Cute little apartment hotel. My wife loves it. Its on the ground floor of a residential apartment building. The front door opens into a small shares dining room with a small kitchenette. There is a coffee machine and microwave there. Then there are three rooms each with their own bathroom. The rooms come with a desk, tv, and air conditioner. The bed is soft and comfortable. The room are unfortunate not very sound proof. Normal sound levels are definitely heard in other rooms. Free wifi is available although not very fast. The free breakfast is at the small cafe a minute away from the building. You have the option of coffee or juice with a pastry or sandwich. Definitely recommend.

Very nice guesthouse, clean and renovated! Free cappuccino and coffee, breakfast at the bar is also good. Close to the Vatican and subway, in the area there is also grocery and many stores

I really liked this hotel, everything was excellent: location, cleaning, rooms, services, the hosts. But the last day I was looking for my jeans and I didn't find them in my room, I looked around and I found them in the cleaning room. I think they have to handle better with the cleaning person because in addition, one day we found the main door unlocked. I would give 5 stars, but that issue is something they should care.

We reserved a room and then we’re not able to sleep there because it is impossible to find. There’s no signs, we looked for over an hour.
