Segunda semana aqui após a primeira semana com um serviço muito bom e villa nos casamos em uma villa maior com vista para o mar do que no ano passado, onde ficamos por um mês, desta vez nos encontramos em uma situação muito ruim, a villa estava sob reforma não era adequado para ser alugado, por cerca de uma semana moramos em um canteiro de obras aberto com trabalhadores que fizeram seu trabalho corretamente para consertar as vilas que estão reformando. Para ser justo e como somos clientes que alugaram a vila por mais de um mês no ano passado, o tratamento nesta segunda semana foi ruim. Espero que você possa melhorar e certamente o fará, mas não é assim que você trata os clientes recorrentes. Bom dia. Falo assim porque sou um profissional deste ofício estou no setor há 25 anos então lamento ver coisas assim
Just returned back from a 10 night stay here, holiday with the wife and daughter.Our first time booking a villa holiday.From the moment we arrived to the very end of our holiday the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was absolutely amazing, nothing too much trouble, nothing too much bother.When we first arrived we where greeted by Felix, with a huge smile and a warm friendly welcome, who quickly checked us in and then escorted us to our villa.When we opened the door the villa, we where amazed how beautiful, clean and very well equipped the villa was, Felix kindly showed us around the spacious villa, showing us how the lighting and buttons work (nearly everything was electrically operated, curtains, different settings for lights and air con etc)After a great nights sleep on the very comfy bed, we went for breakfast, which had a very good selection of hot and cold options, teas, coffees and fresh juices etc, again the staff here where very helpful and attentive.I must note the cleaner Ana, big thank you to you for cleaning up after us messy lot, she’s such a happy and jolly person. Again nothing too much trouble for her and she is a very happy and positive person always made us laugh and smile while doing her duties to a very high standard.Finally I must again mention Felix who is a brilliant guy, by the end of our time here, it felt like we had made a friend, he is so nice with children too, he made our little girl feel so special that we had to pop by reception, just to see if was there so she could say hello to him, and every time he was there he always greeted us all with big smiles and friendly conversation, and always making sure everything was ok. Awesome guy! Thank you our friend!All the staff where great, you will be looked after. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this as a place to stay. A apenas devolvido de 10 pernoites aqui, férias com a esposa e filha.Nossa primeira vez reservando umas férias em villa.Desde o momento em que chegamos até o final de nossas férias, a atenção e a simpatia da equipe foi absolutamente incrível, nada demais, nada demais.Quando chegamos pela primeira vez, fomos recebidos por Felix, com um sorriso enorme e uma recepção calorosa e amigável, que rapidamente nos registrou e depois nos acompanhou até nossa vila.Quando abrimos a porta da villa, estávamos maravilhado como lindo, limpo e muito bem equipada a villa, Felix gentilmente nos mostrou a espaçosa villa, mostrando-nos como a iluminação e os botões funcionam (quase tudo era operado eletricamente, cortinas, configurações diferentes para luzes e ar condicionado etc.)Depois de uma ótima noite de sono na cama muito confortável, fomos tomar café da manhã, que tinha uma seleção muito boa de opções quentes e frias, chás, cafés e sucos frescos etc., novamente a equipe aqui foi muito prestativa e atenciosa.Devo observar a faxineira Ana, muito obrigado a você por limpar depois de nós, ela é uma pessoa tão feliz e alegre. Novamente, nada demais para ela e ela é uma pessoa muito feliz e positiva, sempre nos fez rir e sorrir enquanto cumpria seus deveres com um padrão muito alto.Finalmente, devo mencionar novamente o Felix, que é um cara brilhante, no final do nosso tempo aqui, parecia que tínhamos feito um amigo, ele também é tão legal com as crianças, ele fez nossa garotinha se sentir tão especial que tivemos que aparecer pela recepção, só para ver se estava lá para que ela pudesse cumprimentá-lo, e toda vez que ele estava lá ele sempre nos cumprimentava com grandes sorrisos e conversa amigável, e sempre certificando-se de que tudo estava bem. Cara fantástico! Obrigado nosso amigo!Toda a equipe foi ótima, você será cuidado. Nós definitivamente voltaremos e recomendo isso como um lugar para ficar.

