My stay was amazing, however, there are too many hidden fees. I booked through t-mobile booking and was told i paid in full but I'd have to pay a resort fee of $130.00 when i got there. When we arrived, i was told there would be a $200 hold and instead of the resort fee we'd have to pay $28/a night for valet. I only stayed two nights so i only expected to pay $56 in the end for valet. Three days after check out i was charged $108.00 for valet and a resort fee, which i was only told about paying for valet at the end of our checkout. Like i stated before the hotel is great but there's a-lot of miscommunication.

Eu amo o ambiente deste lugar quando você entra. É super limpo, o lobby é lindo. Tem vista para as incríveis vistas do oceano com áreas de estar com lareira a gás. A piscina é maravilhosa, banheira de hidromassagem o mesmo. Depois a comida. Uau!! Viemos em novembro de 2020 para o nosso aniversário e trouxemos nossa filha e genro alguns meses depois. Estamos aqui agora e eles adoram isso tanto quanto eu.

I love the ambiance of this place when you walk in. It’s super clean, the lobby is gorgeous. Looks out to the amazing views of the ocean with sitting areas with gas fireplace’s. The pool is wonderful, hot tub the same. Then the food. Wow!! We came in November 2020 for our anniversary then brought our daughter and son in law with a few months later. We are here now and they love it as much as I do.

Trabalhei na indústria hoteleira por 4 anos no exterior e um excelente atendimento ao cliente é uma prioridade ... afinal os clientes estão pagando uma quantia justa para obter serviços excelentes ... Eu pessoalmente perguntei ao cara do bar para obter informações sobre as bebidas grátis e ele ficou tipo: “não, sim, não sei” quer dizer, o que diabos? Por que uma pessoa assim está trabalhando em um hotel tão caro? Eu não paguei muito dinheiro para ficar em um lugar cheio de uma equipe deprimida ... então, por favor, gaste um pouco mais em treinamento de atendimento ao cliente e não tenha medo de dizer aos seus funcionários que eles NÃO estão fazendo um bom trabalho ... isso não é discriminação essa é a VERDADE .. afinal são as primeiras faces que vemos no seu negócio então por que não cuidar e ser legal com aqueles que trazem o dinheiro, para que você possa pagar a todos eles cara deprimida?

Uau, durante a época do Natal, este hotel é realmente lindamente decorado com árvores de Natal em todos os lugares e fogueiras do lado de fora para o lounge. Minha família adorou! With travel restrictions from 2020, we decided to stay at a local hotel on the beach. We visited with our kids in the summer and loved everything about this hotel. The location, staff, cleanliness, just everything was on point. We looked at other hotels on the beach to have another quick getaway just the 2 of us. Decided to came back to this Embassy Suites. Nothing else compares to the size of the rooms and the amenities for this price range. Again we were blown away by the customer service and another beautiful view. Definitely our go to hotel for a quick getaway.

The building is beautiful and very well take care of...very clean! Valet staff very friendly and helpful but it seems to us that the ladies at the front desk and the guy at the bar have no clue of what customer service is all about...Im just telling our experience..every person is different...I worked in the Hotel industry for 4 years overseas and excellent customer service is a top priority...after all customers are paying a fair amount of money to get excellent services...I personally asked the guy at the bar for info on the free drinks and he was just like: “no, yes, I don’t know” I mean what the heck? Why is a person like that working on a so expensive hotel? I did not pay a lot of money to stay on a place filled with a depressed face staff...so please expend a little bit more money on customer service training and don’t be afraid to tell your employees that they are NOT doing a good job...that is no discrimination that is the TRUTH..after all they are the first faces we see at your business so why not take care and be nice to the ones that bring the money in, so you can pay all those depressed face people?

Wow during Christmas time this hotel is really beautifully decorated with Christmas trees everywhere and fire pits outside to lounge. My family loved it! So convenient to be right on the beach, next to the pier too!
Front desk staff were really nice as well as valet.
They include a nice breakfast every morning and complimentary happy hour every evening with live music outside.
However Our views from our room were obstructed by a huge mound of sand for some construction. We will come back here when that is complete because it did throw off the vibe completely.

Tudo foi ótimo e incrível! Todo mundo é tão gentil e prestativo. A equipe e os rapazes do estacionamento com manobrista são agradáveis também! Os hóspedes e os funcionários sempre diziam "Bom dia" ou "Olá, tenha um bom dia" quando você passava. Onde este hotel está localizado é ótimo porque não muito longe está o centro de Saint Augustine e tem todos os eventos, museus e outras atividades para famílias e turistas. Além disso, a praia fica atrás do hotel e a vista é incrível. A comida tinha um ótimo sabor. Os quartos eram muito organizados e limpos. Quando você entra no prédio e sai em direção à piscina, é lindo. Passei este fim de semana neste hotel para o meu 23º aniversário na sexta-feira e valeu a pena a viagem. Eu recomendo Embassy Suites para ninguém. Obrigado a todos!

Este lugar é incrível! Excedeu as nossas expectativas e uma estadia obrigatória quando em Santo Agostinho. Na praia a localização é perfeita e o pôr do sol é incrível. É um resort mais novo e o design e estilo são modernos e contemporâneos. Do outro lado da rua estão Saltlife e Sunset Grille, ambos restaurantes realmente bons. A piscina é incrível e há fogueiras onde a família pode se sentar. Levamos nossa filha Jade à praia pela primeira vez, onde coletamos conchas e documentamos em nosso canal do YouTube - Alexanders Out. Everything was great and amazing! Everyone's so kind and helpful. The staff and the guys from the valet parking are nice as well! Guests and the staff always said "Good morning" or "hello, have a good day" as you passed by. Where this hotel is located is great because not far is downtown Saint Augustine and it has all the events, museums, and other activities for families and tourists. Plus the beach is right behind the hotel and the view is amazing. Food had great flavor. The rooms were very organized and clean. When you walk inside the building and walk outside heading to the pool, it is beautiful. Spent this weekend at this hotel for my 23rd birthday on Friday and it was worth the trip. I recommend Embassy Suites to anyone. Thank you all!

This place is amazing! It exceeded our expectations and a definite must-stay when in St. Augustine. Right on the beach the location is perfect and the sunsets are incredible. It’s a newer resort and the design and style is modern contemporary. Across the street is Saltlife as well as Sunset Grille both really good restaurants. The pool is amazing and there are fire pits where the family can sit around. We took our daughter Jade to the beach for the first time where we collected seashells and documented it on our YouTube channel - Alexanders Out. Excellent experience at this resort! The property is GORGEOUS! The rooms are new and spotless!! All the staff are so helpful and friendly! Great food and drinks! Pool and hot tub are perfect and overlook the ocean. They have their own private beach and they set up beach chairs for you. We will definitely be returning here, and brining friends.

Overall we had a good experience. We would have given 5 stars but prior to arriving at the hotel we called ahead and asked if we would be allowed to check in early because we were traveling from CA and would arrive several hours before the 4pm check in. We were told that would be no problem at all, if our room was ready we could check in early at no charge.. if it wasn’t they would hold our bags while we used the hotel amenities until check in. When we arrived we were told we had to pay $50 to check in early. Definitely not what was explained to us prior.
We paid the $50 but it set a poor tone on the beginning of our trip. Especially since there are so many other fees included in the stay like the resort fee and mandatory valet parking fee.
The bartenders at both the Rhum bar and the pool bar were great. We enjoyed the restaurant.. the food was delicious. It would have been a perfect stay had we not felt lied to about the $50 fee.
