A recepção pessoas foram muito agradáveis e prestativos. Os quartos eram datados, mas pareciam bem mantidos. A janela do nosso quarto dava para o restaurante e para outro corredor, então foi um pouco desconcertante ver as pessoas passando pela nossa janela. No entanto, não conseguíamos ouvir o restaurante, o que era bom.Ficamos duas noites e nosso quarto mal era limpo no meio. A equipe jogou algumas toalhas no chão do banheiro durante a limpeza e nunca as moveu, então tivemos que limpar depois de limpar.Não há um pequeno café da manhã gratuito oferecido todas as manhãs como todos os outros Holiday Inn em que ficamos, que fede porque os quartos não são baratos e você também tem que pagar pelo estacionamento. Apenas muitos complementos que não vimos em outras propriedades.Provavelmente ficaríamos lá novamente porque gostamos da vizinhança e era conveniente para o T, mas tem sido definitivamente o nosso Holiday Inn favorito, pelo menos até agora esta viagem (de 5).

Noite 1, tivemos reservas para um quarto que acomoda 4. Hotel foi completamente reservado por isso tivemos que dormir em berços. Noite 2. Eles nos movem para uma sala que acomoda 4, o ar condicionado foi quebrado. Depois de horas reclamando e esperando, eles nos levam para um quarto diferente e colocam alguém na sala sem ar. Enquanto aqui eu conheço quatro pessoas que colocaram naquela sala sabendo que não estava funcionando. O último quarto em que estávamos nas lojas não funcionava no banheiro. É seguro dizer que este hotel é mal gerido. no check out, o pequeno reembolso que me disseram que eu recebia não refletia na minha fatura. Holiday Inn perdeu o meu negócio após esta experiência.

Embora as minhas expectativas não eram elevadas, ainda estou gravemente desapontado com este hotel. Na chegada, tivemos a oportunidade de estacionar em seu estacionamento de lote (US $ 38 por noite). De lá, foi-nos dada a chave para o nosso quarto em que estava localizado junto à piscina muito barulhenta. O quarto em si era extremamente quente e úmido. Depois de deixar o AC por várias horas, voltamos para descobrir o AC foi quebrado. Alguém veio para olhar para nós e nos disse que iria melhorar. Isso não aconteceu. O hotel fez nos oferecer um novo quarto atualizado. O quarto, embora mais frio, ainda estava extremamente úmido. O alarme de incêndio também foi ligado e desligado por cerca de uma hora às 8:00 da noite. A maioria das máquinas de venda automática estão quebradas eo hotel em si não é super limpo. Definitivamente diasspointed em nossa estadia.

TL; DR: Um lugar único para ficar, mas precisa de alguma atualização. Não tivemos queixas reais.Prós: amei a localização, o edifício é único e o átrio central é um toque divertido. O buffet de café-da-manhã era muito bom. As camas eram confortáveis. Como um lugar para dormir sem outros pensamentos, estava bem.Contras: os quartos precisam ser atualizados muito mal. Algumas coisas foram feitas, mas provavelmente precisam de uma remodelação completa. Eles não estão desmoronando, mas apenas parecem velhos. Outra coisa que gostaria de salientar é que eles precisam lidar melhor com o café da manhã. Pagamos o café da manhã com o quarto e fomos abordados por um funcionário que nos disse que custaria US $ 16,95 por pessoa. Ele foi rápido em responder quando eu disse que estava incluído no nosso quarto, mas eu vi vários outros hóspedes confusos pelo fato de que eles só foram abordados depois de terem passado pela fila do buffet e terem comida em seus pratos. Quarto antigo e muito pequeno, mas você paga pelo que tem. O meu ponto principal sobre este hotel é que precisa de renovação. É na minha opinião honesta mal mantido, e desde que é velho, as coisas não funcionam corretamente (no meu quarto, levou o banheiro cerca de 30 minutos antes que eu pudesse lavar a água novamente. Os tapetes são velhos e as paredes não são bom - parece velho e dá-lhe essa sensação.Eu acho que a localização é ótima, é por isso que uma renovação faria bem ao fluxo de renda deste hotel.Até então, eu ainda usaria, mas apenas se eu estou disposto a resolver para um "não agradável, mas barato" estadia em uma localização muito boa. Oh, e BTW, este não é um hotel Holiday Inn rede mais. É agora "The Inn in Brookline".