We went to villa alondra for our honeymoon and they made it amazing from start to finish! They were so accommodating for every request we had, they upgraded us on arrival and they had many surprises in store for us throughout our stay! Felix in particular blew us away with how friendly, eager he was to make sure everything was more than perfect for us, he definitely made our stay even more amazing! The food at the restaurant was also incredible and there was so many different touches which made it special whilst we were eating there. The villa itself was beautiful and had everything you could need and more, it was a 10 minute walk in to the town and situated perfectly to get to any near by stores! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more, thank you to all the team at villa alondra we will definitely be back
Instalações muito bem conservadas e muito bonitas. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos, se esforçaram muito com nossos pedidos, o atendimento é excelente e o café da manhã no restaurante era muito gostoso. As villas são lindas e bem cuidadas, realmente tão bonitas quanto nas fotos. Um destaque: os gatos bem cuidados. Esperamos que eles tenham uma boa estadia aqui também.
Magnífica estancia, muy recomendable, el personal, las instalaciones y todo en general, mejor opción para alojarse en Puerto del Carmen
O Villas Alondra é um complexo de casas de férias muito bonito, tranquilo e bem cuidado (aprox. 50 villas) com funcionários muito simpáticos e extremamente simpáticos. O café da manhã é farto e é sempre reabastecido. O complexo está localizado em uma bela área residencial nos arredores de Puerto del Carmen. É aconselhável alugar um carro para poder ir de carro até as praias ou outros locais da cidade (a cerca de 2 km), que é muito turística e não muito agradável. Para nós o atendimento da área (a cada dois dias era feita a limpeza incluindo troca de toalhas) e o café da manhã foi um enriquecimento absoluto. Definitivamente, podemos recomendar o Villas Alondra.
This was a bit of a mixed bag really. We absolutely loved the accommodation and a pool to yourself is really a no brainer. Walk out of your sitting room and into your own heated pool, bliss. The grounds of the complex are very well kept and cleaning staff get around in golf carts. You always get a wave and a smile from them. The keys to your villa also come with a romote that allows you access to the complex itself after 7pm. The villas are only 1km from the beach but in the heat its a bit of a hike. The villas are also located at the highest point in the old town which is up hill. If you have difficult kids then you could be in trouble.Now the few cons but I felt they were significant enough to drop a few stars. The cons, one word, 'Ants'. We had 1000's of ants within the villa itself. So much so that there were lines of them coming from the phone points and plug sockets. The kids rooms had this issue and as you can imagine this caused issues. The master bedroom had an outside covered bath/jacuzzi but there were a constant stream of ants around it was unusable. I decided to try the jacuzzi one night just to see it in action and I filled it and left. I returned after a few minutes to discover 10's of thousands of ants exiting the filter area and then after a while they were exiting the jets. Obviously they all drowned but when I turned it on the amount of ants were crazy. I emptied the bath and the next day they were back.What annoyed me was the inaction by the facility. I reported it and as far as I was concerned nothing was done to resolve the issue.I did see the cleaner sprinkling something but I knew it wasn't going to eliminate anything. I really felt we should have been moved immediately. I have added photos so you can see for yourselves.
Alojamiento increíble con todas las comodidades que te puedes imaginar: habitaciones individuales con aire acondicionado, con acceso a la piscina, cama de matrimonio, ducha enorme y gran amplitud. El resto de la casa es también una pasada. Una cocina-salón grande con acceso a la piscina. Un sofá enorme para que se siente toda la familia. El wifi funciona perfectamente en toda la casa. Recomendable 200%. El personal es un encanto, siempre pendiente de que todo funcione correctamente, en especial Natasha que se preocupó desde el primer momento de que todo estuviera perfecto. Gracias, volveremos sin ninguna duda.
Absolutely wonderful week. We had two classic villas for 10 of us and they were beautiful. The staff are lovely, very helpful and breakfast is fab. Would definitely come here again! Semana absolutamente maravilhosa. Tivemos duas villas clássicas para 10 de nós e elas eram lindas. A equipe é adorável, muito útil e café-da-manhã é fabuloso. Definitivamente viria aqui novamente!

