Check In was great, room was clean and of good quality, Customer Service was unacceptable at check out. Customer Service representatives at checkout couldn't figure out how to print a receipt, so she took my email address and said she would get it to me. After calling over 4 times throughout the day to get this resolved , was eventually connected with a lady by the name of Leona who was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I don't think she realizes she is in the HOSPITALITY industry, or the meaning of it. I travel for work and live in hotels 2/3rds of the year and have stayed in IHG hotels a lot of this time. She told this Holiday Inn is the only Holiday Inn in the United States and Canada that cannot provide a receipt if it's under Corporate Lodging. She apparently thinks that handling business expenses isn't something that businesses needs to do. As a Construction Manager, I have a huge project spanning over 8 months with multiple room needs coming up in the area and will not be putting this $40k+ worth of business into this location.

The staff is friendly. The room was not clean. Very disgusting. Even the card that they leave saying the room was cleaned just for you had stains on it.

Mt first time here, very nice. Clean friendly staff! Breakfast wasn't to bad either. Veggie egg white omlettes were amazing!

Rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms need to do away with the shower tub combo. It's an outdated concept. If you need a tub make a few tub only rooms for that. Save everyone else the hassle. The breakfast is really poor. Not many options at all. It's the exact same everyday and never had any bacon. Eggs are heavily processed and nothing tastes fresh.

My entire bridal party and a few wedding guests stayed the weekend of our wedding at the Holiday Inn in June. We also utilized the conference room for our bridal party dinner. We were simply amazed by the great leadership of the management team and staff. They took great care of us from Ms Leona welcoming us upon the initial tour and daily; to Dana and Leah handling the marketing/booking of our guests; to the wonderful staff that weekend (Debra, etc). The hotel is a great location especially if you have an event at the Meyer’s Castle or visiting the surrounding area. We also met the owner and he is a gem as well. Kudos for having such a great team, especially since we are still filling the effects of Covid. The service was impressive and impeccable. We thank you all! Be blessed! See you all again soon!
