summer vacation turned into a freezing nightmare. Another thing that I totally disliked were the blankets. They looked so old and used, disgusting to be honest. As a plus, they served breakfast and it was good. Overall, it had a negative impact on my vacation in Rome.

El trato en la recepción fue agradable pero nos pusieron en una habitación en la.que no funcionaba la ducha, no tenía presión ni agua caliente, después de avisar a recepción nos dijeron que lo mirarían al día siguiente (ya no estábamos allí) así que no pudimos ducharnos porqué no nos cambiaron de habitación. Tampoco se podía regular la calefacción y tuvimos que apagarla.

El sitio está bien situado, cerca de la estación de Termini, es bonito y acogedor. Los inconvenientes son: la ducha no daba agua caliente sin embargo el lavabo sí; el hotel no olía muy bien; y poca variedad en el desayuno buffet.

In the rooms there are several faults, including broken switches and plugs. The shower functions, albeit a bit weirdly. The service was not to the best liking, as the rooms given by email beforehand didn't correlate with the one's given when we arrived. The location however is convenient and the breakfast service is excellent, offering loads of different yoghurts, bread and cereals. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience in Rome with the convenience of transport. However the service and rooms could be better.

Really lovely hotel, friendly staff and good service. The rooms are very traditionally decorated, in keeping with the age of the building. This was better though as we didn't feel like we could have been in any hotel, anywhere in the world. There are lovely roof terraces with good views and seating. Lovely buffet breakfast in the mornings. The only negative we encountered was through no fault of the hotel itself. There was quite a large group of French students/teenagers who were incredibly rude and noisy with the other guests (including other French guests). It did also appear that their behaviour had been addressed at some point though.Would very happily return as we really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this hotel.

Cumple bien su función. Está cerca de la estación de metro de Termini y a unos 20 minutos caminando del Coliseo. El desayuno es un buffet no muy variado, pero te permite desayunar bien. Las habitaciones estaban bastante limpias y, aunque los techos son muy altos, tenían una temperatura muy agradable en invierno. El baño bastante pequeño, pero funcional.Para el precio que tiene está bastante bien. Recomendado.

The receptionists were really nice and friendly. The choice for breakfast was wide. Some cereal, croissant, cake, milk, and some fruits. My room had WiFi working only in particular spots and it wasn't that fast. However the bed was comfy, the toilet was a bit small in my opinion. I think that the place was great.
