The location on the beach. The property is not being cared for. Landscaping needs attention with grass growing over the patio areas and brown palm fronds hanging down.The room had an odd piece of furniture that didn't seem to have a function or was incomplete. Coffee maker broken.

Location. The afternoon registration lady .(young lady) was outstanding.. White stuff off ceiling fallen all over everything. Phone did not work .tractor trailers packed in the handicapped parking. Parking was bad. No one has reached out to us at this time.

Location Lazy staff, bathroom was dirty in our room, we reported it and staff said they would send someone up to clean it, we waited 2 hrs called back and they said housekeeping had gone home and someone else would come up, no one did so we asked for new room.

PERFECT location - steps from the beach (lifeguarded 10a-5p from Memorial Day to Labor Day, I think), Publix right across the street for snacks, easy access to all the sights in St. Augustine The room always smelled musty/damp and the toilets clogged more than once (in both of the rooms we stayed in)

The breakfast here was great and staff friendly and helpful Pool was closed for renovation that we did not know when we booked our rooms. Some items in rooms were dated. Bathtub dripped and was a rust line so had been happening for some time

It is a nice hotel where you can walk over to the beach and is in a quieter area where families can enjoy. The breakfast was great. The landscaping around the pool provided a relaxing environment other than just concrete and deck chairs. I was happy I choose this hotel for our longer family weekend together.

Great location. Clean room. Great breakfast. Room needed rekeyed 4 times. Asked for early check in, instead got a late check in after 3pm. Asked for late check out, was told ok, then got a call from the front desk a bit after 11am reminding me I was past check out.

Poorly managed facility: walkways are dirty; rooms are not properly cleaned; the bathrooms are the worst aspect; the elevator breaks down several times a day; the pool is small and overcrowded; the poolside furniture is very uncomfortable and dated; furnishings are dusty and dated. Cleanliness of Rooms (grime and rust in bathrooms being the worst aspect); staff dispositions - they are not helpful or the least bit concerned about your issue if brought to their attention; parking is virtually non-existent- we had to double park one night and hope for a space if we left and returned (i suspect people visiting Vilano Beach were parking there even if they did not have a room and hotel management did nothing about reserving spaces for guests only); elevators break down frequently and had to be reset at least twice during our 2 night stay- this is problematic if you are on the 3rd floor; the internet rarely worked; and finally housekeeping never serviced our room: never made the beds; emptied the trash; or clean the bathroom floor and tub (the one issue I wasted my time calling the front desk about)- no services the entire 3 day stay.