Passei 5 noites e foi OK. O quarto era decente, banheiro completamente bom, e a equipe foi simpática e prestativa. Então, por que apenas duas estrelas? Bem...Este hotel não parece ter sido atualizado nem mantido adequadamente desde os anos 70. A tinta está rachada, com muita poeira - a melhor maneira de descrever é dizer que parece que as pessoas têm fumado em ambientes fechados por muito, muito tempo (agora é um hotel onde não é permitido fumar). Também do lado de fora, vi rabiscos nas janelas dizendo "Limpe-me, por favor"; uma pintura também faria maravilhas.O hotel tem uma piscina em seu centro, em uma grande área aberta, o que faz com que todo o hotel cheire a cloro. Um dia, quando estava chovendo, metade do bufê do café da manhã foi fechado devido a goteiras no telhado; havia vários vazamentos em toda a área principal, enchendo a área principal com sons exóticos de gotejamento.Eu ouvi que este hotel se separará da família Holiday Inn. Esperamos que isso traga alguma mudança para alguns desses problemas gritantes. Eu realmente espero que sim, porque em termos de localização é perfeito. Fica a uma curta caminhada de muitos restaurantes excelentes, bem como de um dos cinemas mais legais da região, e de todos os tipos de transporte público.

I spent 5 nights and it was OK. The room was decent, bathroom completely fine, and the staff was friendly and helpful. So why only two stars? Well...This hotel doesn't seem to have been updated nor properly maintained since the 70s. Paint is cracked, lots of dust - the best way to describe it is to say that it looks as if people have been smoking indoors for a long, long time (it's a smoke free hotel now, though). Also on the outside, I saw doodles on the windows saying "Clean me, please"; a paint job would also do wonders.The hotel has a pool at its heart in a big, open area, which makes the entire hotel smell of chlorine. One day, when it was raining, half of the breakfast buffet had been closed off due to leaks in the roof; there were several leaks throughout the main area, filling the main area with exotic dripping sounds.I overheard that this hotel will detach itself from the Holiday Inn family. Here's to hoping that that will bring some change to some of these glaring problems. I really hope it will, because location-wise it's perfect. It's within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants, as well as one of the coolest cinemas about, and all sorts of public transportation.

Terrible Hotel Holiday Inn Por favor eviten este hotel es de lo Peor Las habitaciones son asquerosas viejas. El hotel se cae a pedazos y solo tiene un elevador para 200 habitaciones. Terrible y un precio de locura

Es un lugar tranquilo, muy bueno para descansar. Muy cerca del tren, por lo que en pocos minutos puedes estar en el centro de la ciudad. Muy buena atención.

Hotel normal en una zona tranquila. Lo que menos me gustó es que casi todas las ventanas dan al interior. La mayoría a un pasillo interior grande. La piscina está en el mismo pasillo y aunque esté el agua caliente, si sales del agua te quedas frío por la corriente y el aire acondicionado. Lo bueno es que está en un barrio tranquilo y tienes parada del tranvía enfrente para ir al centro.

Old and very small room, but you get what you pay for. My main point about this hotel is that it needs renovation. It is in my honest opinion poorly maintained, and since it is old, things don't work properly (in my room, it took the toilet about 30 minutes before I could flush the water again. The carpets are old and the walls are not nice - it looks old and gives you that feeling. I think the location is great, which is why a renovation would do good to this hotel's income stream. Until then, I'd still use it but only if I'm willing to settle for a "not pleasant but cheap" stay on a very good location. Oh, and BTW, this is not a Holiday Inn network hotel any more. It is now "The Inn in Brookline".

Hotel isn't the worst I've seen but it was no prize. The elevator was slow old and tired. The main stairway by the elevator had a small puddle of some liquid that made our shoes sticky at the bottom. The rooms were old and smelled old (not bad just like an old building). The whole place smells like the pool since its out in the open. The breakfast is expensive for mediocre food. The whole place almost seems like it used to be a prison or dormitory and was converted into a hotel. Although there was a lot to complain about, it was much cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area. The staff were also friendly and helped us fix our AC unit at 4 in the morning and gave us a new room the next day. The place is more or less clean but we did find some long black hair in the shower and some hair on top of the bed spread.

