Incrível hotel. Incrível Hoteldá pra acreditar aqui por esse valor você praticamente é um apartamento alugadovizinho Manhattan, café da manhã incluso ,máquina de gelo ,excelente s acomodações cadaquarto tem 60 metros quadrados, muito agradável. Academia e free wifi são destaques.

Próximo ao metrô, bem rápido para ir até Manhattan. Café da manhã gostoso. Quarto confortável, tem microondas, geladeira, lava louças, cafeteira, tv a cabo. Banheiro bem iluminado, chuveiro gostoso. Na recepção tem tem uma cesta de maçãs verde para os hóspedes. Academia com esteira, bicicleta, alguma pesos, esquipamentos para treinar membros superiores, colchonetes, toalhas para secar suor. Máquinas para lavar roupa. Sala de entretenimento com video game.

Um hotel excelente para padrão 3 estrelas. Bem localizado, quartos amplos, estação de metrô certíssimo. Funcionários da recepção muito gentis e atenciosos. Muito receptivos e educados, acima da média do padrão americano (mais frio e rude). O café da manhã também muito bem servido e os funcionários deixam tudo bem limpo e organizado. Pontos negativos: se estiver de carro é péssimo para estacionar. O banheiro e o sofá do quarto precisam ser modernizados, tem manchas. A cama também poderia ser melhor e mais nova. As poltronas do café da manhã estavam manchadas. Mas de maneira geral um hotel muito bom. recomendaria!

This was my second time staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton NY Long Island City but it was a much longer stay this time. The rooms and facilities were clean as always and the housekeeping team went over and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and received excellent service. The hot chocolate and coffee round the clock was also good.
Downside though, was the breakfast. I was there for a family trip for 10days and by the 3rd day my children stopped coming down for breakfast as it was just not worth it. This needs to be looked at and improved.
Nonetheless, helpful and pleasant staff; clean facilities; great location as it is just by the subway station and easily accessible.

My short stay was great but the bathroom door didn't have a lock. Risky with multiple people in a room! Staff was great and friendly at all hours. I passed on parking (40$/night is outrageous) and went with the street parking and was fine, but ymmv.

Very friendly staff. Very spacious room. Quiet area. Room was somewhat stuffy smelling when we first got in the room. Smelled like there had been pets in there quite a bit. But definitely a great place to stay. Very close to Manhattan via subway and LaGuardia via a short Uber ride.

Hotel pequeño y tranquilo, con una habitación enorme, camas cómodas y cocina con lo necesario para cocinar (aunque no la usamos). La zona es bastante tranquila y segura, aunque, como en casi todo NY, es habitual cruzarte con personas sin hogar por las calles. A un paso está el metro, que te permite llegar a Manhattan en 10 minutos de una forma rápida y cómoda. Cerca hay varios restaurantes que están muy bien. La atención por parte de los recepcionistas y el personal del desayuno fue muy buena, igual que la limpieza.

First time staying here. Newer Hilton Home 2 Suites. Clean and well located. Queens boeo Station and Queens Station are easy walk and nearby. Restaurants and eating choices plentiful, but scattered around the area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend and would stay here again.

My room was fine, the staff was super friendly. Vanya helped me check in early, she was very responsive.
The breakfast buffet was stocked, this H2S was really good with the heat yourself sandwiches that came out fresh and tasty from the microwave.
This hotel also has good out door spaces. Love that!

I stayed here with my brother back in March and we absolutely LOVED IT. The hotel was super clean (both the room and common areas). They have a beautiful terrasse on the first floor with the street view and a terrasse on the 7th floor that we had a chance to enjoy. The entire team was extremely helpful and friendly. A special thanks goes to Jessica, Chris and Francis: you guys are the best!!! I will definitely come back!

We loved this hotel!! ☺️ The rooms were very clean and very spacious. There is a rooftop space. We had a double queen suite and a king suite. We were in town for Pace University graduation 🎓, a birthday 🎂 and a anniversary celebration 🎉. The daily free breakfast was good also.

Everything about the hotel was great- well-almost everything! The check in was easy- Francis, at the front desk was always so kind and helpful.Enzo, the manager sent a text almost every day checking to see how things were in the room.Housekeeping did a great job.The location was perfect for someone’s first time in NYC.It’s a block to a metro stop- 3 stops to 5th ave.The streets were quiet, the hotel was quiet, it was great.Breakfast options could have been better but I know we are still in Pandemic mode.If I ever come back to visit- I will 100% stay here!

Estuve en época de Navidad en el hotel y fue excelente, tuve una muy buena experiencia! El servicio es excepcional y muy amable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y lo mejor es que estás a una cuadra del subway y a dos estaciones de Manhattan, queda cerca de todo!

Realmente una muy buena experiencia. A una cuadra del metro que te comunica con todo NY. El desayuno impecable, la limpieza muy buena. La gente que trabaja en el lugar siempre dispuestos a ayudar y solucionar cualquier problema. El super city market que esta a pocas cuadras muy bueno para comprar comida y Micke's pizza a una cuadra increible también. 100% recomendable para ir a NY y no pagar una fortuna. Volveremos!

Excelente hotel. Cumplió mis expectativas al 100%, excelente desayuno porque hay variedad y hasta opciones saludables, recepción 24 horas, siempre un trato amable, la limpieza no falló, las habitaciones bien decoradas y agradables, ubicación excelente (a 1 cuadra del metro) se llega al centro de Manhattan en 10 minutos y tiene a 25 metros una pulpería, el edificio bien mantenido y cuidado. Excelente y lo visitaría de nuevo
