Esta não é a Europa, então eu tinha apenas um edredom. Estranho. O café da manhã no Felice era muito limitado, pois era um negócio separado. Foi uma mudança em relação ao pedido do Butler e agora você só pode comer das 8h às 11h, o que é tarde para as pessoas que vão para o trabalho ou reuniões. Eu pedi meu café da manhã e depois de esperar e esperar eu verifiquei e a garçonete esqueceu de pedir. Ok it is closer to a 3.5 however some things needed addressing. Room wasn’t ready early but right at 3p. We were upgraded to a king premium which was only on the third floor. The room itself was 320 sq ft and nice. Who makes a bed though without a sheet? This isn’t Europe so I had only a comforter. Strange. The breakfast at Felice was very limited since it was a separate business. It was a change from ordering from Butler and now you could only eat from 8am til 11am which is late for people going to work or meetings. I ordered my breakfast and after waiting and waiting I checked and waitress forgot to order. Then since my husband wasn’t able to join I decided to order his American breakfast minus eggs however please add toast and I was told that was $4 extra. Even after I wasn’t having any juice or coffee? They ended up waiving the $4 which I appreciated but I almost just ordered all I was entitled to and waste it to prove a point on being penny wise and pound foolish but I let it go and they worked with me. No street parking anywhere near by. No views from rooms to speak of here. Starbucks on the corner and near all subways. It could just tweak a few things and certainly earn another star

Very cute, rustic meets vintage hotel. Very clean inside, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and was in close proximity to the World Trade Center area and Battery Park.

Had an amazing 3 night stay, location was perfect by many subway stations and walking distance to many major tourist areas and lots of restaurants. Rob, at the front desk, took care of us with an earlier check-in for 1 room (much appreciated after a red eye flight) and a nice upgrade for the second room. Had a nice surprise in our room as we celebrated a birthday. As globalists, we get breakfast delivered each morning from what seems like a true third party company. We pre-ordered each night and was able to get it with the time window. Basically you get to choose one entree and one drink. The room was clean and got daily housekeeping. Might be a little dark bc of surrounding buildings but I'm a vampire and like the darkness. Zero complaints!

I rarely stay in FiDi area when I visit the city but quite pleasantly surprised by the location pretty close to oculus, world trade, the south side seaport, it's actually a decent area to walk around when the weather is nice.I have come across quite a few front desk and service staff, most of them are very friendly and professional. The room is wonderful, big, stylish, clean and nice bathroom amenities.Hotel itself currently uses Butler to serve breakfast (appears to be a centralized kitchen and delivery service for multiple hotels), the food is alright and you can pre-order the night before. All in all, I would give 3 stars for the food and 5 for delivery service. There's also a Starbucks right across the street if you need a quick fix and some restaurants nearby.If I must pick bones from the eggs, I am disappointed that the hotel in this tier still uses the cheapest brand of hair dryer. There's definitely room to step up and competitive benchmark to meet.With all things considered, this is definitely a great hotel worth recommending to others.

EDITAR: Juliana, a gerente de operações, pediu desculpas e se ofereceu para nos compensar parcialmente pela primeira noite em que eles não tinham um quarto para nós. Aumentei minha classificação para 3 estrelas por oferecer alguma restituição.Eu teria dado a este hotel uma classificação muito mais elevada pela localização e conforto do quarto se não tivéssemos tido uma experiência tão terrível no check-in. Quando chegamos, fomos informados de que eles não tinham um quarto para nós desde um o tubo estourou. Eu entendo, coisas acontecem. Mas a falta de cortesia de nem mesmo nos ligar para que pudéssemos fazer outros planos para a noite foi (para dizer o mínimo) frustrante. Foi-nos dada a opção de cancelar toda a nossa reserva de 3 noites ou ficar no Sheraton ao lado - um rebaixamento de um hotel de 4 estrelas para um hotel de 3 estrelas. O homem da recepção não pareceu apreciar o inconveniente ou mesmo o cuidado. Quando eu disse que teria sido bom ter sido informado sobre o problema com antecedência, ele disse "Eu sei" e ignorou por que estávamos chateados com o tratamento de tudo.Na manhã seguinte, fizemos questão de vir cedo e ver se haveria um quarto disponível para nós nas próximas 2 noites. Um jovem diferente estava na frente que foi muito gentil e compreensivo - ele até colocou uma garrafa de vinho e uma caixa de chocolates no quarto para nós depois de ouvir sobre o que aconteceu na noite anterior.Além da experiência de check-in, o quarto do hotel era espaçoso e atualizado. Por ser um hotel 4 estrelas, achamos estranho que eles não tivessem talheres ou copos disponíveis. Apesar de ter um frigobar totalmente abastecido no quarto, eles só tinham copos de papel para usar, então tivemos que comprar copos no restaurante anexo.Se eu pudesse apagar nossa experiência com a equipe do hotel na primeira noite, eu ficaria feliz em ficar aqui novamente. Short version: I’ve stayed in nicer la quinta than this place…A nice hotel, at least in the lobby; however, the room I was given was not great. Dank smelling dark hallway leading to an awkward room with a so/so bed. I would not recommend

EDIT: Juliana, the operations manager, reached out with an apology and offered to partially compensate us for the first night that they didn’t have a room for us. I bumped up my rating to a 3-star for offering some restitution.
I would have given this hotel a much higher rating for the location and comfort of the room if we hadn’t had such a terrible experience checking in. When we first arrived we were told that they didn’t have a room for us since a pipe had burst. I get it, things happen. But the lack of courtesy of not even calling us so we could make other plans for the night was (to put it mildly) frustrating. We were given the option of canceling our entire 3 night reservation or being put up at the Sheraton next door- a downgrade from a 4-star hotel to a 3-star hotel. The man at the front desk did not seem to appreciate the inconvenience or even care. When I said it would have been nice to have been told of the issue ahead of time, he said “I know” and brushed off why we were upset in the handling of it all.
The next morning we made sure to come over early and see if there would be a room available for us the next 2 nights. A different young man was at the front who was very kind and understanding- he even had a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates put in the room for us after hearing about what happened the night before.
Besides the check-in experience, the hotel room was spacious and updated. Given that it was a 4-star hotel, we thought it was odd that they didn’t have any silverware or glassware available. Despite having a fully stocked mini fridge in the room, they only had paper cups to use so we had to buy glasses from the attached restaurant.
If I could erase our experience with hotel staff the first night, I would happily stay here again. Unfortunately, I’m just left with a sour taste from the worst customer
service I’ve experienced from a hotel.

UNIQUE, CLEAN and FRIENDLY place.
The room a bit small but has high ceiling so it is beautiful.
The one thing that I didn’t like about was the scent. The hotel has strong scent everywhere.
Other than the scent, everything was great. 👍🏻👍🏻

Lo elegimos por los buenos comentarios, y no defraudó.Hotel muy limpio, tranquilo, en buena zona y cerca del subway para moverte por la ciudad sin ningún problema.Tener cerca además el Memorial le da un toque nostálgico.Repetiríamos sin duda.El día de hoy que es cuando nos vamos, no han guardado amablemente las maletas desde las 12 hasta las 15:45 que llegó el transporte al JFK.Además dar las gracias a John, que este último día nos ha hecho todo más facil con consejos y conversaciones amenas de última hora.Se queda un pedacito del corazón en NYC, y mucho gracias al Gild Hall A Thomson Hotel.
