I enjoyed my stay at this hotel...staff was friendly and polite and one person stood out above the rest...Jamie was especially good at customer service and offered us many suggestions and tips in Orlando area. We stayed a third night because of him. Thank you Jamie for being so special ...best wishes to you and hope to see you soon. On top of the wonderful staff the rooms were fantastic. This is becoming our families 👪 go to spot both element locations are awesome for the family ... bikes free to check out and ride ... the breakfast was hot made in front of you... the rooms are modern and decorated fun ... the kitchenette is awesome to enjoy home cooking.... the elements are both by Wawa added bonus. The location on international has great sunset views.

Este hotel teve alguns problemas de gestão. A equipe da recepção durante a noite não tinha conhecimento total sobre o negócio e não estava disponível quando chegamos ao hotel para fazer o check-in. Um mordomo que estava montando as mesas para o café da manhã ajudou a localizar a recepcionista. Parecia que era esse pobre cara do café da manhã que sabia como funcionam os negócios neste hotel. Nenhum serviço de limpeza durante toda a nossa estadia de 4 dias, embora tenhamos solicitado a limpeza do quarto várias vezes. O banheiro fazia um grande barulho, era como se um pouco de água corresse constantemente atrás das paredes Havia um serviço de café da manhã, mais tarde foi declarado que foi cancelado Não havia serviço de recepção estável No entanto, há uma piscina, academia e bar para os clientes

This hotel had some management issues. Overnight front desk staff had not full knowledge on the business and was not available by the time we came to the hotel to check in. A butler who were setting up the tables for breakfast helped locate the receptionist. It looked like it was this poor breakfast guy who knew how business runs in this hotel. No housekeeping service during our entire 4 days stay although we requested room clean up for several times. Bathroom had a big noise it was like that some water was constantly running behind the walls There was a breakfast service, later it was stated that it was cancelled There was no stable front desk service There is a pool, fitness center and bar for customers though

This place was not bad at all. It has the elements of a suite, modern style, comfort and the free breakfast is tasty. It is next to the Aloft hotel which was a little different but overall we liked it.

Ficamos no hotel no fim de semana passado e não podemos estar mais felizes com a forma como tudo era. O quarto era espaçoso e tinha um ótimo layout. Ter uma cozinha funcional com uma máquina de lavar louça grande era difícil e ter uma sala de estar separada do quarto fazia tudo parecer um bom apartamento em vez de um hotel. O café da manhã de cortesia é fresco e preparado na hora também. Sempre que viermos a Orlando de agora em diante, este será o nosso hotel.

O Element Hotel é uma ótima estadia. Tudo aqui é excepcional. O lobby tem uma sensação simplista, mas elegante. Os quartos são muito espaçosos, mais parecidos com um estúdio do que com um quarto de hotel. Eles servem café da manhã diariamente com um menu diferente a cada dia. Você pode ter seu café da manhã feito quente no local ou você pode ter os alimentos tradicionais de café da manhã continental. Eu gosto disso porque você sabe que sua comida vai ser boa e fresca. Este hotel leva seus procedimentos de limpeza muito a sério com I love. Eles atendimento ao cliente também é 5 estrelas. Esta é de longe a minha nova estadia em hotel favorito. Eu o recomendo altamente.

We stayed at the hotel this past weekend and cannot be happier with how everything was. The room was spacious and had a great layout. Having a functional kitchen with a full-size dishwasher was clutch and having a separate living room from the bedroom made everything feel like a nice apartment rather than a hotel. Complimentary breakfast is fresh and cooked to order, too. Whenever we come to Orlando from now on, this will be our hotel.

The Element Hotel is a great stay. Everything here is exceptional. Lobby has a simplistic but elegant feel to it. The rooms are very spacious more so like a studio apartment than a hotel room. They serve breakfast daily with a different menu each day. You can have you breakfast made hot on the spot or you can have the traditional continental breakfast foods. I like this because you know your food is going to be nice and fresh. This hotel takes its cleaning procedures very seriously with I love. They customer service is also 5 star. This is by far my favorite new hotel stay. I would highly recommend it.

Amei o quarto. Amei o local. Bar foi ótimo. O horário da piscina é curto, aberto apenas até às 20h, o que é péssimo. Essa é a única razão pela qual eu dei a eles um 4. A equipe foi ótima, o chuveiro tinha boa pressão de água e temperatura. Eles têm café-da-manhã preparado na hora, mas isso foi demais para nós, mas você poderia pegar um muffin ou fruta para ir que nós fizemos.

Loved the room. Loved the location. Bar was great. The pool hours are short only open till 8 pm which sucked. Thatis the only reason I gave them a 4. The staff was great, shower had good water pressure and temp. They have breakfast cooked to order but that was too much to deal with for us but you could grab a muffin or fruit to go which we did.

Es un lugar limpio, con electrodomésticos limpios y modernos, te sentirás como en casa. No hay olores por humo. Tiene un pequeño parque de agua para niños y la piscina es limpia y siempre tendrás toallas al alcance. La única observación es que su ascensor siempre está demorando por ti por la demanda de gente subiendo y bajando, aveces funciona los dos y aveces solo uno y se hace mucho más caótico. El personal de limpieza siempre recoge tu basura si la dejas fuera de tu puerta, tienes que pedir toallas limpias si te quedas mucho tiempo porque no ingresan hacer limpieza a la habitación por el tema de COVID. Además tienen muchos restaurantes de comida rápida cerca y todos los lugares de diversión.

Estuve tres días pidiendo que por favor le hicieran el servicio a la habitación y nada. Luego cuando lograron hacerlo el personal de limpieza solamente cambió las toallas y dejó todo cochino. Me enviaron a un muchacho llamado Carlos Eduardo Sosa quien fue el que le hizo la limpieza profunda a la habitación (excelente y agradable) a el extiendo mis felicitaciones por hacer bien su labor.