Excellent just a beautiful place to stay . Like a little tropical oasis. Vila's are amazing the staff and service is outstanding nothing is too much trouble. Lots of birds 🐦 parrots , parakeet, canaries, Finches and many more I don't know the name of . It's worth getting up early to listen and watch them . It's just an outstanding place for a relaxing holiday. It's so good we have booked again for 2023 . Excelente apenas um belo lugar para ficar. Como um pequeno oásis tropical. Vila é incrível a equipe e o serviço é excelente nada é demais. Muitos pássaros 🐦 papagaios , periquitos, canários, tentilhões e muitos mais não sei o nome . Vale a pena acordar cedo para ouvi-los e assisti-los. É apenas um lugar excelente para umas férias relaxantes. É tão bom que reservamos novamente para 2023.
We have just returned from a week staying in one of the deluxe villas and can honestly say we had the best holiday ever. The villas are amazing and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The service from all staff was just fantastic with nothing being to much trouble for them, they really do go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and special. We would have no hesitation in staying again and are already looking at booking our next stay. As villas são incríveis e impecavelmente limpas com tudo o que você precisa. O serviço de todos os funcionários foi simplesmente fantástico com nada sendo demais para eles, eles realmente se esforçam para que você se sinta bem-vindo e especial. Nós não hesitaria em ficar novamente e já estamos olhando para reservar a nossa próxima estadia.
Very nice looking well designed villas. good amenities, lovely kitchen. private, secure and well maintained grounds. Friendly and helpful staff who respond immediately. Nice bar and good quality restaurant on site. Easy access from airport and into town Only negative - No steps into pool so not easy and it is a minimum 50cm minimum step down from the edge so a bit awkward. Moradias muito bonitas e bem desenhadas. boas comodidades, cozinha adorável. terreno privado, seguro e bem conservado. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos que respondem imediatamente. Nice bar e restaurante de boa qualidade no local. Fácil acesso do aeroporto e da cidade Apenas negativo - Não há passos na piscina, então não é fácil e é um passo mínimo de 50 cm para baixo da borda, um pouco estranho.

Just returned from a 2 week stay and from beginning to end everything was perfect. Villa was exceptionally clean and so was the pool. Nothing was too much trouble with all the staff especially Natasha and her colleagues in reception. Breakfast was amazing every morning, plentiful whatever time we went. Special thanks to Dasa for making us feel special and her help. Can’t wait to return.
Magnificas Villas en una isla paradisiaca como es Lanzarote. Trabajadores muy amables y simpáticos. El lugar es privado y tranquilo, perfecto para una luna de miel. Lo recomiendo y repetiremos.
Hemos estado de maravillas en villas alondra, La villa estupenda, la comida y el trato recibido genial, y en la recepción Silvia de 10., nos ayudómuchísimo con nuestras dudas...q más se puede decir??? Sitio totalmente recomebdable, volveremos seguro.. 👌👌
Semana inmejorable, un lugar maravilloso no solo por sus villas acogedoras comodas y preciosas, sino por todo el personal que trabaja alli y que nos atendio, dar las gracias especialmente a esas personas: Natashal,Angel,Yosdany, Dasa y Felix a quienes tuvimos el placer de conocer super amables y encantadores, y por ultimo a nuestro rey de mantenimiento Jhonni, profesional de los pies a la cabeza y una gran persona, a todos ellos gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan comoda. Enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo y dedicacion. Deseando volver
La semana que disfrutamos en estas lujosas villas individuales fue inmejorable, desde la comodidad y buen equipamiento de las lujosas villas hasta el trato inmejorable por parte de todo el personal. Muy recomendable para visitar Lanzarote pues está ubicado muy céntrico con muy buenas comunicaciones con el plus de la privacidad que se disfruta en la villa.
Estuvimos una semana durante nuestra estancia en Lanzarote, son lujosas, con un diseño impecable, lujosas y tranquilas. El personal es muy amable y profesional, atentos a todas nuestras necesidades con una sonrisa. Hay piscina privada, parking, cocina, jacuzzi y está cerca en coche de las principales atracciones turísticas de la isla. Repetiría una y mil veces ❤️
