First class hotel, we have used this hotel on several visits to the Kissimmee area, from way back in the late eighties.. and observed its transformation through the years.
Its clean, quiet, well situated and on our last stay, (March 2021), staff couldn't have been more helpful.
We stayed here twice during that vacation.
The rooms have been done up recently and one of the most comfortable hotel beds i've slept in for a while... the second time, was a different room.. that bed was a little less comfortable, but still a goid nights rest.
Its so good, we've re booked for March 2023.
Breakfast is basic tho... but its a short walk to a resturant.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to the owner John for his kindness and great customer service. I recently had a situation with my booking date and he was fast in finding an explanation and solution. I’ve stayed at this location a few times, due to work travels, and I’ve never had a complaint. Clean rooms, hot water, good service and overall good prices. I highly recommend! Definitely will keep booking in the future.

Front desk customer service was very unfriendly, and overly expensive for how awful this hotel is. Definitely should not be a $100+ per night hotel. They gave us a room that seemed like they hadn’t put anyone in there for months. Room was so dusty, unkept, and it was noticeable housekeeping had not come in in awhile. It also smelt strongly of cigarettes that they put air fresheners in there. The shower handle was stuck constantly. The toilet handle would come off when trying to flush. The towels smelt unclean, and we didn’t trust in using them. Definitely take your money else where.

This is the worst hotel ever that I have been to. Rooms have bed bugs and a non-workable A/C. I don’t know if they want to save the electricity, they put the A/C in auto mode and they did it knowing fully that the guests will feel uncomfortable.I complained about the bed bugs and A/C when I was checking out. I was not expecting my money back. The least they can do is apologize, but The women at the front desk was very rude, she can’t even take the complains and started shouting at me. I mean what is the necessity for that ;). She also said that I need to do an emergency call for these matters. Does bed bugs and non workable A/C comes under emergency??? Why do they have maintenance service?? She also told me to go and complaint at 2 am in morning and they are going to fix, I don’t know how long they are going to take. And then I should rest and catch a flight on 5 am. Bottom line is this motel has worst maintenance and rude staff. DO NOT stay here by any chance

Got a deal to stay there and it was worth it being how it is there once the owner found out he got upset but the on line deal said the price got to honor tht
