The room is very comfortable and the hotel is clean. The working staff is very good. The only problem is the lack of room equipment. Guests are not provided with toothbrushes, sewing kits and tissues. These tools should be available in every hotel

It was nice stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and supportive. Room was clean and cleanliness were assured on daily basis. The location is great . You can walk to university, Gran Bazar etc. Metro Station ist 10 minutes Walking distance. The only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast. No variety in Menu and some items were not fresh. Overall good price/qualify behavior. Very economical.

We stayed there back in July for 5 nights. I am giving them 5 stars because it was relatively clean and the staff was nice. They honored my request and gave us a room with balcony with great views :)However here are some of the things that we didn't like much:
-The area...wow very sketchy, very crowded, noisy, a bit scary to be honest. I used to live in Istanbul over 10 years ago and i knew the area would be busy but things changed a lot.Hotel staff reassured me that the area is safe but i am not sure about that.
-Housekeeping... during our 5 nights stay, the hk didn't really clean our room at all.
-Breakfast... not much variety and some of the items were not fresh at all. We didn't mind this, as the breakfast was served on the roof top and views were spectacular.
Overall, it was an affordable place with new rooms and great views. Walking distance to Istanbul Uni, Grandbazaar, Sultanahmet, etc. Very near to Metro stations.
Would we stay there again? Probably not and it is only because of the area otherwise Emin Palace is a great little hotel with nice staff.

The hôtel is clean, the personal is very kind.
The only two points that i didnt like it was his location, it's like downhill, you have to climp to get the tramway, its like 10 min on foot.
And thé breakfast was not very rich.
Otherwise it was good and my room was very call and the personal was very kind and they understand english.
They try their Best to satisfy you.

The hotel is located in a narrow, nasty and dirty street, foul of traffic and crowd near at fatih. Rooms are recently renovated. Breakfast is really very poor and is served to the room. Staff is friendly but Very inexperienced.I made a reservation for 2 days.At the noon of the second day i paid for an extra night and we went for shopping.When we return at our room a very very bad surprise waited us.The maid had left all of her stuff to our room.We found to the garbage everything (toothpaste, toothbrushes, my eyedropper, our shampoo, sweets from the fridge...).They apologized saying that sent the maid to clean by mistake.Changed our room. Not recommended for tourists from EU
