N/A The room was freezing and took about an hour to warm up. There was blood on the comforter and I called the help desk 3 times to request new bedding and no one answered. There was also nobody at the desk when I went down to see if I could switch rooms.

The room smelled like urine and the floor was extremely dirty and felt like it was full of mildew. I knew it wouldn't be a 5 star hotel but I didn't expect it to smell and feel so dirty.

We got an attitude from the front desk receptionist right from the start during check in. The entire hotel was dirty looking and dingy. Our room had carpets so stained and sheets were yellow. The room smelled strongly of something burnt to oblivion.

We were looking for a budget hotel outside of Boston that was close to the commuter rail. The hotel was cheap and close to the highway/parking for the T. Hotel staff was terrible, rooms smelled and were dirty. ur 2 groups of friends we traveled with had blood stains on their beds and band aids on the lamps. Carpets were dirty. One group was so disgusted that they booked a different hotel.

The price was ok I didn't like the low amount of tv channels and the truck outside my window running its refrigerator system all night long with the noise of the compressor running... Plus the bed was no way a queen size bed..