We were there 2 nights and the rooms weren't cleaned and beds weren't made. The was only 1 coffee pod for 2 cups. The bartender ignored me when I wanted to order. I finally had to ask. "Is this a bar?" My son tried to order something from the restaurant at 8:00 and no one responded even though it was supposed to be open until 10:00. There was also no refrigerator or microwave available for use. The bathroom was very small. I will say that every one was cordial and the price was reasonable.

Although my expectations weren't high, I am still severely disappointed in this hotel. Upon arrival we had the opportunity to park in their lot parking ($38 a night). From there, we were given the key to our room in which was located right next to the very noisy pool. The room itself was extremely hot and humid. After leaving the AC on for several hours, we came back to find out the AC was broken. Someone came to look at it for us and told us it would improve. It didn't. The hotel did offer us a new upgraded room. The room, although cooler, was still extremely humid. The fire alarm also went on and off for about an hour at 8:00 at night. The majority of the vending machines are broken and the hotel itself is not super clean. Definitely diasspointed in our stay.

TL;DR: A unique place to stay, but needs some updating. We had no real complaints.Pros: Loved the location, the building is unique and the center atrium is a fun touch. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. As a place to sleep with no other thoughts, it was fine.Cons: The rooms need updating pretty badly. Some things have been done but they probably need a full remodel. They're not falling apart, but they just feel old. The one other thing I would point out is that they need to handle breakfast better. We had paid for breakfast with the room and were approached by an employee telling us it would be $16.95 a person. He was quick to respond when I told him it was included with our room, but I saw several other guests confused by the fact that they weren't approached until after they had gone through the buffet line and had food on their plates. One had to toss her food as she wasn't prepared to pay the price they were asking.Overall, it wasn't a bad experience by any means, but I'd give it three stars as it wasn't an experience that would necessarily make it my first choice.

Night 1, we had reservations for a room that sleeps 4. Hotel was completely booked so we had to sleep on cots. Night 2. They move us into a room that sleeps 4, the air conditioning was broken. After hours of complaining and waiting they move us to a different room and put someone else in the room with no air. While here I know of 4 people they put in that room knowing it wasn’t working. The last room we were in the outlets didn’t work in the bathroom. It’s safe to say this hotel is poorly managed. at check out the small refund I was told I’d receive did not reflect on my bill. Holiday inn has lost my business after this experience.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel October 2018. Had same experience as most other reviews. Small, dark room with broken AC. AC was fixed after going to the front desk twice. Bathroom was small, dated, and dirty. My wife and kids could not believe that I booked us there when they saw the room. I guess I believed the pics on hotel website. The only good points were the location of Green Line and safe neighborhood. If possible, spend the extra $$ and stay somewhere else.

There was LOUD music playing from the hallways speakers all night. Eventually I asked to have it turned down and the request was granted but only for a short period of time. We were given a room with one window, but no natural light. The window pointed inside the building at the dining area. We were woken up by continuous sounds and I was unable to sleep after 5 AM because all you could hear was breakfast commotion. The furniture was worn down and stained and there were VERY few signs posted around the hotel to help you navigate. All in all VERY disappointed. We actually left a night early because we would rather spend almost $400 to go to our own bed rather than stay another night here.

Bad smell in the hotel. Rooms were small and carpet seemed dirty. Hair was found on bed spread and towels in the shower areas. Hot tub was down for repairs. The best part was the bartender Jay! He was great!

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The rooms were dated feeling but seemed decently maintained. Our room window overlooked the restaurant and another hallway, so it was a little disconcerting seeing people walk by our window. However we couldn't hear the restaurant at all, so that was good.We stayed two nights and our room was barely cleaned in-between. The staff tossed some towels on the bathroom floor during cleaning and never moved them so we had to actually clean up after they cleaned.There is no free small breakfast offered in the mornings like every other Holiday Inn we've stayed in which stinks because the rooms are not cheap plus you have to pay for parking as well. Just a lot of add ons we didn't see at other properties.We would probably stay there again because we liked the neighborhood and it was convenient to the T, but it's definitely been our least favorite Holiday Inn so far this trip (out of 5).
